Came here for catering event meal and it was pretty good. Enjoyed the salad, service and my main dish! Good seafood.

Were seated in a small, cozy dining area. Our waitress Kathy brought us hot dinner rolls and took our order promptly. Tried the early bird specials, chicken cordon bleu and chicken marsala. Salad was included. My husband's cordon bleu was fantastic. My marsala wasn't as tasty. Not sure if it was the wine that was underwhelming but something was missing. Service was excellent! Kathy always made sure our glasses were filled and that we were happy. A bit expensive overall, but early bird dinners are $15.99. Worth checking out!

Money dinner, fun staff everything done well! Get the baked stuffed lobster... very few places left that have lobsters year round on the menu. Stuffing was great and the lobsters were wonderful! Can't wait to come back! Oh and the king crab! Ask for it chilled and picked with cocktail sauce and remolaude!

I enjoyed 4 different servers and had zero issues. All of them were courteous offering fast friendly service. The quality of the food is the reason I came to eat here 4 times. The steaks are top quality, sides all great + large portions. I enjoyed the Mashed potatoes & mushroom's. Very good. The soup of the day was barley which was great. I also had The French onion soup loaded with onions. Top choice. My Classic Rueben was a classic for sure. Huge portion. Excellent fries. Tender pastrami. The Steamed clams are an excellent choice. Nice size clams with a savoury broth. My salad was even excellent. The inside is clean with plenty of room for large parties. They do recommend reservations. Stop in & treat yourself. The perfect place to have a great meal, excellent service and a special drink. I almost forgot my special New England warm lobster roll. Get an order in. Excellent!

The 20 oz porter steak was cooked perfectly. All sides were great. Creamed spinach delicious. 16 oz bone in strip was also cooked very well. My son loved his linguini carbonara. Waitress Tina was awesome. Polite, warm, and knowledgeable. Service was top notch. We ordered grilled shrimp on top of the steaks for the add ons. They were delicious but my father n law and I agreed that the portions should've been a but more. My wife loves mushrooms and she enjoyed it, but also said some of them were a bit watery. I can see why so many people have recommended this fine restaurant. We will definitely be back !

Salmon and Fish Basket was absolutely delicious and hands down this was our best meal while visiting the area. The Service was friendly, helpful and attentive during our meal. I will say it can get quite loud in there when full which it was on a Saturday night. We shared a salad to start- it was some sort of winter salad with spinach. For mains he got a steak- the steak itself was well cooked and flavorful. The mashed potatoes normally his favorite side were quite bland. He had me try them and I agreed. I ordered the mushroom ravioli. I went to take my first bite however and found they'd brought out the lobster ravioli instead. After awhile of waiting they brought out the correct meal. They did comp the ravioli which was very nice and aside from the small mix up we had great service throughout. We'll definitely come back but it is pricier than our average meal out. Hoping to try their brunch soon!

We started with a really great two cheese crostini which was delicious. I paired that with a rye old fashioned (or two) and that drink really hit the spot. For my entree I had a meatball hero which was just as delicious the next day when I had the second half for lunch. The portion was huge and I loved the meatballs and the sauce. For dessert we had a cheesecake with a house made pistachio creme which was amazing. We had a chance to talk to Tim who I believe owns the place and we asked him about a sign we saw on the westside at Innovation Studios for a Rebellion Gastropub. He says he hopes to have that open early in the new year so we can't wait to try that out as well, especially since it's only a five minute drive. But it's worth a 20 minute drive or more to visit Rebellion and we'll definitely be back.

It seems that a lot of patrons are locals, as everyone was familiar with each other. It's nice to see this type of connection between the staff here and the guests. I've never been to a longhorn before, but it felt like a country bar turned full-service restaurant. Dimly lit, yet lively. The Brussels sprouts were nice & crispy, but heavy handed on the oil & honey - I'd ask for lightly sweetened next time. Mashed potatoes with butter, delicious. Everything is brought out in ONE shot! Soup, salad, appetizers all at one time with the entree arriving very shortly thereafter - and at times WITH the aforementioned! Even when I mention this to the server, we still always wind up with everything at once or the main entrees coming less than a minute after the salad and or appetizer dishes get picked up! WHY? That happened this time as well and we watched it take place at the table next to us. The MAIN problem at this location is that the food prep is just not in line with the time you get your order. Food is regularly brought cold from sitting. For the third consecutive time, one of us ordered their 7-Pepper Sirloin Salad to experience the same debacle as in the past. Cold chilled salad topped with what was supposed to be warm to hot sirloin tips - but they were COLD... AGAIN! Between that and their weak drinks, I really have to find a new place when in the mood for steak and in the Danbury area.
