    the inside of a restaurant

This jimmy johns is easy to spot from Beach blvd. The building was built not to long ago. It still has a new building feel on inside and out. The outside has plenty of lights and a big sign to draw your attention to the restaurant. You order when you walk in and self serve your drinks. The drink fountains are a bit away from the seated area. After you fill your drinks yo use at yourself. They deliver the food to your table. The sandwiches we had here had a nice taste. The all parts of the sandwich did not have a fresh taste. All ingredients have a taste of being processed and shipped to each location. As previous stated, the food did taste above average. The customer service was friendly. They were quick to help. They modified the sandwiches as we requested. Overall this is a nice family place to stop with the children going to or from a family day at the beaches.

For the past couple of months I have placed online orders for delivery an hour before closing and every time they call me to cancel my order either because they ran out of bread or they have no delivery drivers. How can you run a business with your moto that states Freaky Fast Delivery when you do not have any delivery drivers. If this is happening frequently then this place needs to close down since their main attraction apart from the food is the convenience of a delivery service. I mean seriously, you can type Freaky Fast Delivery in google and the Jimmy Johns Pops up first. This has to be the worst store ever.

The customer service at Jimmy Johns is always out of this world. I tried the drive thru at the beaches location this afternoon and it was extremely quick. By the I ordered and made my way to the window my order was ready. I accidentally dropped my card as I was handing it to the attendant (100 percent my fault) and he literally jumped the window to pick it up for me. I was blown away. The food was extremely fresh and light as usual. I love that Jimmy John's offers sprouts on their sandwiches if requested. It's hard to find places that do that anymore.

Barely any tuna on my sandwich. I was told they use a scoop. That's it. Won't go there again.

I ordered 2 club tuna sandwiches from this location, and arrived with hardly any tuna. I've been to several other locations, and usually their sandwiches are packed with tuna. I felt like I was eating a veggie sandwich I called to complain, and the manager told me they use a scoop and they all get the same amount, and left it at that. No customer service at all, no apology, suggestionmake up for it. I told him I f that's case, I won't be ordering from there again.

Wow what a great store. Best Service I think I've ever got and the most friendliest people working there

First time at Jimmy Johns and I'll definitely be back!! Solid variety of sub choices and they bake their bread fresh daily. I ordered the Vito with hot peppers and it was delicious! The bread is soft, with just enough chew, and I love that it's not super thick...makes for proper bread to filling ratio. Service is fast and friendly and also major plus there is a drive-thru. Restaurant was clean and well kept. Prices are also very reasonable, $5-6 for most 8" subs. Publix is my normal go-to sandwich place but I think Jimmy Johns may have just beat them out!

I leave this review with a heavy heart! I'm so mad I didn't go here sooner and I am moving down…read moresouth and won't be able to eat here more often! The place is very busy so expect a little delay. The day we went card machine was not working great so a little bit of a longer line. Plenty of seats inside and outside. Tons of goofy things on the walls to look at while you wait for your sub. It's fairly bright inside. Ok on to the food. I ordered the Shane it was fantastic. I didn't realize it was a hot sub but it was still great! My wife order the 904 and as she ate it she started to cry because of how good it was and the fact that we are moving away. We also order the fry/tater tot combo! So dam good! Ask for the fry sauce!!!!!!! Tons of drink options including beer!!!!! I also had the banana pudding not the best I have ever had but pretty dang good. 4.2 out of 5 for banana pudding. I don't give out 5 stars often so you know this place is legit!!

Ordered a kids size (4") which was actually perfect for me and filled me up much more than expected. I love how the bread has a little crunch to it from being baked... so yummy and don't forget the Peruvian sauce!! Got it to go on a busy Friday afternoon. I ordered ahead online and the wait was about 10 minutes more than anticipated but not anything horrible. Great sub shop at the Beaches with a cool vibe

Long time visitor, first time reviewer. I know, I know. About time…read more What is there to say about Sub Cultured that hasn't been said already? Everything on the menu is delicious, the staff is wonderful, and they stand up to bigotry in their own backyard. You can't get much better than that. The only drawback (if you can even consider it one) is just figuring out a good time to arrive to avoid a line. Regardless, even if there is one, the staff moves through it quickly and efficiently. As Sub Cultured is a walk-up window, there's some outside tables to sit, as well as the option of sitting in your car for that car-hop action. Otherwise, you're so close to the beach and parks that taking your sandwiches for a picnic isn't a bad idea either. If you can't find parking immediately at Sub Cultured, there's a little shopping center just next door since there doesn't seem to be much for street parking outside of their handful of spots. All of that said, I'm a transplant to Jacksonville via the Navy since 2004. One of the biggest cravings that I have from back home is a real authentic sausage, pepper, and onion grinder. I can't even begin to describe to y'all how great Sub Cultured's is with that spicy Italian sausage and perfectly cooked peppers and onions. Add a little spicy brown mustard and you're all set.

The chicken was very dry, although the vegetables were fresh, so I wish the chicken had been better prepared. One more thing I noticed was the parking situation. I felt the parking lot is located in a somewhat dangerous spot. While we were waiting for our food, we saw a car backing out from in front of the restaurant and stopping a vehicle that was coming down the street. We actually It seems like the visibility is limited in that area, so drivers need to be extra careful.

Slider Rider is a burger truck where it has this cute space theme - they offer 3 different types of…read moreburgers (Saturn, Mars, and Mercury), a grilled chicken sandwich (Neptune), Venus Wings, fries, and kid options. You can also make any of the burgers using Beyond Meat! We ordered: +the Mercury - made with 2 patties of grass-fed halal beef, yellow American cheese, caramelized onions, crunchy potatoes, Galaxy sauce, Rocket Sauce, lettuce, tomatoes, and onions on a potato bun +Cosmic Fries - shoestring fries with house seasoning and Parmesan, served with a side of Cosmic sauce The burgers were described as 'smashburgers', so the patties were cooked all the way through (which I prefer!); the burger itself was actually okay, but there was something in there that made it taste slightly off - either it was the caramelized onions, the Galaxy sauce, or the Rocket sauce, there was something that was a bit too sugary/sweet; I think without this element, the burger would have been better! Maybe I'd ask for the sauces to be served on the side. The fries were okay - they did fill the styrofoam box to the brim and was generous in serving two cups of the Cosmic sauce; I think these could have been dropped fresh, as when we received them, they seemed as if they were prepared in advance and was sitting for a bit. Service was super friendly and welcoming! It's located off of Zetts, just down from Touchless Car Wash; note that this area can get jampacked and backed up on the weekends where everyone is trying to get their vehicle washed! Getting in and out can be a bit of a pain, and there are some temporary parking available. +friendly service! +located down from touchless Car Wash +off road parking available

I ordered online for takeout and got the Mercury combo (Mercury burger & cosmic fries) for 15$ and the Venus wings for 135. The mercury burger was by far my favorite item I had but i was expecting that it would be a little bigger with the price tag but I ain't mad at it, it was still a great burger nonetheless. The cosmic fries were below average and that could stem from the way the fries are made (shoestring style) but even then the seasoning on it was nothing special. The cosmic fries came with a cosmic sauce that was great and was a perfect addition to the burger. The Venus wings were solic with pretty good texture but ridiculously overpriced with a price tag of 13$ for 5 wings which is a scam, if you charging 15$ for wings they gotta be the best wings ever (they weren't). The Buffalo sauce that comes with the wings was definitely hot and the bba and ranch were decent. All in all, it's a solid spot that ! could see myself coming back to for their Mercury burger.
