I'm medium into sandwichs beyond burgers, chicken and the like. Saw an article saying that Jimmy John's was the best of several others so decided to try them. Saw some Yelpers sometimes had issues with their delivery service so ordered through Door Dash. From a good variety of sandwiches, ordered a J.J. Gargantuan which comes with salami, capacollo, turkey, roast beef, ham and l selected wheat bread. It wasn't one of the toasted choices but l would just air fry it when it came. Delivery was good. The sandwich was surprisingly hefty and was 4-5 inches tall. It was clear it was freshly made and the tomatoes were juicy. Couldn't wait so I took a big bite before toasting it. Wow, it was delicious. The 5 kinds of meat blended with the provolone cheese, onion, mayo, oil & vinegar to give a broad taste experience that brought a smile to my face. Toasted it in my air fryer and it came out very good. Natural or toasted, it was a great sandwich. Wondered about which size to get, but the regular size was a big sandwich and it filled all corners of my stomach. Will be back to taste other choices. read more

Food is fine if dinning in or picking up. Do not attempt delivery. We have tried to get delivery on multiple occasions, but they just call and say they have no drivers. If you can't deliver then don't offer delivery. Frustrating. Updated: they still are bad. No delivery and even pick up is horrible. This is the 2nd time I've picked up an order with no meat on sandwich. They have no reply as to why the sandwich is not complete.They just say we will remake it. The treatment and service I received from Jimmy John's today was unacceptable. I have frequented this location for years. I'm a good customer who tips well. I will never be back. It started out with a messed up order. I ordered the new mozzarella tomato pesto sandwich. I am an understanding person and get that mistakes happen. I spoke to a very nice man who was apologetic and although unexpected, said he would have a new sandwich to me in 15 min. I was blown away with the customer service I received as I had offered to come in to pick up the sandwich but was assured that a new one would be on its way shortly! As this promise was unfulfilled, I felt it appropriate to call about an hour later. The phone rang and rang and rang and there was no option to leave a VM. I am starving at this point. I am pregnant and was so excited for my Jimmy John's Sandwich! I give it a little more time and call again. The person on the phone new who I was and told me that josh would be there any minute with my sandwich! Again, I was understanding. Now looking back, I was too understanding and should have given up, but those pregnancy cravings will get ya and I was really looking forward to my sandwich! At this point I'm busy at work and in and out of meetings...starving and hopelessly waiting for the arrival of my sandwich that was promised 2 hours ago. I call again around 2:15 and spoke with not the most pleasant gentleman. I explained that I had been waiting for a few hours for a new sandwich and he didn't suggest or offer to do anything. I asked if I could order another one through him and said yes. I proceed to order and he says that will be $10. I was surprised to hear that and again told him the situation that I received the wrong order today and had been told a new sandwich was coming. He put me on hold and came back to tell me that if I want a sandwich I can drive in and say my name when I get there. I am still being way to understanding given the circumstances. I ordered a sandwich over 3 hours ago, had the wrong one delivered and was made a promise that fell VERY short. I should have given up but I go ahead and drive to Jimmy John's and leave my job. It's now after 2:30. Jimmy johns was slow when I walked in and I go to the counter and share my name and say I am here for a pick up order. The gal with colored hair goes to whisper to the man and he said "what was the sandwich you wanted again". I told him and without looking up from what she was doing, the girl says "we are out of tomatoes". I go "oh!" And then silence...complete silence. Not another word is said to me. I hesitate to leave because I am kind of shocked at this point! I received the wrong order! Was told I would get a new one! After multiple calls, and 3 hours later am told to come to the store to pick it up! And now I'm told they can't make it. Not a single "I'm sorry". Before I walk away I try to talk to the gal about my experience today. I say "okay that would have been nice to know before I drove over here...thank you. I do have to say this has been a pretty frustra-", and I'm cut off by her telling me to get out and leave. I am now so beyond shocked! I ask if there was a manager I can speak to and try to nicely explain that I had been waiting for 3 hours...again am told "if all your going to do is complain, then get out and leave" . I couldn't believe I was being kicked out of jimmy johns after trying to tell someone the situation. She ends up telling me she is the manager. I burst into tears in the middle of jimmy johns and felt absolutely humiliated! There were other patrons in there eating. This situation has made my heart so heavy by the lack of respect and this misunderstanding. Never have I been treated like this. I had been nothing but accommodating, respectful, understanding, and patient today. My interaction with her made me sick. I get you're out of tomatoes and there is nothing else you can do. In a situation like that, she could have expressed her sincere apologies and told me that they had a busy day and I could have emphasized with her and we could have all moved on and I would continue to be a returning customer at Jimmy John's. Never have I been kicked out of an establishment, let alone told I am complaining when I am trying to express frustration from a situation that I had been more than patient about. I have felt absolutely sick about this interaction and level of disrespect. read more

Freaky Fast subs!!! I visit this Jimmy John's often and they are always polite and professional. Right after you finish filling your drink your sub is ready. Ok... the bread makes a huge difference. Get the soft wheat bread unless you like tough bread. I like to keep my teeth in my face, so I order the soft bread. The Italian Night Club is pretty good and it does need the hot peppers. There are enough to share so don't let everyone order extra peppers- they are like 60cents per order. The "gourmet" sandwiches are the only ones that interest me. The left side of the menu is too skimpy. However, if you order any of the last 4 gourmet sandwiches on the right please be advised they don't have cheese. "Sauce" means olive oil and vinegar. They really are fast to deliver. The chips are kettle chips and they are like 2 bucks a bag. Pricey. They have Jalapeno, salt and vinegar, original, bbq and baked. No minimum delivery. No delivery fee. read more

Do not order from this location if you expect freaky fast delivery! Although I think that slogans gone out the window with this particular location. I have waited for over an hour for a sandwich that will still likely take another half an hour to an hour to receive. That is the average wait time of this location in my experience. My experience is that I order at this location at least twice a week. The sandwiches are never made exactly right and they are always extremely late. read more

What seemed like the manager was making my sandwich with his masked pulled down way under his nose. When I told him I wanted a refund as I would not eat at a place where they make sandwiches without wearing masks properly he started yelling at myself and my husband saying it was somehow my fault and I should have told him ahead of time that I wanted him to wear his mask over his nose. Don't bother making special requests because they will put a random collection of toppings on your sandwich for you. I live a mile from this store and delivery takes at least 40 minutes. Jimmy Johns really came through for us. At work couldn't get out for lunch when we remembered JJ delivers Ya. Ok we were just a little out of the delivery area and they helped us out anyway. (Lucky we are a big company with lots of orders I guess.) I had the Country Club on 7 grain wheat bread delicious I've tried the french bread it's just too tough. The sandwich was great lots of meat plenty of toppings and fresh bread. My coworker had the Italian night club with the hot peppers wow it looked great, I'll try it next time. Quick indeed! Nothing fancy, but good subs nonetheless. Can't go wrong with a #12 (Beach Club) with extra avocado spread and double sprouts. Ordered delivery from this location, when it arrives there are no chips or drinks, just a sandwich. The order is literally on the side of the bag, not sure how that happens. Delivery driver apologized but still pretty ridiculous to forget 2/3 of an order. Last time I ordered from this location it took over an hour and a half to be delivered. I've gone to this JJ's 3 times. 2 out of those 3 times they got my order wrong. I order a beach club unwhich every time, for years. Not only both times did it not have cucumbers and tomatoes, the sprouts were so stingy i had to dig around in my sandwich to even find them. First time this happened, they said they'd send me a coupon for a free sandwich. Never got it. And this time. I drove back, had them "fix it"...got home and still no tomatoes. Cucumbers and tomatoes are main ingredients in the beach club. I called the store, they said they would credit me FIVE DOLLARS...which im very skeptical that i will receive. Let me start this by saying that I love Jimmy John's. Great food and great prices all around. BUT, this location is NOT "freaky fast" with delivery. I work at an office less than a mile away from this location and I order Jimmy John's at least 3 times a month. They have never delivered my simple order in less than 45 minutes. My co-workers have similar experiences. I find this to be unacceptable. When I order from other stores when I'm at home or in other places the delivery is very quick. I've been to this Jimmy John's location dozens of times so far, with zero negative experiences. On the contrary, I have only received great service from these ladies and gents. While I can't comment on their delivery option, I do regularly order both dine-in and carry-out sandwiches here, for both myself and my work colleagues. Garrett, the fellow who manages this location most weekdays, is always polite, professional, and eager to assist. The restaurant staff--a motley crew of older teenagers and younger twenty somethings--always seem genuinely happy to be at work, even when they're completely slammed with orders during the lunch rush.
