Unfortunately, not much parking at lunchtime, but great service once we got in. Garlic knots, cheese slices and a pepperoni made the grade. Would go again!

I have been here for a while and my kid love here too. We ordered 2 slices each and got soda for free as lunch special. Like $14 sth with tax. I really like my caprese slice. My Bbq chicken slice is a bit dry. My kid got 2 pepperoni slices and he liked them. It's pretty fast service and they clean the table and chair very nicely. 11pm pit stop bc my dad will use unbelievable amounts of gas milage for food. as a napoleon, deep dish pizza girly I'm not someone who typically ever gets nyc pizza. nonetheless, the crust was crunchy on the outside, but still doughy and soft with a bite while piping hot, so i still got my warm fluffy breads fix. definitely needed more char and smokiness though, but salt on the table helped ig. the garlic bread had like no taste whatsoever not even salty, but whateves ig. my fav was definitely the bbq chicken but that's bc i like anything sweet that'll give me diabetes. the mozzerella on the caprese was super yum though, no complaints about that. Plus they made a nice fresh piping hot new cheese pie for us, i just wish the single slices were kept warm but i don't run a pizza joint idk. siiiiiiiiigh i have an essay due tmr and this pizza only reminded me how much i miss florence lord help me

I'm not a big pizza person but this place was delicious, fast and affordable. I got a bbq chicken slice with garlic knots and the pizza was delicious. The crust was crispy and it was satisfying. The garlic knots could have definitely been hotter and I was not a fan of dipping lukewarm garlic knots into freezing cold marinara (it seemed like it just came out the fridge). We got to meet Joe which was very cool. There is parking on the side streets if the lot is full.

Original Calzone calzone with extra add ons
    Linda M.

Delicious pizzas!! This is the famous Joes pizza so we were super excited to try this out and eat there. Calzone was really good and the pepperoni was so good. I love their shaker toppings adding all of them really makes a difference. Their sauce is sooo good!! Only comment is their extra toppings for the calzone are VERY overpriced, menu says $1 for each add on but that's not true. It depends on what add ons so that was bs. The salad was also a standard basic salad, nothing special. Other than that staff was super nice and we would come back for pizza!

    What? It's so burnt !!

Very burnt and very expensive. Very harsh oven flavor needs to be cleaned more often.

The pasta is all handmade, and you can genuinely taste the difference in both quality and flavor. The noodles have that fresh, slightly chewy texture that packaged pasta just does not have, and everything tastes carefully made rather than mass produced. The bolognese is spectacular: deep, rich, meaty, and comforting without feeling overwhelmingly heavy. It is the kind of dish that makes you slow down because every bite is worth paying attention to. The salads are also surprisingly substantial. The chopped salad, in particular, is a generous portion and packed with flavor, so it feels like a real part of the meal instead of an afterthought. Save room for the tiramisu, which is very good: creamy, balanced, and a great finish after the richer pasta. The only downside is the ambiance. The interior is tiny, so when it gets busy it can feel hectic and cramped. Still, the service is amazing, friendly, attentive, and impressively efficient despite the limited space inside.

My wife and I drove out to Fairfax to eat a specific restaurant, but when we saw "all you can eat…read morepasta" on a sign in this places window, Pasta Amore was the new destination! We came here around 1PM on a Sunday and the place was completely empty. The staff up front checked us in, sat us down, and guided us through the menu so we knew what was going on. The menu here has some chicken wings, sides, and other random things, but the unlimited pasta for $13.99 is what we were interested in checking out. Basically, they have a list of different pastas to choose from and if you want things like chicken or meatballs added, it can be for some extra money. Now, I wasn't about to spoil the $13.99 deal so I figured I was about to crush five or six plates of pasta, but come to find out, I was lying. I started off with a plate of the RIgatoni & Marinara and plate came out on literal fire. The pasta was super fresh and actually tasted really, really, really good. After crushing the first place, my confidence was up so I figured I would give the Smokey Chipotle Penne and it was even better then the first dish. The sauce had a little bit of a kick to it, but the flavour was so good I almost ordered it again.....almost. Come to find out, two plates of pasta was the most I was able to finish and I tapped out. Overall, Pasta Amore was a super fun time and definitely a place I could see returning to in the future. The vibes here were solid, the staff was very friendly, and the pasta wasn't just all you can eat, it was actually pretty good.

Luckily our group had about 6-8 people so we were able to try quite a bit of the food. Glapponese - Ground pork, garlic, bacon, soy sauce for pasta. Very strong umami in this. It's for when you'd like a simple pasta with meat and nothing too overpowering. Tarako - Cod roe and nori. This is another simple pasta when you'd like something with a strong salty flavor but want to mostly enjoy the texture of the pasta, which was soft and chewy btw. When they sat 6 of us down first, there were only 5 settings, so it seemed pretty natural to bring us a sixth set of utensils. But when we realized they missed it, we ended asked them. Not a big deal. But when our remaining two friends came, they sat them with us and brought out only 1 set of utensils, so we had to ask for it again. The ambiance is absolutely wonderful -- perfect vibe for a date or small, intimate gathering. Dark-ish lighting, but lit enough to see everything without trouble (for my not-so-great eyes, at least). Our server was super attentive and considerate of our conversations while making sure that we were served promptly. A really great experience from start to finish! The menu was great. All pasta besides the penne is made in house, and it's absolutely DELICIOUS. We shared the burrata caprese, which was great, but a slightly small portion. I ordered the rigatoni with vodka sauce, and it was absolutely fantastic. Perfect portion size, amazing texture for the sauce and noodles, and I was blown away by the sauce. My spouse ordered the cacio e pepe, and it was excellent--I must admit that I stole a few of her noodles and dipped them in the little puddles of vodka I still had left on my plate after I devoured my pasta. For dessert, we shared a tiramisu, and it was stellar. Perfect balance, textures, and flavors. This was my favorite Italian restaurant experience I've had in LA so far. I cannot wait to return!

Wow. Just wow…read more Pizzana delivered one of the best dining experiences we've had in Los Angeles. This may very well be the best Neapolitan-style pizza in LA. We ordered the pepperoni pizza and the arugula salad with chicken, and both were outstanding. The chicken deserves special recognition--it was perfectly seasoned, incredibly fresh, and cooked to perfection. Chicken breast is often dry, but this was surprisingly juicy and flavorful. The salad itself was super fresh, and the nuts paired beautifully with the lemon dressing, which may be one of the best salad dressings I've ever had. Honestly, we'd come back just for the salad. As for the pizza, it was exceptional. The sauce was rich and flavorful, and the dough was absolutely incredible--light, airy, and perfectly textured. Every bite reminded us why Pizzana has such a strong reputation. It's an absolute must-try. The service made the experience even better. Our waitress, Niko, was fantastic. She was warm, welcoming, and took the time to explain every dish and answer all of our questions. To top it off, she surprised us with complimentary ice cream, which was such a thoughtful touch. The wine was also excellent. I enjoyed the Fèlsina Chianti from Tuscany, with beautiful notes of wild berries, black currant, and rose petal that paired wonderfully with the meal. From the food to the wine to the service, everything was outstanding. We left already looking forward to our next visit. Highly recommended.

It was a little awkward walking in and just standing there for a few minutes until someone noticed us because there's not really a host stand. In the Resy notes, I noted it was for a birthday and requested a nice table, but we were given a side table right next to the kitchen/bathroom instead of a nicer booth table. We eventually moved one table down because it wasn't the best vibe having staff continuously walking back and forth by our table. The drinks were good, Caesar Salad was average, the Vodka Pizza was decent, and the Cacio e Pepe could have used more flavor. I also had to ask if they offered any birthday desserts because it wasn't acknowledged and we were given a scoop of vanilla ice cream which was nice. Overall this place is more of a casual dinner/happy hour spot than a place to celebrate an occasion. Employees were friendly though!
