    Spicy fried chicken
    Claribel V.

Jollibee is one of my comfort food spots. I like ordering the Perfect Pair with two pieces of spicy fried chicken, spaghetti, and gravy. The food quality is always good here. The spicy fried chicken has just the right amount of heat. I've been to other Jollibee locations where it was so spicy that it was hard to enjoy, but this one gets it right. The skin is always crispy, and the chicken pieces are nice and big. The gravy is thick and savory, and I love dipping the chicken in it. The spaghetti is delicious, and I like that they're generous with the sauce. It's always nice and saucy. I've had disappointing spaghetti from other Jollibee locations that was dry and lacked sauce, but that's never been an issue here. I also order the ube pie, which is pretty good and not overly sweet. They're currently under construction, but they're still open. I usually order my food to go and have never had any issues with my order.

You can literally smell the chicken when you drive by, so I finally gave in and stopped to try it and I'm glad I did. It was absolutely worth it. The chicken was perfectly crispy with great flavor, way better than I expected. The mashed potatoes were on point too, which really rounded everything out. I loved the lemonade and the gravy. The drive thru was quick, and the service was prompt and genuinely friendly, which always makes a difference. Even from the outside, the place looks clean and well kept, and the kitchen appears to be maintained the same way. Overall, a really solid spot that I'll definitely be coming back to.

I had ordered Jollibee take out. I would rate the fried chicken: 5 stars. The fried chicken was crispy on the outside but juicy on the inside; which is exactly how I liked my fried chicken. It did not taste greasy. Gravy is served on the side with fried chicken but I don't like gravy on my fried chicken. So I did not use it. I think the fried chicken tastes better without gravy. Spaghetti: 3 stars The spaghetti sauce is a bit too sweet for my taste. There are cut up hot dog wieners on the spaghetti. That is not how I like my spaghetti. It doesn't taste bad. I just simply preferred my spaghetti the Italian style flavor with meatball. Fries: 3 stars The fries are average. Not the best I've ever had but not the worst either. This place can get quite busy during lunch and dinner hours. So order ahead if you don't want to wait too long.

3.5 stars Jollibee is the fast food chain of my dreams! Fried chicken and gravy with some filo style noodles on the side? Yes, please. Like others have mentioned, the fried chicken is great, the spaghetti amazing, and the pies are perfection. I frequent Jollibee once every month and they're always consistent. The menu items I haven't tried are their burgers and chicken sandwiches. I always tell myself I'll try it, but I end up getting my usual fried chicken and spaghetti. Occasionally, I might switch things up with adobo rice or palabok, but spaghetti is my fave. Ube pies and mango pies are so SO SO good! I've noticed the spicy chicken is much spicier than it used to be...but I think it's still ok. I do prefer the original spicy they had years back. Service has always been very friendly and, unlike what someone else wrote in their review, I understood every employee I have ever spoken to at the store. Anyways, highly recommend!

I was interested in trying the Ube baked pie. I ended up ordering the pie with a bucket of 6 piece fried chicken with 2 sides: fries and mashed potatoes. The chicken was freshly made, juicy meat with a nice crunch. I wasn't a fan on the gravy. The 2 sides were okay in flavor. The ube pie was a nice treat, crispy and sweet. Overall a good dining experience.

I was craving fried chicken and went back to order a two piece combo. You can order at the kiosk but I didn't see it until after placing my order with the gloomy young male cashier. I remember the food being average tasting but this time around it was pretty good considering the price. If you like different types of fruit pies make sure to stop by and order the mango or ube pies.

When this location opened in late 2021, I was pretty ecstatic as their nearest location to me was all the way in West Covina. Pretty happy that they finally have a location not too far away whenever I was craving Jollibee. The vibe here is pretty typical of any fast food establishment. My partner though has ran into some troubles of online orders being canceled for no apparent reason. This specific location is great. Never really had any problems with them on my occasional visits. Drive through is quick and staff is pretty quick and professional with order as well inside. There's also online ordering which is great to avoid any wait times. My partner and I both use the app whenever we order to gain rewards points. Highly recommend checking that out if you order often. My go to order here is the 2pc chickenjoy with a side of spaghetti combo, which comes with a drink, apple pie and a biscuit. The chicken here is very underrated in my opinion, super tasty, crunchy, and always full of flavor. It also comes with a cup of gravy which you dip with the chicken and just adds tons of flavor that you don't really find at other chicken places. The spaghetti is also underrated, filled with some sausages and sauce, it's a good compliment to the chicken and is pretty fulfilling. Overall, Very happy that they've added a Jollibee that's not too far from where I reside. Love that this location has a quick drive through and their food is pretty standard from all the other locations that I've been to. Although nothing over the top since it's a fast food chain, Always a decent chain to visit if you've never tried their unique style of fried chicken.

First time at Jollibee and I couldn't have asked for a better experience! My cashier Paul was an absolute standout, he took the time to get to know what I liked, never rushed me, and made me feel genuinely welcomed as a first-timer. His recommendation to get half spicy chicken and half regular was spot on. He warned me upfront that the spicy chicken is seriously spicy, and he was right, having the regular chicken on the side made it the perfect balance. That kind of thoughtful, personalized service is rare. The food was fantastic, and Paul's guidance made the whole experience even better. Paul is a great ambassador for this restaurant, I'll definitely be back.

Finally tried Jolibee's for the first time, and was pleasantly surprised by the quantity. It's a huge chicken thigh for a pretty reasonable price, can come with a biscuit and another side as a combo order and that was enough food for a meal. Quality wise I would say it's also a step up from KFC. I did try their spaghetti and it looks super cheap and sloppily put together. Luckily tastes better than it looks, but it still tastes like something I can make, so probably stick with some of ther other sides, or just get the chicken. Pie is not bad too, comes out super piping hot, but can become a big mess with the wrapping it comes with.

I will always love Jollibee! They've never disappointed me! Chicken is always crunch and juicy. The gravy just brings the chicken to a whole other level. This time I decided to try the palabok, but the spaghetti is def my favorite combo with the chicken. The pineapple junk e was very refreshing. You can order from the kiosk or the register or the drive thru. The have tables inside to enjoy your food.

A very unpleasant shopping experience. I waited for nearly 40 minutes, while everyone who arrived after me got their food immediately. When I asked the staff, each one had an extremely rude attitude, looking down on me as if I were beneath them. I won't be coming back to this store again--disgusting.

This was my first time here! Very delicious. Prices are extremely reasonable. One of the best inexpensive chicken sandwiches I've ever had. Everything was tasty. I got the spicy chicken sandwich deluxe combo with adobo rice and a passion fruit ice tea plus a mango pie. Bomb.com. The ice tea was soooo good as well as the pie. We ordered through the app and not the kiosk in order to get a $5 off Promo. I think our order may have gotten lost because it took about 20 minutes for them to serve us. We had to check several times but staff was nice. Lots of tables to sit and eat. I'd definitely go back.

Hm, a bit worried. As a Filipino, we've had Jollibee a million times and today, there was definitely something off with the food. We ordered takeout for dinner like we usually do. The chicken wasn't as crunchy and they pretty salty. The flavor was just way off. I was not the only who noticed this. The next day, we woke up with stomach pains and having to rush to the restroom.

Why does their door dash and online delivery system only have original fried chicken and not the spicy one? Do you have to go to the actual restaurant for spicy fried chicken?

They do have spicy online and DoorDash. Sometimes not on the menu, if the spicy are not available in the store.

Hi how much for a two piece by itself?

Visit at Alhambra store or online order. Now they have promotions 2pcs chicken joy meal deal for only $10. You will get 2pcs chicken, 1 side, drink and also a pie for your dessert. That's the best meal deal for 1 person.

Does anyone pick up the phone line? I've been trying to reach this location to cancel an order for next week delivery for a few hours now but no one picks up!

I am surprised because I received good customer service when I was there and dined inside the restaurant. I will be there next week and will speak to the manager about their telephone service.

Do you have parking spaces for a tundra truck and trailer attached? Trailer is about as long as a regular car?

    Yes. Several tables and booths

Will they sell halo halo eventually?

no, it's available at chow king and red ribbon tho

Do you have ube pie now? Thx

no they have peach mango and coconut pineapple

Would you guys do half bucket of original and the other half spicy?

Yes, Jollibee is able to do half spicy and half original.

Do this place serve Halo Halo?

Do the kid meals come with toy?

Yes they do, but kids meals are no longer available. They discontinued already.

Do you accept Apple Pay here?

    Yes we do

Do you guys have spicy chicken around?

Yes we do we may be out of stock at times but once we're back in stock we get straight to making it

Is Jollibee on any 3rd party delivery apps ie Uber Eats Door Dash?

Still not in love with the parking situation but I got the food for takeout both times. It's easier to park at the top during non peak hours (weekdays) or after 8 pm in the plaza. Th first time I went back, I got the combo for 2 (2 sandwiches, 2 chicken gizzard skewers, 6 wings, 2 sodas, and fries), a taiwanese sausage, and an extra chicken sandwich for 3 people. This was so much food and all of it was so good. I will say the Taiwanese sausage was a little small but it was sweet and decent. I probably won't get it again though because I expected it to be a little bigger for the price and it was a little hard. The chicken sandwiches were delicious and super big. The patties themselves were well seasoned (both spicy and non spicy) and huge (sticking out the bun)! The wings were also nice and crunchy. The skewers were also pretty yummy to eat as well. I will say I still don't love the fries as they aren't that seasoned. I even order extra cumin ($.75) and for them to add it to the fries, but they were still pretty plain. I wish they made shake fries or seasoned them better. The second time I went it was already 11 pm and I was happy to see they were opened so late. It's nice to see something opened after 9pm in the SGV. I ordered popcorn chicken, fries, and a sandwich that came out fairly quickly. The popcorn chicken was yummy per usually and my sibling enjoyed the sandwich. I also got regular fries with my free points and although they had pepper seasoning, it was still plain. The fries also weren't that crunchy so I won't order fries from here again. I think they're just not that good here but the chicken is still a go to. Overall, I usually have pleasant experiences at Macho burger and I'm slowly becoming a regular!

Hit the spot for our Banh Mi craving. It wasn't too busy on a Saturday afternoon…read more Plenty of parking spots right behind the building. About 4 tables located outside at the side of the building. We ordered the vegetarian and shredded chicken Banh Mi. Really happy they had a vegetarian option. The bread to filling ratio was spot on and the bread was nice and crunchy on the outside. Initially thought the chicken looked dry but it was actually pretty juicy, slight kick to the flavor but not spicy. The vegetarian had 2 types of vegetarian meat in it. It was very good. Only critic would be that one of the vegetarian meat was a little on the salty side. But if you take a good bite of the sandwich it's not as noticeable. I thought for the quality and size of the Banh Mi, it was very reasonably priced. Would definitely come back again if in the area.

If you're a lamb lover, this place is for you!…read more For one of my Food Reviewing Dungeon Meshi slides, I wanted to include a business highlighting a business that focused on lamb as the main protein and M JOY came up on my listed recommendations on Yelp. Now that I've dined here, I can include in my future panels for the Barometz dish! No one will understand a single thing I've said in this paragraph so you can skip to the next one. It's located in a busy plaza, so you can always do the hack of parking elsewhere and walking in or braving the PvP zone of the above parking lot or the underground parking pit. Lots of people are driving aggressively here without looking, so be careful. M JOY is a fairly small restaurant with a limited number of tables, but they do have a paper wait list outside. Be prepared to wait if you have a big party or if you go during a lunch or dinner rush. Lots of people order to go, if that works for you. It also gets quite warm in that restaurant even with the light AC on and the fans running, especially for a hot August afternoon. You order through a QR code and you can pay through it too or call over a server. My Internet connection was horrendous here for some reason, so I had to rely on the technology of others. Service was efficient and polite. Called him over a couple times to refill water since it was such a hot day. For our lunch, we got the: 1) Coleslaw: -Reminds me of a standard coleslaw that you can get from a Western restaurant, but it's not too liquid-y or soggy and not too sour or too overpoweringly flavored by the dressing. Veggies are crisp and it added a great palate and texture cleanser when we were eating our other dishes. 2) Rib and Shank (For One): - We got an original lamb rib and a lamb shank. Huge servings of lamb meat. The shank is massive and the lamb meat slid off the bone of everything super easily. Meat is moist and extremely tender. Almost melt in your mouth. Some fatty bits to it too. 3) Lamb Ribs Double (For One): -For an extra $1, we got this grilled as we had the original one for the other dish. Skin is slightly crispy on top and it's seasoned with some spicy cumin and chili powder with pepper and sesame seeds. Delicious and probably my favorite out of all of the lamb meat that we had. The meals were meant for a single person and it was more than enough to feed 4 adults who haven't eaten all day yet and still have a bit of food leftover too. Both came with a bowl of lamb soup that had bits of lamb in it and daikon. Nice rich lamb flavor, but not mega heavy for a broth type soup. The meat is served with carrot rice as the carb and it's a bit oily, but yummy and addicting to eat. It's one of my favorite types of rice dish to indulge in. The plates also come with slides which include pickled (I believe) red onions and carrots and some chili oil for dip. Great to add extra flavor, kick, and textures to an already delicious dish. The menu isn't expansive, but it's one of those cases where the restaurant focuses solely one something and does an amazing job of carrying it out. Will come back again!

I usually order from here for pick up but I decided to try the dine in experience. Anyways, I…read moredefinitely DO NOT recommend coming here to dine in. There was still a little bit of a wait at 1pm on a Saturday. There's only one employee managing the dining area and he genuinely looks like he hates his job and we are all a major nuisance in his life. I did feel bad because he was pretty busy running around but his attitude was terrible. When he told me my table was ready, I asked if he could wipe the puddle of water on the table and the ice cubes on the chair and he tossed a handful of napkins on the table at me and then left. Besides bringing my food over, customer service was pretty nonexistent which, I understood because it was pretty busy. However. I did not expect to get charged a 12% service charge. The only time I ever saw him smile was when customers were paying and leaving. You also dont even interact with him while ordering because you order through a QR code on the table. I assume the service charge is for the "unlimited pickled carrots and onions and lamb soup," but its genuinely so hard to flag him down because he's extremely busy. There's also a sign in store that asks customers to not stay for over an hour. Now the food is really good and the portions are generous. The lamb is very tender and literally falling off the bone. I really like the pickled carrot and the lamb soup tastes very clean and came with a slice of radish. I did try their salty milk tea (iced!) and really enjoyed it! It was super filling and I had enough of rice and lamb to eat for dinner. I think the +$2 grilled option comes with cumin powder which is also very good. I forgot to get that today though. Lesson learned - in the future I will only order online for pick up. I will also mention that the last time I ordered online, they forgot an entire rib so oooof.
