Was a little weary because the reviews have not been great. However was pleasantly surprised by the whole experience. The decided to go to the drive thru fairly late at night. Nobody in line. The ordering process was smooth (and patient because we were only vaguely familiar with the menu). The food was ready quickly and piping hot. Fried chicken was juicy and crispy. Similar to other fried chicken in the local area. The Filipino style spaghetti is different in that it's like an amalgamation of American chili and slightly sweet Taiwanese-style spaghetti. I wasn't sure what to think of it at first but I could imagine myself having a hankering for this in the future. Palabok Fiesta was also tasty but I wish it had a little more of the shrimpy-meaty sauce because the ratio of noodle to sauce was a little off. People that don't like that asian shrimp sauce flavor profile might not like this though. Me and another family member like it so we enjoyed this. Those awesome Peach Mango pies are gonna get me back real soon. read more

I'm a filipino and Jollibee is basically my secondary food source which is only after Home cooking, the food is undeniably good but the customer service in this location today 10/17/23 around 12pm is very unpleasant. A woman in the drive thru was very rude and I won't be coming to this specific location just because of her. Do yourselves a favor and get your jollibee somewhere else until they do a staff in-service training or something to better accommodate customers. read more

Well before I even got here it looked busy from the inside. I never had jollibee before so my sister recommended this place. We went inside and there was two cashiers and a line . It wasn't moving very fast but it was okay. The inside was clean and they have good seating . Anyways I ordered the 2pcs and jolly spaghetti. Don't come here if you want spicy chicken!!! Here I was told that I could not order spicy chicken. There were many trays of spicy chicken behind the workers so I asked how I could get it. One cashier told me I had to mobile order, so I was about to leave the line to order online. However the supervisor stopped us and said that I could not order the spicy chicken online and that we had to order there. So I gave up and ordered the regular chicken. Later on, we saw another couple argue with the staff about the spicy chicken. They had a loud, heated discussion for a while in front of all the customers. The workers caved, however, and just gave them the spicy chicken. This entire experience was so unprofessional and made me never want to eat at this location again. I don't understand why I had no option to order the spicy chicken when that was what I really wanted and the reason I came to Jollibee. Ever since this Jollibee location opened up I have been waiting to try it out as there's almost always a long line at the drive thru. I got the spicy chicken sandwich and it had jalapeños in it which I actually really liked and found flavorful. The chicken piece was quite large too. It was a pretty solid spicy chicken sandwich IMO if you're quickly craving one to eat. The service was great and friendly! Bathrooms nice and clean. Came here expecting to see the bee statue but don't know where he's off to or went, so I was a little bummed. I'll have to come back to try their fried chicken though as it looks promising. read more

I had a bad experience on this location today. It's pretty normal to wait for your food at the drive thru and I don't mind it at all, the wait is worth because of the food. But sadly the customer service today was so bad that I need to leave a bad review. They forgot something in my order, okay I don't mind to come back and pick it up but I told the lady at the drive thru speaker that I wont fall in line again and wait for the 4 cars in front of me just to get the pie they forgot. This location is in a busy shopping center, so it was pretty crowded already when we got there at 1:30pm. The line moved pretty fast, but everyone was standing around waiting for food for quite a while. We got the 6 piece chicken joy bucket (1/2 original and 1/2 spicy), the chicken sandwich, extra gravy, and fries. The chicken was delicious and the spicy chicken was especially flavorful! The gravy made it even better! The fries were spectacular--better than McDonald's, and that's saying a lot. The chicken sandwich was subpar. I'd say even Popeyes' chicken sandwich is better. I'd go back just for the fries! This location is busy, so make sure you have an ample amount of time to wait. read more

Would give 0 stars if I could. Was really excited that they finally opened up one in Alhambra but the service and organization is absolutely horrible! I understand that during grand opening they were low on many items or ran out but that is to be expected. We returned way after and decided to order 20 of the chicken itself. After bringing it to a party, we took it out and realized they only gave us 11... which is a substantial amount less! How do you mistakenly give someone that much less?! Stopped by on Sunday 7/30 and had the worst manager experience, The manager here should be demoded to janitor at best. If the person is here and placed the ordered, why does the priority goes to the online orders when they're not here yet? So their chicken could be steaming in box and get all soggy? Let me start this off saying that I love Jollibee. I grew up on Jollibee. But I did not have a good experience with Jollibee Alhambra. I was visiting some friends in Alhambra and they've never had Jollibee before so I decided to go on the app and order a few things for them. When I got to the Jollibee location it was only drive-through. There was no way to pick up your app order except through drive-through. The dinning room is closed the line for drive-through is long. I know it's not the locations fault but they could have set up a app pick up spot by the door or something. There should be a warning through the app that this location is drive through only. The one star is only for the situation. read more

I love everything here in Jollibee and definitely recommended. Very Clean and employees are really nice. The only thing I can say is they only put a little bit spaghetti sauce and Palabok sauce so, you can only eat half of the noodles. I forgot to tell them about the first time I ordered on 6/20/2022 while waiting for my dad surgery. It's the same thing. So, if you order using drive thru or inside check your order first or ask for extra sauce. Will take picture next time read more

This is probably the worst location. The chicken was cold, over battered and hard. It reminded me of chicken from vons but honestly I think vons is better. I ordered through drive thru and I said rice twice and I knew she said fries. Of course she placed my order wrong. I'm not trying to poke fun of the language barrier. This was my first time at Jollibee! This Jollibee location is inside the plaza with 99 ranch. They have a drive-thru for those who want to take-out and a couple of inside seating if you want to sit down. We got the 6pc half mild and half spicy chicken, 2 chicken sandwiches, tenders, and 2 peach mango pies. The meal comes with a large side of gravy which was more than enough for me and my husband. The chicken pieces was great! But mango peach pie....was AMAZING. I definitely would come here just for that. read more
