The service was nice other than the fact that I was told my food would come out in 15 minutes, yet it came out in 25 minutes. The food made up for the wait. I happened to be in the area yesterday and decided to drop in on this location and get food the family. It was not cheap, over $65 but we got ample food (4 meals) plus desserts and one pineapple quencher. My go to is the spicy chicken joy + spaghetti. The chicken is perfect and has a kick to it. $11.99 and should get you a solid two meals. Can finish it off with a peach mango pie for a great meal. Place is clean inside. The sign says they are short staffed so please be kind if they are a little slow. I would rather have white meat though or have the option of chicken strips instead. Of course, gotta eat the chicken with gravy! The chicken is just hot, crispy, and scrumptious. These are some of the best fried chicken in the food industry! The sweet Pinoy-style spaghetti is a guilty pleasure and so is the savory palabok. I went to Jollibee the other day to pick up a Chickejoy basket for me and my coworkers. I ordered the all spicy of course. So as we were eating it, we realized they were not spicy at all even though they were labeled spicy with the little flags and the chicken tasted old. I had started trying Jollibee earlier this year & I honestly think the food is absolutely delicious. I personally hated how long the line & wait time were so I started ordering on DoorDash instead. I wanted to order on September 30th because I wanted to make sure I wasn't eating fried food in October lol. So, my mouth was set on eating Jollibee for the last time in awhile that might. I went to order around 7:45/50pm on DoorDash and you can't order past 8:10pm. When I was looking at the options, I didn't see "Spicy" available. This is not the first time I've seen that. The first time that happened, I was able to call Jollibee and request they make the chicken Spicy. The call lasted less than 3 minutes. So, I figured I should be able to do the same this time around. I called them and no one answered. Time kept moving so I waited a few minutes and then called again because I wanted to be able to put my order in on time. Still...no answer. By the 3rd call, someone picked up but they didn't talk, I could just hear the background noise. The 5th/6th call, someone picked up but muted themselves because I didn't hear any background noise this time. Now, I'm getting irritated because I know that this would be a super quick call. Whether they have it or not, letting me know would take less than one minute. I called literally 15 times. By the 15th call, a manager named Claire picked up. I could tell she was not physically at the location and maybe the call was transferred to her. I let Claire know what was going on and she was very pleasant and accommodating and understanding. That is true customer service, unlike the workers at the store location. I was going to report them on the Better Business Bureau but I'll start with Yelp. By the time I spoke to Claire, it was too late to order on DoorDash and I'm not driving 18 minutes to get there. She apologized for the inconvenience and let me know if I ever come in they could accommodate me, if I call & ask for her. Either way, them choosing not to pick up the phone that night was irresponsible and unprofessional. What if it was an important call concerning the food? I got jollibee for New Year's Eve and it was the best decision I'd ever made. I don't really have family to celebrate with anymore and I wanted a quiet evening to myself. I searched Yelp for places that were still open the latest and as soon as I saw jollibee, I made my decision. I placed an online order (which I highly recommend as their lines can get really long) for pickup at 9pm. I got there around 8pm and asked the cashier is she could make my order earlier and even though they were busy, she assured me that was no problem and it'd only be an extra 10 minute wait, that's nothing for jollibee When I come, I always get the fried chicken, either a 3 piece or a bucket...don't judge, for just myself. I've never had fried chicken from here that's never been fresh. Fresh out of the fryer, super juicy and not oily at all! I also get the palabok fiesta. As I'm not Filipino, I can't vouch how authentic it is but, it's so goooooood! It's vermicelli middles, super thin with ground beef? Sauce and crispy bits. I don't know what's all in it but, I love it so much! I also got the steamed rice for later and you get a side of gravy always. Everything I had this day was absolutely perfect in every way. The food was very fresh and hot . I love how crispy and juicy the chicken was . The spice on the chicken was just right . The gravy was cool to dip in the gravy. The spaghetti was a pleasant surprise because I've never had sweet spaghetti with hotdogs in it. The garlic noodles were good , especially if you mix them with the eggs . I wish the tables were clean but they really busy so the service was just ok . Even though this may be the most stars that I have ever given to a fast-food chain, I am doing this based on some solid reasons. 1). This is the most popular fast food chain in the Philippines, where it originated, which I think is cool. 2). There are more Jollibee restaurants in the Philippines than every other fast food restaurants there combined, which I think is even cooler. 3). 40% of the menu is real Filipino fast food, like Halo Halo, Mango Pie, Longganisa Filipino Pork Sausage, Marinated Beef Tapa (Teriyaki), crispy Spring Rolls, Palabok Shrimp on glassy Rice-Noodles, & Ginger-Pepper Beef. 4). The remaining 60% of the menu are Filipino versions of American dishes, like Fried Chicken, Hamburgers, Hot Dogs & Sausages, Full Breakfasts (Corned Beef Hash & Eggs, Pancakes & Eggs, etc.), Steaks & Hamburger Steaks with Gravy, Shakes & Floats, Ice Cream, & sweet Filipino-American Spaghetti. 5). Instead of Fries with everything, the Carb of choice here is long grain Rice. 6). There are interesting Sides, like Creamy Macaroni Soup, hearty Macaroni Salad Plate with Egg, Palabok Rice Noodles in Meat Sauce, Mashed Potatoes, Adobo Rice, Buttered Corn, and of course, French Fries with Banana Catsup. There is a Children's Menu - and kids seem to have fun here. The side dining-room is big enough for a party. And prices here are more reasonable than at, say, Kentucky Fried Chicken. Also, the large strip-mall that Jollibee is in has two other Filipino restaurants in it (one of them is a great Asian Soup & Noodle place), plus a wonderful Bakery with beautiful cakes, as well as steam BBQ Pork Buns, and Filipino meat & chicken Empanadas. And to top it all off, there is a huge Seafood City Grocery Store, with yet another restaurant in it. And if that isn't enough for you, the large strip-mall is flanked by two other smaller malls that have four restaurants in them apiece, and most are Filipino or East Asian. My favorite is "Good Ha" 1/4 block south. Its a hidden gem of a family owned steam table place, where all you need to do is point at what looks Yummy. So now you can see why I gave Jollibee four out of five stars. The whole event of eating here is just such a fun adventure. And if you like fish, seafood city has an extensive variety of fresh ones and live ones in tanks, plus half a dozen expert fish mongers who fillet the fish for you and even offer to cook it for free. Make sure to stock up on some delicious seafood while you're in the area. They even sell sacks of 24 fresh live huge Pacific oysters for $11.99. Wow. Get two. Bon Appetite. read more

I have been wanting to try this place after the Fung Brothers did a Crispy Chicken Sandwich challenge and ranked this the best sandwich. I drove here around lunch time, this place was in a shopping center. Parking was easy, found a spot and got in line. The line was maybe 5 people deep. Ordered a spicy chicken sandwich and a spicy chicken deluxe. The main difference is the deluxe has lettuce and tomatoes, but neither comes with pickles, which was slightly disappointing. Also ordered the crispy fries, which was smaller than I thought it'd be. I was tempted to order the pie or the drink, but I resisted. Took the sandwiches and fries home and ate it there. Sandwiches were spicy, crispy and very tasty. Fries were also good, just wished we had more. Should have ordered a large instead of a regular. Overall a very good chicken sandwich experience. When I took a bite, I could feel the dried chicken fibers absorbing the moisture from my tongue. I returned them, and they were replaced, but unfortunately, the new ones were just as dry.
