The worst ever . They have the manager who said she cant keep up with the order. Really? Why are you there? Too bad you monopolize this industry but this is the worst! A nightmare. I hope there will be another one better than this we were here for 1 hour! Unbelievable
I've always been a fan of Jollibee, especially for their chicken. It is nice to have a reliable source of great food in an efficient manner so close to the Kaiser. I ordered ahead, and it did save some time. I got the Bucket Treat A and a Jolly Spaghetti. It was more than enough, but nothing wrong with some leftovers. The folks behind the counter were very nice.
New breakfast sandwiches?! We had to come try them. Unfortunately, service was not a great on this visit. We ordered from their self-order kiosks, waited and waited for our order to dine in, screens said our order was ready and it wasn't. They're hitting the ready button before it really is. Not sure if they're being timed for how quickly food is being prepared and handed to customers, but when I used to work in fast food in my teens in a McDonald's drive thru, we were being tracked on how quickly we were helping our customers and serving them. Our managers kept yelling at us to hit the "serve" button. The screen showed that food was ready for pick up and we asked the worker if it was and she said it wasn't. We waited an additional 10 minutes and it was finally ready for us to eat. Upon picking up the coffee, it seemed light so when I went to our table, I opened the lid and sure enough, the coffee cup was half filled. Onto the food. . . the Chicken and Waffles breakfast sandwich was tasty, but the waffle needed to be softer. Imagine biting into a crunchy over-toasted bread. It was too crunchy for my liking. The longanisa sandwich was a lot better and flavorful. My daughter ended up putting the fried chicken from waffle sandwich and used the pandesal bun from the longanisa sandwich. I ended up eating the longanisa patty and the waffle. She pretty much "Frankensteined" her own sandwich. If you haven't tried their new breakfast sandwiches, you should! It's definitely different and good.
I was in Panorama City for a week visiting, and this location is closest to where I was at, which was convenient. It is in a plaza with a few other restaurants and stores. I haven't had Jollibee in a long while, so I was very excited to get something to eat. The staff were polite, and they tried to get orders out fairly quickly. The only thing is they had quite a line waiting for orders. It took, I think, half an hour for me to get my order. The restaurant itself was pretty clean even though they had a lot of customers dining in and out. The only thing that sort of annoyed me was that the ice machine, I think, was either broken or malfunctioning because it kept running out of ice. The food was delish and was super nostalgic for me. The rice was perfect, the chicken was perfectly crunchy and the gravy was as flavorful as I remember! My friends and I did eat in the restaurant. It was a bit difficult to find somewhere to eat because they were packed. The staff were pretty good about clearing and cleaning tables though, so it wasn't too long of a wait. Overall experience was solid, even with the few hiccups of longer wait times than anticipated.
Jollibee Chicken is SOOO GOOD!!!! I love the Chicken Joy with Gravy and the Jollibee Spaghetti is yummy too but it's not your traditional Italian Spaghetti it's Filipino Spaghetti so it's a little sweeter. It's different but worth trying! This location is always busy because it's the only Jollibee restaurant in the area! I always get great service here and the Chicken Joy with Gravy always hits the spot! I love Jollibee so much! One of my favorite Fried Chicken!
Jollibee is always my number one option when it comes to fried chicken. I was craving fried chicken so I decided to go to Jollibee to get some fried chicken. It didn't disappoint. Fried chicken was so good and fresh. Service was good too. Ladies who were working that day were really nice to customers . They were greeting the customers as soon as they walked in. The wait for the food was not that long. I got my fried and side of rice in about ten minutes of ordering. This location has kiosks for ordering which makes the ordering process easier. This location has indoor seating area. It is clean and well maintained. Tables during my visit were getting cleaned after customers which is a good thing. The only issue with this location is the parking. It can be really busy and I usually park farther down which usually there are parking spaces.
This is our go-to Jollibee since Oxnard's store is still under construction. It's worth the 50 minutes drive from Camarillo. Food: Their chicken, spaghetti, and mash potatoes are my families favorites. I'm a big fan of their spicy chicken because it's spicy, juicy and flavorful. My children love their spaghetti and gravy. If you stick to these, you will become addicted like us. Service: We preordered on the mobile app over one hour in advance. The meal was ready about 5 minutes after the time it was promised. The staff is friendly and working quickly to serve the customers. This store recently added kiosks to order, which helped because there was almost no line of customers to place orders like there usually is. Ambiance: The store is average size and mostly clean. The smell of fresh fried chicken is the first thing you will notice when parking your car. The parking lot is crowded and parking spots are narrow, so try not to park there with a larger car. There's a side alley that has a little more space. Overall, we really enjoy Jollibee's food and will happily drive over an hour to have some quality fried chicken.
Updated 2026/01/31: I came back to Try their KBBQ chicken sandwich, I was informed that is no longer offered, I am so sad that I only got to try it once , on the last day of the limited time offer. I'm hoping they bring it back soon. Updated 2026/01/30 I came here to try out their new Kbbq chicken, it was so good and being paired with steamed Rice was perfect, the sauce was delicious but messy to eat. They added 3 self service ordering kiosk, The place was kept clean, the service was professional
I get it--I totally understand why people love Jollibee. The chicken has really great breading, and I tried the tenders meal, which came with fries, a drink, an ube pie, and a free side of their chicken sauce (basically gravy). The tenders were solid and definitely something I'd order again. The ube pie was decent--the flaky crust was spot-on for a fast-food dessert, though the filling was a bit too sweet for my taste. This location was packed when I visited, and with the ordering kiosks down, the wait was longer than expected. That said, there was plenty of seating, the space was clean and well maintained, and it was clear the staff were working hard to keep things moving. While it's still fast food and a bit pricey like most places these days, I wouldn't mind coming back--especially if I'm craving those tenders.

Finally tried the chicken, and yes it is better then all other fast food chicken spots. More flavor, not greasy at all, and very tender. The peach mango pie is very good but it will burst in ur mouth be careful its hot
Sweet na sweet naman ang mga workers! The service is super quick especially if you go in the morning, when it's not busy, it's super nice to relax there and eat with family!

Who doesn't love a bucket of fried chicken?!? If is golden brown, crispy, not oily, juicy inside what more do you need. Well the answer is a cup of gravy and steamed rice. Service was quick and if you can't wait to bring it home there's lots of seating inside. The only issue is location. It's located in a busy shopping mall so parking could be a pain. read more

I was around the area so I decided to stop by for lunch. Crossing my fingers hoping no an hour wait for the ChickenJoy. Lo and behold, there is none. Yay I ordered 2pcs Spicy Chicken and a rice for the side. I was so excited to eat but got disappointed upon seeing the Chicken. They are smaller now in sizes. Cost cutting huh. While eating the chicken, it dawned on me that I am not tasting the spiciness but just like the regular one. However, It tastes good though so I proceeded to finish them. The rice tasted like the cheapest one in the market. I drowned it out with the gravy so I was able to eat it. It was lunch time but it wasn't busy as expected. There were available tables. I have seen so many videos about Jollibee. When I found out there there is one near us we had to try it. We made our way over and had high hopes. I'll get straight to the point, we were all BEYOND disappointed with this meal. When I say we I mean my husband who is pretty chill regarding food and my young children. I'll start by saying the staff was friendly and helpful and the store was clean so that was good. Many people brought up parking, but thankfully that wasn't an issue for us. The parking spots are small though and it's a busy lot across from Kaiser. So I could see issues at different times. The food was not good in any way. The only things that were decent were the deluxe spicy sandwich. However I asked for no jalapeños and the sauce on the side. I was charged .75 for the sauce on the side and didn't get lettuce or tomato for my sandwich. The peach mango pie was decent too. But they charged me for 2 even though one was supposed to come with the meal that I ordered so I should've been charged just for one. The pie also wasn't fresh. Everything we ordered was COLD and old. Nothing was fresh. I wanted spicy chicken but they were out. They also only have dark meat. So the meat was greasy and even a little slimy. The "famous" gravy was so basic. I'd prefer other fast food gravy like El Pollo Loco. It was crispy though. The fries might have been good had they been fresh. I like they the have a little seasoning to them. The adobo rice tasted fake even the gravy didn't help it. I sadly didn't enjoy anything at all. I plan to try jolibee again. I'm not sure if I will go back to this location though. But I have to try the restaurant one more time, because with all the hype, we must've just gone on a bad day or something. read more

My daughter had this delivered to our home in Sylmar. She got a bucket of regular and a bucket of spicy chicken. I liked the regular chicken. She also got fries, which were meh. We also had adobo rice and that was good. Coleslaw was good as well as the peach mango pie. Word of caution: the peach mango pie will squirt or ooze out when you bite it! But it was delicious! We also had the spaghetti which I didn't try. My daughter ordered some garlicy noodles that were good as well. All in all, I enjoyed the chicken. It was way better than KFC. Ordered a 6-piece bucket from the Facebook promotion, the flavor is very good, and skin crispy, I would say it's comparable to my usual favorite Popeyes Chicken, but exceeding it because the pieces seem large. Welp... we were in the neighborhood and we wanted to grab a quick bite nearby. Nestled at the end of a very bustling shopping center we found Jollibee. Parking was a little tight. The exterior of the shopping center looks like it could use a little TLC, but the interior was very clean, well kept to date. We walked up to the counter, perused the menu we and placed our orders. In a matter of minutes our order was ready. I wasn't expecting much initially as we were just looking to feed the craving but it was definitely a yummy move. The chicken was nice and crispy. It was also very juicy and not oily... AND flavorful! They also have burgers and fries and a variety of other items. The burgers were really good, especially considering it's more so a chicken place, which was a bonus. We've been there a few more times when we were in the area and it's consistently been a good experience. read more

If you love fried chicken you'll love Jollibee. This location has been in Panorama City for quite some time now and I am shocked that I have not provided my own review on this establishment. I love Jollibee's fried chicken. It is crunchy, juicy and very tasty. The best addition is the gravy to add. Either you are a dripper, dipper, or dunker it is a complete icing on the cake. Another thing that I enjoy is their Filipino spaghetti. Its good for a quick fix, because lets be real home made is always the best! Though I have not tried everything on the menu, those two items are key. The place gets pretty crowded during lunch and dinner times but there is always a table available by the time your food is ready. Parking: small very congested private lot. I recommend finding parking in the residential street west of the block and walk through the alley. VERDICT: Rinse and repeat read more

Jollibee is ALWAYS a great meal. Their fried chicken is truly divine. I got the 2 piece combo deal which is 2 pieces of chicken, spicy of course, fries, drink and a peach mango pie. That is a GREAT deal. My spicy chicken was indeed a bit spicy with a nice kick but noting too crazy. They have options of there pineapple mango quencher or fountain drink. Their fries were good. But the Peach Mango Pie is perfection. The staff were super kind. It was a busy Sunday and they kept the lines moving. The wait was about 5 minutes but they made it happen. There are plenty of seating inside and it is just a very colorful restaurant with history of the restaurant on the wall. read more

I ordered a 3 piece combo and it Shows that it comes with a biscuit and a side. I got the side but not the biscuit. I was told that they don't have biscuits in that location so I asked for a substitute. She still told me they don't do that. WTF? Why have it on the menu and don't deliver. My husband was craving Jollibee so we decided to run our monthly Filipino grocery errands in Panorama City. Parking in this plaza can get tough, but worth it (IMO), given the stores we can shop from in one trip. We arrived at lunchtime -- it was crazy busy! We ordered the 10-piece chicken meal (spicy) with crunchy fries, mashed potatoes with gravy and adobo rice. After waiting a few minutes, we noticed that the orders stopped going out. We were told that they are waiting on more chicken to cook. The team member let us take the fries from our order to munch on while we waited. Although orders were backing up, the staff kept prepping the orders as much as they could. When the chicken finally got done, the orders moved out pretty quickly. Although a bit chaotic, the staff are always respectful and quite efficient. The food -- ALWAYS so, so good! read more

I stopped by this Jollibee place today to finally get their fried chicken. I was already going to be in the plaza this place is in to get my wife her drink so I decided to stop by here to try their chicken. I came in the early morning so I was able to find parking easily. If you come in the afternoon then it can be tough getting a parking spot. When I walked inside, there was no one in line so I was able to walk right up to the cashier. I got the 10 piece bucket and got the mix of spicy and regular. I also ordered small fries to complete my order. It didn't take long for the worker to prepare my order, I think they just took more time to make the fries. The employees here were very friendly. My chicken came with 2 cups of gravy even though it's not my favorite. I didn't think the spicy fried chicken was that spicy and you also don't get a lot of meat on the chicken. The regular fried chicken was the same in my opinion. I thought the fries were just okay as well. read more

Probably the best fast food I've ever eaten??? Chicken was crispy outside and moist inside. The spaghetti was good. Gravy did pair good with the chicken and would have been bomb with mashed potatoes. The peach mango pie is soo good, especially the friend dough itself was good! The seating area is clean. It was a busy night. Sadly they did run out of spicy fried chicken and they did forget that we were dining in, no biggie! The staff is helpful. The dining area is unexpectedly big and does extend to the back. read more

You may see a lot of reviews about the long wait times, but this review is strictly about the food. Do you know why the wait time is insane? Because the food is AMAZING! And this isn't just nostalgia on my end because I took my American wife here and she says it's the best fried chicken she's ever had. Crunchy fried chicken, sweet spaghetti, best day ever. Please, plan your visit (don't go during lunch or dinner rush) and you will be satisfied. read more
