It was tender, juicy, and packed with smoky flavor. I actually think I enjoyed it even more than the sausage and brisket. Don't get me wrong, the sausage and brisket were also REALLY good, but the pulled pork was definitely the winner for me. And don't skip the sides; they were all really good, definitely not just an afterthought to the BBQ. Then came dessert... the blueberry cobbler was soooooo good! Warm, sweet, and the perfect way to finish such a delicious BBQ feast. I could have easily gone back for another serving! Yes, you may have to wait, but this place is proof that sometimes the best things really are worth waiting for.
