Think Chipotle style burrito place but WAAAAAAAAAY better. These are serious burritos. Come hungry. It's a challenge to finish it all. I go with the Jr. Jumbo most times and even that is often too much. The nachos and fries are also enormous. Ingredients are very fresh. SO MANY TOPPINGS. All of the meat choices are full of flavor. Total Waste On My Money!! I stopped by the one on base before work. I ordered a burrito and payed 12 dollars. When I ordered it I asked for no onions. When I got the bag I knew something was very wrong. First it was cold the only thing that was hot was the tortilla. When I got to worked I opened it, and it was nothing but hot garbage. I went one time to Jumbo Burrito--I felt rushed. It was my first time going there...The woman behind the counter was rude--she rushed me. I was looking at the menu reading, trying to decide what I wanted, she kept asking me, "Do you know what you want? Do you know what you want?" (Even after I allowed others to go ahead of me so that I did not hold up the line.) I felt pressured, uncomfortable, and unwelcome. I finally decided on Nachos--I witnessed my nachos go on the flat top to have the cheese melted, my food was placed under a pan lid while water was squirted at the hot flat top. Used to be my favorite burrito in America. Now you don't get nearly as much meat, charge for extra Mexican cheese and everything just seems much more stingier. I've only had one frustrating experience there and it was because the girl making my burrito misheard me about what kind I wanted, and they didn't offer to fix it for me. The food is awesome! Sometimes a server or two will mess simple things up though. They are very nice,however. I eat there as often as once or twice a week. The burritos will fill you up. This place really does have jumbo burritos I could only eat half of it. Luckily it made for a great dinner also. This place reminds me of taco trucks but with a nice climate controlled environment plus you got more options and it's nice to see the topping to ensure freshness. If i could rate this restaurant 7 stars i would. In Washington state there is nothing in the mexican food genre that can touch the quality and authenticity of this place. I just moved here in december 2015 from San diego california for 6 years... Robertitos, sombreros, vallartas, pedros tacos... All great southern cali restaurants. If you are like me you assume that this eatery couldn't possibly measure up to it's name but I am here to tell you that we were both wrong & their burritos truly are JUMBO. Along with being impressive in size, the food here is excellent & the service provided is great! To further display my point, I took my parents to eat here (among other very exciting Washington attractions) last year when they first visited me after my husband & I moved to Oak Harbor. Now that it's time they start gearing up to vacation here again, I asked what they would like to do while visiting this time around. Expecting to hear the usual "Space Needle" or "Mount St Helens" I was shocked when they responded with "Go to Jumbo Burrito everyday". Not to mention they are coming from the South West (which is known for this type of food). This place is a real gem in the midst of unimpressive Mexican food surrounding the state of Washington. We drove through town, stopped in, and this place made me want to move to Oak Harbor simply to be within driving distance. It's like Subway, for burritos. But holy cow is it good. Everything is super super fresh, and super authentic. The only thing missing from the authenticity is the lack of lengua (beef tongue) on the huge menu list of meats you can choose from.
