Great visit and interaction for the initial sale BUT it has been downhill from there. I received my license plate via the mail, because I know how to put it on, so I have to say thank you to Clay Cooley for putting it on for me. Then 2 months after buying my car, I had to call and question the whereabouts of my 2nd key, and they said, oh it's been here, thanks for the notice. I was told to come pick it up, when I get there, I was told it was mailed to me, thanks for the notice. Then I called to ask about my oil change, and the rude guy who barely answered my questions and hung up as I was saying by have a great day...who was providing the customer service?!? I thought very highly of my first encounter, I will not refer anyone to you at this point. It's not just about the sale but the service. I got an oil change here and it was a horrible experience of customer service I've ever had. The oil change time was 2 hours and has expected they went over 20 minutes. So total time was 140 minutes. When I arrived 3 service associates went on break at the same time while 1 car was in front of me. I didn't wanna wait there for 2 hours so they offered myself, my step son ( a 2 year old), my pregnant fiancée and my niece a shuttle or ride to a restaurant. They dropped us off and it took them over an hour to pick us up. The restaurant was 7 minutes away in Ina car off the expressway and we could have walked but with a baby and pregnant gf I couldn't just leave them. So we had to wait like idiots. They did not care when I talked to a manager. They are one of the worst dealers I've been to. I will recommend Huffines to friends and family and not there for any service. Never again!!! read more

NEVER buy a car from here. 1) I was harassed by Bobby Lee. 2) I purchased my used car (63k miles) in August and I've had more issues than my 2000 mustang with 176k miles. 3) it's next to IMPOSSIBLE to get your car serviced because they have their mechanics leave early every freakin day it seems like. 4) they sent my finance information to the wrong bank so I had to make a double payment through the banks so my credit wasn't ruined AND so I could keep my car. My original post of this was from April 2017 needs adjusting and I forgot all about it. I bought my truck in 2017. Traded in a leave from VW. They paid off my lease, rolled the negative equity into the new financing of my new truck and said they would take care of everything else. A year later. April 2018 vW credit calls and asks where the Tiguan was. After a huge investigation we found it back at Jupiter and it had an extra 8k miles put on it. The sales guy who sold me me was using it as his own and got fired. Jupiter gave me check to pay for the fees occurred for VW credit. A year after that, April 2019 I get a tax bill from the city of Dallas saying I owe $500 taxes on it for 2018, the year Jupiter had it. I went around and around with Haus the manager and I kept getting the brush off. Finally the city was about to send me to collections, I had to pay the $500 out of my own pocket. I could never get them to pay me back. This April 2020 I went to find out the pay off of my truck. That triggered something and Jupiter called me trying to sell me something new. I told them the story, was assured I'd hear back the next day, and you guessed right, nada. Nothing at all. I'll go out of my way to avoid Jupiter Chevrolet and will tell everyone I know about the experience I had with them. read more

I really wish I could give this dealership zero stars, but Yelp won't allow that. I love my GMC Sierra that I purchased. But..... This car buying experience was a nightmare. In the picture of the vehicle on the website, the truck had step rails. Upon delivery of the vehicle, I happened to notice that they had been removed. When I contacted the dealership and the sales associate that helped me, they told me that those step rails being on the vehicle would void the bumper to bumper warranty. What a bunch of BS. What it boiled down to was that I had a certain price in mind on the vehicle. They took off equipment that would get it down to that value rather than come down on the price. The other issue was with the finance manager. Beyond being a total a-hole that doesn't know what 'No, I don't want that. What do you not understand about that?" means, he couldn't get my paperwork right and I had to sit in his miserable office for three hours when I told him I had to get back to the office and had a time limit. The inconsiderate p***k didn't even try to accommodate my schedule or finish the paper work and bring it to me. Needless to say, I didn't make a meeting that I told him well earlier in the day that I HAVE to attend. On top of that, he STILL got it wrong on the financing documents and made ME come to HIM the next day instead of bringing the documents to me to sign. Our car sales man kept bragging about how the first delivery was gone in 4 hours and how we needed to purchase ASAP. We asked him how long the car had been on the lot and he said two weeks. We were ready to purchase but Jeff wasn't even interested in working with us on the price to get into the used Tahoe. I would give this dealership zero stars if possible. This experience taught me that Jupiter Chevy does not care about their customers or the jobs that they do. It took a month and a half to fix a part that was quoted for 8 days, and I was never updated on my car's status. Also, my personal decal items were thrown away without telling me, and when I went to pick up my car, there were still issues with it. Now, they're trying to say it's my insurance company's fault that they threw away my stuff??? I usually go to Reliable Chevy, and as they were full for repairs, I was recommended by their guys to come to Jupiter Chevy. I dropped off my car on Monday, December 24th and was told by Andy that the repair would take about 8 days and that he would be calling me by Friday of that week to confirm that he'd gotten my car dispatched. I never received a call. I called weekly to try and find out about my car, but no one had any answers. Whenever I tried to get in touch with Andy, I was given the run-around multiple times, as he'd either been at lunch, or he wasn't in that day, or a multitude of excuses. The following next weeks went basically the same. Finally, on February 4th, I got a call saying to come pick up my car, and then was told everything was ready to go. As I started to drive my car away, I didn't even leave the parking lot before I noticed that there was paint streaks on my window, a taillight that hadn't been reconnected, and lose screws rolling around my floorboard. Then, today when I was able to see my car in the light, I realized that my limited edition window decals that had been awards had been taken off the back of my car. I called the collision center to find out what happened, and was told that my window had been replaced. No one had told me about that at all. I was then told that it's the nature of the repair and that my original window had been thrown out. I called them and I was given excuse after excuse of why the glass would not be able to be recovered. How do you lose a large back windshield in two days? It is apparent that Jupiter Chevy does not care about their customers. I will never come back to Jupiter Chevy. Next time, I'll just wait for my preferred dealer. read more

I noticed the low ratings before calling to schedule my wife's vehicle for service. I had an open mind and had hoped my experiences would be different. I was transferred three times and finally got to someone interested in working with me. I have been to this location one time prior yet they had no record of me or my information. After a total exchange (start to finish 3 minutes) I decided to part ways with this neighborhood dealership and seek one that has their business in order. READ IT ALL!!! All military personnel DO NOT do business here!!!! I drove an hour and half to this dealership with my own financing approved. After I test drove the car the salesman went to the finance manager's office (Bobby) and returned with an offer of $100 more a month than my finance company told me it would be. I refused the offer of course and said I have financing, I already know what my payments should be. The salesman returned again and said they did everything they could and took everything off the car to get me 20 dollars a month less from the last offer. I again said, I have financing this is not correct!!! He said exactly what the finance manager told him to say, with the year of the car and the miles, this is what was offered by your finance company. I could not figure out why the payments and APR rate were higher than what my finance company told me before I arrived.... After I refused the last offer the finance manager came over to let me know he did everything he could for me. He went on to say he appreciated my service in the military. I never brought up my service and never asked anything for me being in the service. I am a decorated bronze star recipient, who served in the United States Army. He went on to stress over and over again how much he appreciated my service!!!! He stated just for my service he would do more if he could because he appreciated it so much. We then shook hands and I left. This whole process was a lie and I found out he was trying to rob me. This was the most disgusting and un-American situation that has happened to me. He tried to use his appreciation for my service as a way to get me to believe him and take the deal. I was shocked and didn't understand how any human being could do this to someone especially when the deal was already done and approved before I showed up. So then I went outside and called my finance company and asked what happened! I will be pushing this to all my military connections and asking to spread the word with our political and public figures!! I can only imagine how many service members have been through this and accepted the offer and unknowingly had thousands of dollars in "warranties" added in. They informed me of the truth, which I will show the numbers below: The offer they gave me at the table with the salesman was 7,847 out the door for 320 a month..... What they gave my finance company was: 10,372 out the door for 320 a month.... You will see I never knew they were telling the bank I was financing 10,372 I never saw this number once. The only number they would show me was the 7, 847. The added cost was warranties they tried to sneak into the price. The second offer was 7,379 out the door 289 a month.... The real offer they sent my bank was 9,859.... I confronted the finance manager and he immediately knew what I was talking about. Of course I immediately left!! The next day was Saturday and I spoke to the Director Vince Talplacido at around 6 pm and keep in mind they close at 7 pm. He asked what he could do to make this right and get my business.... I said just give me the car at the right price, there was no reason to try and screw me... all I wanted to do was go in and get the car at the price they gave me at the table. They offered it at 7, 379 so give me it at that price... Its EASY!!! You say 7,379 out the door, then do it!! He said I will personally call your bank and get this fixed and call you back. NO CALL BACK!!!!! Monday I call!!!! Its 11am and haven't received a call!!!!! THEY SOLD THE CAR!!!!!!!!!!! I called the salesman and he said either I or Vince will call you back. Everyone on the staff is friendly, courteous, and professional. The work was done within the time they estimated and they provide a courtesy van. The only thing that could be improved is providing a statement of work done in plain English. I had the 60,000 mile maintenance done on my car. While Mike told me what that involved, it would be nice to have that written on the invoice as well. Had an appointment to view a used Sierra 1500 with David. Even though I contacted David 3 times before arrival, he tells me on arrival the vehicle I had scheduled too test drive was "loaned out to another customer for a few days". David also claimed he did not have time to call me before I arrived to let me know, but truck had already left the lot. But it gets worse. I gave them a second chance on another truck on the lot. 2020 Sierra SLT X31 with 44000 miles, and advertised list price of 52,500. David said he would ask if the price would drop a little because of the treatment I had received if I liked the vehicle. After the test drive he goes in and talk to the "sales manager", comes back out and tells me "because of the vehicles demand, he is going to have to raise the price to 54000". By this time I was so pissed off I just got in my car and left. Good thing too. Wound up getting a 2021 with 2700 miles on it for 54000 in Waco. IF you go to this dealership go alone! Worst car buying experience EVERRRR - Go somewhere else!!! My husband and I went in looking to purchase a "family car" - we were happily greeted by a salesman - long story short we ended up purchasing a "new" 2019 Tahoe . . .sounds great right?! 1) We were super excited to get in and out we only noticed things that "popped" out (blinking lights). . in this case it was only the "low air pressure". While we completed the signing/contracts, they said they'd look at it and fix whatever the issue was because it was a "new car".... (We took our "new" Tahoe home, and of course started looking at the new features ... we noticed numerous "phone names" synced in the car (so it took a while to add mine), the next morning we were greeted by that same "low air pressure" light AGAIN! MY husband checked the car and there was a HUGE industrial nail in the tire..... they only put air in the tire, they didn't take the time to actually inspect or "fix it" like they said!) - SO WE HAD TO TAKE IT BACK. 2) After signing the contracts we were told they lost the second set of keys/fob (starter), but will have it ordered in with the plates. I called a week later to see if the second set of keys were ordered, my salesman was on vacation and the gentleman I spoke to confirmed it was NOT ordered, but will take care of this personally. 3) The sales man showed us the feature where you are able to wave your foot to open the trunk .... the sales man did it, and my husband tried it too (it "worked" then..... but when we got home it did NOT). The salesman INTENTIONALLY LIED to us and was pressing the button to open the trunk the whole time - This is NOT a feature the 2019 Tahoe has! 4) We finally received the call our plates are in, along with the keys. However the weekend before Christmas we go in they say it can take a few hours, but we could take a vehicle - we just needed to talk to the lady in the back office. The lady at the back office sends us to the front because "they dont offer loan vehicles for a fob set", and we would need to "borrow" a vehicle, a gentleman sends us back to the back office for a vehicle - at this point I'm frustrated and ready to go! We get the vehicle with a 50.00 deposit , when we returned they were unable to refund me the 50.00 and said to call back Monday because they are having system issues! I DONT HAVE TIME TO CONTINUE TO GO BACK TO THE DEALERSHIP OR FOLLOW UP ON AN ISSUE THAT THEY SHOULD BE ABLE TO HANDLE!!! 5) PS: when we went to pick up the fob they spilled the beans and told us our car was used as a loaner car that's why the set of keys were missing, and that's probably why there were names in the car system .... so much for a "NEW CAR"... I've made three trips to this dealership over problems, and I NEVER want to go back again! I have friends that I have and will continue to steer the other way when buying a new vehicle ! Ive owned a lot of Chevys over the years, and I usually only trust certified GM mechanics to do service on my trucks. From city to city, service departments vary extensively at Chevrolet Dealerships. I gotta say, the department at Jupiter Chevrolet was the best Ive ever dealt with. They were timely, polite, very upfront about costs, itemized every potential issue that they found, and did not pressure me into any fix unless it seemed very urgent. My truck has needed service for quite some time, so I did spend a pretty penny that day. Not only did they have my truck ready in about two days (making 4 major repairs) they even had it detailed for me at no extra charge. This is the way service departments should be. Like some others on here, I received a flyer and scratch off code stated I won either a new Equinox or 25,000 dollars. Went up to the dealership and was greeted by a couple sales reps who told me the whole thing wasn't real and that they had finally managed to get rid of the 'Circus' (as they called it) about 2 hours earlier. They were wondering why the owner had even let these people do this in the first place, but people were only getting $2.00 lottery tickets, no matter what the flyer says they won. Makes me wonder if the owner who agreed to this deal, if he wont be held responsible for the prizes? Looks like a possible lawsuit waiting to happen. From the way the sales reps were talking about the owner and this prize scam they didn't show a lot of respect for the owner anyway, makes me wonder about the whole place. I understand these contests are designed to get people to the dealership in the hopes of selling a car, which is why a key that "might" start a car (which you would supposedly win) is included, but passing out flyers that basically flat out state you won something, and then not honoring those, is just dishonest. If I could give zero stars, I would. Jupiter Chevrolet = Appallingly bad customer service, dishonest employees & a service department that creates the need for repairs & tries to charge you to fix their mistakes. The service department at this dealership has ZERO integrity; do not entrust your vehicle to them for repair. Do NOT trust their verbal quotes. I had a bulb in my headlight replaced by them about 4 months ago. It was a $800 repair due to the labor involved. That same headlight recently completely stopped working, so I took it back to them. After looking at it, I was told by a technician (did not get his name) that the "bulb was faulty, there would be no charge & they were going to take care of it." Great...right?? But wait, there's more...about 30 minutes later, Jason Ashcraft, the service department manager comes to me & explains the entire headlight assembly needs to be replaced & the cost will be $1,300.00. WTH?? I explain his technician JUST told me it was a faulty bulb & there would be no charge. Mr. Ashcraft then says in an accusatory tone, "I don't know who would have told you that, that's not right! What was his name? What did he look like?" When I replied I didn't take down a description, since I didn't know I'd need to identify anyone in a line up, he questioned me again, as if I made the whole thing up. He finally leaves to go try to find the mystery man. Soon, the technician comes to explain the headlight seal must have been broken & moisture must have gotten into the headlight & caused the bulb to loosen, so the whole assembly needs to be replaced & he was mistaken when he originally quoted me "no charge." What?? THIS is the dealership who worked on my headlight 4 months ago & more than likely damaged the seal. No one else has ever touched it. I then left the dealership. Not happy. Today, my husband calls Jupiter Chevrolet & speaks to the service manager, Jason Ashcraft, & relays the above scenario. He asks if they were going to do the right thing by taking responsibility for their part in damaging the seal, which caused the assembly to go bad. At that time, Mr. Ashcraft stated the repair cost quoted was AGAIN wrong & should have actually been $1,900; but, he would be willing to take care of it for the $1,300 to help us out. Again...what?? WTH??? Needless to say, I will NEVER, EVER go to there again for anything. EVER. read more

I have never in my life ever experienced this kind of customer service. It was out right unprofessional, discriminating, and childish. Jeremy said they would do the touch ups on the car and when it was brought to have the things fixed they basically didn't want to do it. The touch ups look like a kid took white out and painted it. They also dropped the ball on the finance side. They sold my old car before they even looked into paying the loan off on it causing me to have the money removed from my bank acct for the old car. There is so much more that happened. Needless to say, my family owns a business that has bought fleet from them and my boyfriend has a business as well, none of which will ever buy or recommend this dealership to anyone, unless of course you like to play games!! Update Jeremy says my boyfriend came in the dealership acting like a bad ass. He in fact is not that type of person. If you consider standing your ground with someone that promised one things and does another being a bad ass then I guess he is. I purchased a 2005 Tahoe for my son who had just turned 16, and dealt with Dickie Combs. When we paid and picked up the car, a couple of items still needed to be addressed. 1. A small tear in the drivers side seat leather needed to be repaired. 2. Dickie promised my son a full tank of gas. We were promised that they would follow up to have us back out to the dealership to get the seat repaired, and Dickie would fill the tank for my son. We never heard from them again. My check cleared......but we never heard from then again. Prior to buying the car, everyone was helpful and returned phone calls promptly. It is now nearly a month later.......a dozen + phone calls have not been returned, either by Dickie or his manager Rick Galvan. Don't get me wrong.......the car we bought is great (I had a pre-purchase inspection done by the mechanic we use for our other cars). HOWEVER, the customer service is horrible, and once you purchase the car, they don't deliver on promises made. These guys are the reason why used car salesmen have a bad reputation. This is why I HATE the car buying experience. Unfortunately, my son has also learned that you can't always trust someone who promises to follow up after you've made full payment. Bottom line - don't sign documents or pay for the car until EVERYTHING is complete to your satisfaction. Otherwise, you won't hear from them again. Fortunately mine is a small issue........it's just the principle of the situation that ticks me off, and the fact that they are treating my 16 year old son like this. UPDATE - Oct 21. Neither Dickie nor Jupiter have followed through on their promises. The "management" says its between us and Dickie. Dickie doesn't return a call or a text. This review is for the service dept only. I have never liked taking my car to a dealership-they may do great work but I always feel I am being gouged. This was a completely different experience for me. I knew I wouldn't be out any cash as my car(2007 Cobalt)had a recall for the power steering. I still didn't relish the thought of taking the car in-waiting forever,them finding something else wrong,disinterested staff. You know, the usual. This was not business as usual, though. I actually enjoyed the experience. First, I dropped the car off with David who was aware of the power steering recall and said it would be handled-hopefully by the end of the day. The services lanes were also all pristine and .the whole area was visually appealing. I called about 11:30 and was told that the service area was very busy and they were unsure when my car would be done. Red flag number one. However, about two hours later they call and let me know the car is ready for pickup-but they did find another problem. Aha- I knew things were going too well. Turns out this model also had a recall for a fuel pump leak and they went ahead and fixed it too-since the car was already in. Since it was a recall there was also no charge for that. I got a ride up and they had the keys and paperwork ready to go at the cashier and I was on my way in literally under 5 minutes. This was probably the best customer services I have ever received from a car dealership's service department and I will be back next time my Cobalt is in need. read more

Collision Center is as slow as molasses. Brought my Kia Sorento to this site 7/22/2019 for a minor door scrape with an estimated 14.2 hours of labor. First, Andy said i will be ready either Friday or Saturday (7/26 or 7/27 2019). I called Friday 7/26/2019 and they said Monday or Tuesday ( 7/29 or 7/30 2019 ). Called 7/29/2019 and they said it will be ready 7/30/2019. Called 7/30/2019 and they said 7/31/2019 Wednesday. I will ask my insurance company to drop this incompetents from their list of recommended repair shop. I will never recommend this shop for repair! read more

My Experience: Took my 2006 Avalanche with 198700 miles in because the "Low Oil Pressure" warning came on. This happened 2 times in the morning after first starting up. Occurred when I came to a stop but then pressure went right back up. Also been hearing a clunk in the rear after slow down and then accelerate. This does not happen with any regularity, just once in a while. The Low oil pressure happened twice. After having the vehicle for almost 2 days, get a call back and the service writer puts tech on the phone. Tells me all the codes are good so probably the oil pump but with the high mileage, just replace the engine. Same with the rear end clunk. "It's in the transmission but with the mileage, replace the transmission" Now, I bought this vehicle new, have faithfully had it maintained, Oil consistently changed at 5000 miles are less. etc. There is no knocking, pinging, or tapping coming from the engine, Not losing any oil. I was flabbergasted. Picked up my truck and took to Christian Brothers this morning. Spoke with 2 men there. They immediately said, don't think you need to replace the engine. One did say that this engine does have a know issue with the cam bearings. Questioned me about the care of the truck, number of times this happened, etc. So they brought it in, and replaced the oil sending unit. Told me to drive it a couple days ad if problem goes away that was the issue and get this, then come back and pay for it. Told me when I picked it it up, one of the best kept vehicles they have seen with that number of miles. So that is where we stand. Again they say it could be the engine byt with my description oof the incidents and condition of the truck, they really doubt it. Would have thought would get this kine of service from Jupiter, but apparently, it's about generating revenue. Never see the same service writer twice at Jupiter. Seems to be a lot of turnover. read more

So I finally received my car back from Jupiter Chevrolet yesterday. Thank you for taking care of the situation. I really do appreciate it! But!..... I got my car last night about 6:30 ish and the service cashier (Liz) was so rude!! I got my car and my car had been in service for 3 weeks. When they gave it back my front headlight is not working! When I told her about it she got an attitude right away! (Like if it was my fault) and I told her that this should have been checked before you have it to me, her response was... " yeah we should of but we didn't! But we are closed now soooo you have to go!" I was in shock! So I went inside to talk to someone and the guys in the front were so understanding and tried to help me the best way possible. And then I realized that girl Liz had locked me inside the service department! So I had to go home (by the this time it was far) with my headlights not working! Jupiter Chevrolet thank you for fixing my car and calling me to let me know the status every day. But I honestly I think you should let your employees know that being rude to a customer is not acceptable! read more

Here is a copy my email from last week: "Hi Malcolm, I was there Thursday morning for the 10:30am appointment I made with you Wednesday night and you were no where to be found. My brakes were working fine except for the grinding of the front rotors; I left my truck with Terry and told him to replace the front rotors (and nothing else). Two hours later I received a phone call from whom I believe to be Terry, and he informed me the back drums "were a complete mess" and brake fluid was leaking everywhere (not happening when I dropped the car off). I asked him to drop my car off the jacks but when I showed up back at your shop I saw that he couldn't even do that, so I told him to just do the front rotors and put the back drums back together. But apparently the damage done when the drums were taken apart by your shop is not reversible. And now my brakes are completely screwed up; the tightness of the brakes are completely gone. The brakes were fine except for the grinding of the front rotors. And I was forced to sign a waiver that I refused proper service! This not what I ordered. I have a completely leak-free driveway at my house, at least until Thursday evening when brake fluid leaked out the back driver side. Again, he was not even supposed to touch the drums Malcolm. My contention is that if you were there Malcolm and properly filled my order to just replace the front pads, everything would have worked out. Now I have to get a rental to service my out of state customer today. Forcing me to sign a waiver also created a lack of trust in your shop crew and I am probably going to have my brake system fixed by somebody else and post some deserved bad reviews about your service department unless you can explain to me how this you can fix this. " I have received no response. I haven't driven the car in a week (being out of town) and today I found out the cause of the leak, my rear brake cylinder. For some reason, every shop wants over $200 to repair this $18 part. read more

This is why i drive a Dodge challenger. .. customer service is not recognized by the service advisors. Maybe I'm spoiled because of my Maserati and the professional customer service I get with them I forget that customer service with Chevrolet sucks. Jupiter Chevrolet advisor Kevin must be the worst advice every he did not explain anything I asked for one thing he gave me something else you gave me nothing but excuses and never not one time came in and let me know what's going on. I had a 12:45 appointment I got there at 1220 it took them to 12:30 when I got myself out of the car and asked if anybody worked here for someone to speak to me all the service advisors was in their air-conditioned offices typing on a computer not looking up one time that is just unacceptable don't buy a Jupiter Chevrolet ever. read more

Went in to look at low mpg cars. The salesman didn't want to talk to me unless I went with him into his little cubby hole. I didn't want to see his little cubby hole, I wanted to see their cars. So sad, I left and won't be back. Too weird for me. read more

We recently purchased a 2018 Chevy Tahoe at this dealership simply because my husband found exactly what he wanted when we pulled into the parking lot. The problem, what he wanted was a 'demo' Tahoe the dealership had added aftermarket 'niceties' like LED headlights/taillights, blacked out, custom rims, etc. which apparently cost them money they intended to pass on to the new, unsuspecting buyer--later. They had this vehicle in inventory for over 230 days, it had around 6K miles already, and they acted as if they didn't want to sell it--particularly not at the price listed on CarGurus, which we relied on to even visit this dealership over the multiple in DFW. It was absolute torture working with this dealership on our trade too: a 2015 Chevy Silverado with a Tuscany Package MOAB, which was a $72K package they said they could only give $38K trade in and then listed it as a regular Silverado for $42K--which is a DEAL for anyone looking...! We ultimately paid a decent but definitely not a good price for what was in fact a USED 2018 Tahoe with 6K miles. Let me clarify I do LOVE car shopping and buying and even the 'haggling', but I wouldn't recommend anyone go to this Chevrolet dealership before visiting one or two others first. read more

I went in to cut a spare key. They charged me $40 when it was a simple key no chip just a simple car key . They told me that's standard for every dealer ship price. I said ok and I paid. I got home and started thinking wow that was a very expensive key, so I started calling other dealers near me for pricing and the cheapest was $7 plus tax of course and the most expensive was $15. I called back to see if we could work something out they said no that it was my problem now the transaction was done. Really bad service I was not happy with this read more

Service dept review - I took my vehicle for an oil change today. Liz the service writer addressed me immediately and was very helpful and nice. They had the truck ready within an hour and a half , which is the anticipated time i had set aside for this. Nice job! read more

In December I came in for some warranty work since the dealership closer to me could not manage to get a loaner car for me for the day, they put me on a waiting list for the next available car. Just wanted to say Jupiter Chevrolet did a great job. They were very quick, were able to fix my car the next week and were very professional. The other dealership, Lakeside Chevrolet just called me today saying they now had a loaner car for me. Talk about service, only a few months too late. read more

I waited a little too long to post this so now I can't remember exactly what the girls name is but it starts with a T and she works in service scheduling. She had a loaner reserved and everything for me and was super helpful I didn't end up needing it because the check engine light went off on it's own so I called to let her know but seriously she was helpful and it's not normal... I called stonebriar Chevrolet first and the guy there wasn't helpful at all. I don't even think he knew his own name so I defiantly appreciated someone who tried her best. STAY AWAY!! If I could give them NEGATIVE STARS I would!!! I dealt with Lis Gutierrez and she had an attitude from day one, as if my car breaking down was an inconvenience for HER! Not only were they rude, but they also lied about how much it would cost and what was wrong with the car! Absolutely worst customer service ever!
