It's a car dealership, ok, so yes you are going to be gouged if you go in unprepared, BUT, if you have already researched the vehicle you want, and know what you should be paying for it, you should have a positive experience, as I did. I always have a list from cars dot com, or autotrader or carmax, etc, of the vehicle I am looking for, with prices from competitors in my hand, or on my phone, ready to show the sales people when it is time to negotiate. They can take or leave my offer, it's that simple. The service department is another story. I have had nothing but POSITIVE experiences with this one. I bought a 2008 Saturn Outlook, instead of a brand new Chevy, by the way, and it came with a fantastic warranty that goes with cars bought at Jupiter Chevrolet. As long as I get it service there, every 5,000 miles, it stays under warranty for at least a couple years. I forgot exactly how long bc I won't keep it that long, probably. Anyway, I have taken it in twice without an appointment, and was out within an hour. Everyone there is super friendly. The waiting area is big, with ok-enough chairs, cheap snacks and drinks in the vending machines, and free wi-fi. It is as painless as this sort of thing can be. finally decided to take the plunge and buy a new car or truck. found a vehicle on their website, inquired about it and was promptly contacted by La Trae Chaney. made an appointment to see the vehicle, test drive and discuss details. what a personable young man, very professional, polite and not the overselling type. he answered our questions, listened to what we would like to have on this vehicle, and of course what we were looking for payment wise. the only thing that kept me from giving this experience 5 stars is when I first saw this vehicle online it was one price and in the space of 3 days went up substantially. rebates sound good but don't bet your bottom dollar on them, it is at the discretion of the dealer what to offer you at any given time. however, we were satisfied enough with the deal we made to drive off the lot with our brand new 2018 chevy Colorado. and I am in total love with it. do your research on what you want, go to Jupiter and ask for La Trae, you wont regret it. Pure scammers. Took my car in to get my parking brake replaced because it was broken. The assistant service manager quoted me originally for about $750 to replace a parking brake lever. Absolutely absurd estimate for just a lever replacement. I'm sure like many times before he thought he could easily make a large profit off of a repair from an unassuming customer. He quoted me the one part that is needed for the repair for $150. When looking the exact part online, it can easily be bought for $80-90. When reaching out to other Chevrolet dealerships for the same exact part, they were quoting between the $100-110 range. Next the labor was quoted at over $400. When reaching out to other shops and Chevrolet dealerships for their quote on labor, the other shops and dealerships provided a labor cost almost half the price. The suspicions didn't stop there. After letting them know the original quote was ridiculously high, the assistant service manager quoted me at $615 because the technician "input the incorrect part in the computer". I'll leave it to others to determine if that is truthful or not, but how does that negligence exist? I took that their second attempt to try to scam me and a sign of disrespect because by this point I had received quotes for the entire repair for $200 less from other dealerships and shops. If nothing was ever said about the price on my end, I could have paid the original $700+ repair. I made the mistake by coming to Jupiter Chevrolet out of convenience in location, but I should have read the warnings and now understand why this is one of the lowest rated Chevrolet dealerships from customers in the Dfw area. Also just look for yourself how many 1 star reviews there are on yelp and why it has 2.5 stars overall. I will never take my business to Jupiter Chevrolet and I hope other customers who read this will do the same. read more

Jupiter Chevrolet Collision does not go above and beyond for their customers. My truck was broken into Jul 18 and wasn't fixed until Aug 12. Originally, I was told it was ready Aug 8 but only to find out my truck was almost inoperable. My steering column was ready but I found out on the highway my trucks drive shaft was damaged from the tow truck that pulled it up on the ramp. I was told my truck was test drove only on the property. Had they gone above and beyond and spent five minutes taking it down the road, that problem would have been detected. I felt like I was gonna lose control of my truck. I took it back and was told the next day by Andy their responsibility was the break in and they wouldn't have felt the need to drive it because the damaged part had been fixed. I would assume my truck wasn't the first vehicle ever pulled up on a tow truck because it couldn't be taken out of park after the break in. So, that was their excuse for being negligent. I was also told this was the first of its kind with a newer model and they weren't quite sure how to fix it. That tells me they aren't very confident. I wish I had taken it to another collision center that's more confident in their ability and would go above and beyond to make sure everything works properly instead of focusing only on what the insurance check pays for. It may have been fixed earlier from a more experienced crew. Lastly, I would go days without hearing from Andy. Wondering what the status of the vehicle was. I would have to call to find out. Also, I heard a lot of false promises saying it would be ready by the end of the week or whatever they could come up with to help me feel it was almost ready. If the customers happiness was truly their main concern, a customer wouldn't have to be the one to call or drive the vehicle off the lot to find out that it's still damaged. I hope that people who go to Jupiter Chevrolet are prepared to be screwed over. First they require to run your credit before looking at any inventory, telling me they are weeding out customers. I guess they don't feel every person that walks on the lot has the right to look at their cars/trucks unless they are able to finance with a decent credit score. While collecting info, they pull up a 2019 truck that is beautiful and let us test drive it. Of course we like it, but we are then lied to. While I am trying to unlock my credit scores, my husband says to have them run his credit, that it will only be in his name. The salesman told us that they needed both of us on the note. But even after my credit is unlocked, they are still not able to run it, so after 2 hours, they come out and tell us that they ran only my husbands credit, and then proceeded to go over the budget we gave. I guess the manager behind closed doors is the magical master behind all of the decisions, I never saw this manager, because the salesman had to keep going back and forth to ask questions. I have never been so pissed off because someone wasted my time, by showing a truck that we never inquired about, then backtracking on everything they said. But mostly that they run your credit first, and took the power of choice away. Trying to lock us in because we don't want multiple dings on our credit, and showing a vehicle that we honestly could not afford. This is complete bullshit. I hope they sleep so good tonight knowing they are trapping people just to get them in there. read more

It is true, the service bay is wonderfully clean however I suspect it is because they do so little work. They have had my daughter's 97 Grand Am for 3 weeks as of today. The anti-theft light on the car is on and the car will not start. We previously had the coil, ignition key and BCM replaced which worked for a few months then failed. We took it to Juipiter Chevrolet who charged us 100.00 to "burn out the security system" so it would "no longer be a problem." That too worked for about a month then the car would no longer start. Back to Jupiter Chevrolet it went. They had the car 1 week before calling us and saying the ignition switch needed to be replaced again. But another week passed and we heard no word, so we began to call them daily for updates. Each time we called "Gloria" tells us "we were about to start working on it" or "they haven't gotten to it yet". I finally called the manager who said he would look into the problem and call me back. Another week went by and no call from the manager, Mr. Simmons. I called and left him a message, still no call back. Finally, 4 working days ago we were told that the problem is the instrument cluster. Really? The panel with the warning lights is the problem? I tell them to go ahead and replace it as we just need the car and here we are, 4 days (a total of 3 weeks they have had the car) and still no car, no status update, no call from the manager, nothing from the service dept. Yes they are still charging us 380.00 for the ignition switch that didn't fix the problem and 130.00 for the instrument cluster plus 100.00 per hour for labor. I can only hope they take better care of new car customers but as for me. I will go back to CarMax. read more

Took my daughter's Chevy Trailblazer in to the Collision Department to have her rear window replaced, as it had been broken out by vandals. They never called her to give her any updates on the vehicle. She called on 3/9/2015 and they thought it would be finished by 3/10/2015 and that they'd give her a call and let her know. Didn't hear anything back and she called them on 3/11/2015 and was told it was ready on the 10th. We went up to get her truck and noticed damage to the rear of the truck where the roof comes out over the top of the window. When I brought it up to the Service rep, he said it wasn't damaged, it was glue. I told him I know the difference between damage and glue. He refused to go look at it because he'd already looked at it and I was wrong. Then he told me this wasn't his job. I don't know when I've had worse customer service. NEVER have I had someone say, well sorry it isn't right, and we really don't care about whether you're happy with it or not. He tried to pass it off as damaged used part they received as the replacement. 1) When did it become ok to use damaged parts? 2) I confirmed with another dealership, this isn't a replacement part! I received and email from a sales manager (Ron Ofner) stating if I had any questions or needed any help buying a new car to email him or give him a call. I wrote this email below to him and almost a week later still have not received a reply. Just goes to show you - this place doesn't care. They just want to run their shady business and screw people out of their money. "I recently made a visit to this location with my heart set on a used red Camaro with over 20k miles that was marked at $22,900. My husband was greeted by a young man named Tevin (I believe) from the new car sales department who suggested a test drive in a new model. When I told him I wasn't interested in a new model he then brought us over to the used department to talk numbers on the Camaro I originally wanted. We were asking for the price of the car to be brought down at least by $1,000 considering it's mileage and halfway poor interior condition (it was also missing the tire inflator in the trunk). My father was with us as he is experienced in buying cars. When he told Tevin the payments we wanted (no more than $350, it was not unrealistic for our credit score). We were told that what we were wanting payment wise was not plausible in so many words. He also told us he was only going to make $200 commission off this sale (A TOTAL LIE). He was very rude to my father and then proceeded to get the used sales manager, Shannon. Mr. Shannon was a nice man but also did nothing to accommodate or even try to get a number in the ballpark that we were willing to pay. We walked out and then I got a call from Tevin apologizing for the way he acted towards all of us and still he proceeded to try to change my mind and put me in something other than a Camaro when I made it clear I didn't want anything else. I realize this process is frustrating on both ends because any salesman wants to make a sale and the customer wants to walk away happy, but Mr. Tevin let his frustrations get the best of him and was very unprofessional. We took our business to Holiday Chevrolet and I drove away in a silver Camaro with 11k miles on it that was marked at $22,500 and the gentleman who helped us there even brought the price down to $20,000 this Camaro included leather interior and heated/ac seats. Our payments are also LESS than $350. So please tell me again how what we were asking was unrealistic? I would hope that in the future you can tell your sales people to keep their composure even at the most frustrating of times. I worked retail for over 5 years in a busy store so I know it's possible. Be aware of your credit score, because they will lie about it. GAP INSURACE IS A JOKE. They will try to sell it for 800$ other dealers or your own insurance company offer it way cheaper. But you do have 60 days to cancel if you make the MISTAKE and buy it. But beware. They will try to raise your interest rate saying the bank requires it. NOT TRUE. WATCH YOUR INTEREST RATE,MAKE SURE IT DOESENT CHANGE. PREMIER GUARD(etching on window)it's a joke. You definitely don't need it. They will ask you to sign. DONT SIGN,I REPEAT DONT SIGN. not even to refuse it. They will add a price. I have a contract to prove it. And if you were tricked into buying it. Check your contract and see if they changed the price you negotiated on. If they did change price. File a complaint with O.C.C.C in Austin. If you refuse to sign extended warranties your payments will go down (only If your aware of your credit score and interest rates). Remember finace person is there to get every penny from you. Not to get you lowest payments and interest. My advice is to take final contract home and review it. if they don't let you leave immediately. if your dedicating your income to 3,4 years of payments. Then You deserve to take a contract home. And it's worth taking someone that's knowledgable about cars with you. Moving to Los Angeles without a car was a bad idea... I mean, a BAAADDDD IDEA. The public transit system here leaves a lot to be desired to say the least, so my first order of business when I returned to Dallas on break was to get a car. After several bad experiences and feeling defeated I ended up stumbling upon Jupiter Chevrolet's website and found a car I actually liked in the price range I wanted to pay. I immediately called the dealership and was put in contact with Francis who is the Internet Manager and about an hour later after being stuck in traffic, I was looking at what would be my new car, a 2011 Chevy Aveo. Francis was super friendly, not pushy (which goes over like a fart in church with my Mom and I who are hard-nosed when it comes to business) and was HONEST. I know, a honest used car salesman?! Yes, it is true. As a matter of fact, he double checked that I looked up the internet price which was almost $2K less than the sticker price and made sure he honored it! We went for a test drive and he was very nice and respectful to my mother (which is major to me) and to his surprise we were ready to make a deal. I think he was kind of shocked that it went so fast, but we already had financing ready and just wanted to knock it out. Happily I was able to pick up my car the next day. Oh, and let me say that I was very impressed with the terms of agreement with Jupiter Chevrolet. I am a stickler about reading the fine print and I know how terms are usually extremely unfair to the consumer. Well, Jupiter is not like that. They really pride themselves on being a Christian organization and it seems that they put that into action with their paperwork. They are also super family friendly and had a fishing tournament for the kids and a big cookout for the people shopping for cars. Can't go wrong with free lunch along with good service. I was scammed by this company. I wish I could give them a negative amount of stars. I am 21 yrs old and bought my first car in April. Dickie swore to me over and over again that he was some special type of sales rep that wouldn't make commission off of me. BS. I wanted a Chevy Trax. The MSRP $21,000 and some change. They showed me a Maroon colored car, brand new. As the process goes on Dickey tells me to tell him I looked online and saw a 2017 Chevy Trax for $18,000 so he can tell his manager. I think "Cool, this guy is really trying to work with me!" WRONG!!!! Dicky starts "negotiating" with his manager on the price to get me the "best offer" He come back with some outrage monthly payment almost $500. I say "NO". Dickie comes back 2 more times and the price is now $430. I get up to leave. Then the financing manager comes over and says " What amount would get you to buy?" I told him if he could get the payments in the Three Hundreds I could manage that. Meanwhile they had already can my credit through 4 different financing options. The financing manager then tells me that it would be impossible with my credit. My credit was 675. They told me I was young and that no place is gonna give me a better APR because I have no other major purchases. I told the guy "Look, I don't love this Maroon car, I wanted a Black one. I don't like the price." He said well we have a "DEMO" car that is Black. He told me to go take a look at it while he works on the banks. I look at the Black Chevy Trax and it already has 2,100 something miles on it. I go back in and ask for the "car fax" he says there are no car fax that it's just a demo car. Then tells me since it's a demo car they can lower the payment to $412. He also said "after six months of payments you can refinance and get your APR lower from 11.06%" HOURS have gone by and I do like the Black car, and after being told all of this crap by them I break down and say I'll do it. I mean "no place is gonna offer me a better deal right?" I get rushed to the back to sign paperwork and they speed through it. The guy starts to say he has a daughter and that if she was buying a car he would get her to get these warranties. I know you should always get the gap insurance so I tell him I want that. He some how talks me in to getting all of these warranties. My final payments are $494. He tell me to sign all of these papers while he just "gives me the summary" I cried myself to sleep that night. Time goes by. It is now six months later and no place will refinance. I start talking to Credit Union of Texas and she tell me they can finance up to 125% of the value of the car. So at this point that is $20,000 ; my loan is $24,000 right now. I start to look at my paperwork that the guy rushed me through and see that my MSRP was changed to $21,895. I feel so heartbroken that these men took advantage of me. I'm paying an extremely high car payment for a car that is not worth it and now I'm stuck with it for another 5 1/2 years. Jesse Quiroz was my salesman and did an excellent job, with a smile. I was very impressed when I went to fill out the paperwork for the car. I noticed a bible on the table of the waiting room. It had a note on it that said, "Feel free to take it if you don't have one". Then, once I completed my paperwork and the keys were handed over, guess what? There was a bible in the glove compartment. I was told that the owner was a Christian and every car sold has a bible in it. I was so impressed!! NEVER in my life have I found a dealership with that perspective. I visited this location to test drive and possibly purchase an Equinox. Tevin, the rather young sales rep, needed my driver's license and auto insurance before the test drive. I provided my driver's license, but not my auto insurance for the sale rep was to come alone for the test drive. After the test drive, I asked Tevin, the sales rep, to once more pull up the information on the vehicle. Prices listed were: Dealer Price $26, 249; location or Jupiter's Price $19, 593. However, Tevin said he wanted to get me the best deal. He goes into manager's office and returns with several sheets and a price of around $24,000. In other words, the best deal he and his manager, Marcus, could give was significantly higher than the price listed for the location. This was preposterous, unprofessional, and laughable. In my years of buying cars, I have never had such an experience. I got up and left. read more

So I get there and ask for john and he refuses to come and see us. Says that he will be out in a few... That was at 4 o'clock. We decided to look around for other cars until they got back with the offer on both of the cars. So after a few hours, we got interested in a new car and start speaking with a female sales person. we go through the whole test drive thing and set at the desk and she refuses to give our quotes back to us or give our keys back until we went through the process. We went through the process anyway bc we was interested in the car. After 2 hours of talking, she basically came back wih a outrageous offer and refused to negotiate at all. She was very nice at first, great customer service but after we told her that we weren't interested in that offer, and that she would have to do better, she turned extremely rude... she walked in the office to the manager and 2 other people and they were doing what seemed to be as making fun of me and my wife... And as I tried once again to speak to john, who is supposed to the manager and the ne that called me there, he refused to come out.. Wouldn't talk to us or anything... So we left at 9 at night, and didn't get anything that we planned on getting done.. I was so mad that I tried calling the dealership owner to complain and talk to him about my experience and he refused o call me back after 5 times of calling him.. I bought me new car there, and got all of my maintenance done there as well but after that experience, I will nvr come back here again.. I took my car in for service and they found a broken motor mount,they said they would have to order it. It took a week and they called to tell me that the part was back ordered and it was coming from Michigan, 3 days later they said it was discontinued and they couldn't get it. The service manager told me to come and get my car so he could get paid for it at the end of the month. I called the general manager and he never returned my calls after I left 3 messages. To top it off someone stole my I pod and a silver coin I had in the console! What a bunch of crooks and terrible service, I'll never go back! I purchased my 2013 Chevy Cruze from this dealership February of this year and had a wonderful experience with the purchase. However, last month I had some electrical issues with the car and since I purchased it with a 3 year warranty, I brought it to the actual dealership for the maintenance. When I called to schedule the maintenance, the 2 ladies that answered the phone and transferred me to the right department were extremely rude and unprofessional. Being in the customer service field myself, I felt they needed to be more polite. The original reason I brought it in was because my tire sensors weren't reading properly since I had new tires put on. Needless to say, instead of taking the time to deflate my tires, or simply just take them off my car and look at the sensors, they were trying to run a diagnostics test on my car that was going to cost me 500+ dollars. My husband is a mechanic, so I knew they were only trying to run up their tickets instead of being helpful and doing the proper job. I should have brought him with me. I was by myself so I'm sure I looked like someone they could take advantage of. They took a whole day and my car being left OVERNIGHT to come up with this assumption the next morning. I took my car to Discount Tire and they readjusted my tire sensors for $20. Problem Solved. read more

I purchased my 2012 Silverado from Jupiter brand new in June 2012, Jeff Kitchens was the salesman I spoke to. After negotiating the price he came back and told me they would have to charge me more for the rims on it as they weren't part of the deal. He never mentioned this to me prior or during the negotiations. Me being the trusting person I said ok. Little did I know I could've refused him taking them off and still not be charged as that was his fault not mine. He also promised to have it cleaned and washed again since he gave it to me with a sloppy job performed on it, but that too was a lie. In April 2014 my wife purchased a brand new Camaro RS, her salesman was Dickie. This particular Camaro was the one that had all features she wanted. There was a dent on both doors and someone wiped the hood with some type of liquid that left scratches. The damage to the hood was VERY visible. Dickie promised to have us bring it in the following month to have these issues fixed. My wife emailed him and left message with receptionist to have him contact her. He never returned he messages, I asked him why he hadn't and he denied receiving them, which I call bs on that. Finally we took it in to shop in August 2014 to have rims repaired as someone almost hit my wife forcing her to hit the curb. I spoke with Greg of the service Department and showed him the damage prior to purchase and he said he would have them correct the issues. Again Dickie denies the issues so the repairs aren't charged to his department. A couple weeks go by and we are called to pick up the car. When my wife brings it home I do a walk around to assess the repairs. Dents on doors still there and so is the .damage to the hood, and NOW there is paint the size of a nickel chipped off on the quarter panel above the right rear tire. I refused to accept this as repaired. Another week or two went by and was told everything was fixed. Again, dents and hood still damage as though they weren't even touched. I looked at the repair of the chipped paint and the paint was not smooth, it had waves in it. I informed Greg this was ridiculous and refused to accept this as repaired, yet again. Another couple weeks passed and we are now almost in mid September and have yet to get the car back repaired properly. My wife had to make a payment on something we haven't had or used. I am absolutely sick of this dealership! My wife and I have to call to receive updates. I left a message and my number with the receptionist to have Ron Ofner call me but never received a call. I am leaving this review in hopes someone looking to purchase a vehicle with Jupiter wont waste their time and save them a tremendous amount of stress. read more

DO NOT go to the service department at Jupiter Chevrolet! The customer service, when there are issues with their work, is deplorable. After they had my suburban for a week, fixing essentially 2 things: the clicking sound that occurred when I turned my steering wheel; the drivers seat slid forward when stopping and the up/down function did not work. I was told that the suspension needed to be replaced to making the clicking sound stop and that replacing the frame of my seat would fix both of my seat problems. So around $2500 later I picked up by truck and promptly returned to the service department with the same 2 issues. Now the techs say the clicking sound is the steering column and the seat issue is from a different 'module' than the one that was fixed. They ask for another $1700. What? I escalated to the service manager Mike and he "graciously" covered the cost of the steering column. Thanks, since that was the actual problem and not the suspension. So, I paid them $1700 to fix the suspension as opposed to $300 for the steering column. What!! When we leaned in on them about this issue their response (from Malcolm the director) was 'well your suspension needed to be fixed." That is not their decision to make. We brought the truck in for a clicking sound! We didn't need to replace the whole suspension right now, obviously. Then, with the seat, they would not stand behind their assurance that fixing the frame would in fact fix the up/down function of the seat. They wanted another $738 to fix it! They failed to tell us there are multiple modules that operate that particular function and that it could fail. We escalated this issue all the way up to the owner MIchael Matetich. I spoke with him on the phone and was promised a phone call the next day (from him)--no response. This did not surprise us as most of the communication took at least 24 hours from the time we asked a question or escalated to the next level of management. Ron Ofner (GM) answer was "well I guess its time for a new truck and "a parts a part". Real professional. We spent 1 whole week (7days) trying to resolve our issues. I cannot believe how long it took to receive a response from anyone at this dealership. They offered no other solutions to this problem and the owner did not even attempt to make things right for us. We feel there are business ethics problems at this service department and would caution anyone from having work completed here. I picked up my car today with no resolution to the seat issue. I refused to pay a combined sum of $1373 to fix one seat. That is insane! (we paid $635 the first time) We have never had such a negative experience with a car. We were both recently Honda people and we never had to speak to management much less the owner to deal with our car service. Unfortunately, my Honda CRV was totaled by a valet on Valentines Day, so I have this used suburban until my husband's new silverado is paid off. I will be going back to Honda! We will not be returning to Jupiter Chevrolet for service in the future! read more

This place sure did take a turn for the worse. My wife and I have purchased several vehicles from here because of the first experience which wasn't as favorable the second time, but we decided to give another try due to the first time. The third purchase was a purely a bunch of hassle dealing with the new car sales guy whom didn't know enough to be there to begin with. We bit our tongue and made it through... We purchased the service package upgrade to get synthetic and due to them not writing it we ended fighting for it every time. Most recently, we took it in because alignment was bad, steering wheel no even, needed service... So, I get the call with the price. Yes, I am well aware of the dealership being double or triple, but I rely on the fact that they will do the right job.. Now, I have my truck. Still alignment off, steering wheel is still jacked up and the guy whom did the service seems to no longer work there. My wife went to take the truck back in and they are to slammed to assist. Imagine that. I don't like the lack of priority. They have lost a customer for good. read more

This is by far the worst dealership ever. I am a single female and don't know jack about a cars (mind you this is why I bought an extended warranty) so i figured Ill take it to a professional who I assume would know what they are doing. I have been having a engine light since March 2016, I took it here and they so called fix the issue and charged my warranty over 1k and I payed my $100 deductible. Two months later the engine came back on, once again they pulled something out of their behinds and so called fixed it, charged my warranty over 1k and charged me my deductible. Comes October the engine light cam back on! I've called and left voicemail for service manager and sales manager still no phone call back. I spoke to a service associates and after explaining to him what was happening he said I'm sorry I can not do nothing for you and said he does not get paid enough to deal with this crap! ARE YOU KIDDING ME! I feel like i was discriminated because I am a woman and they assume I don't know jack! So lets charge her warranty every time she comes with out fixing the issue so she can keep coming back and we can keep taking her deductible and charging her warranty. read more

This place is a joke. I went to test drive a vehicle I saw on their website and when I got there told the salesman (Matt) that I was JUST starting my shopping process and that this was actually the first car dealership I'd been to so I just wanted to get a feel for what I was looking for. I test drove a vehicle and told him I didn't care for it. I told him what I was looking for and would not waiver from that especially since I had only just begun car shopping. He asks me about my down payment and trade in - I tell him I'm not sure what my trade in is worth so he says he can run a "quick" estimate for me. Comes back and says he can maybe offer me $600. LOL!!!!!!! That was my first clue that this place is ridiculous. When I laughed at him he asked me if I was ready to submit for my financing and take a car home today. I told him, again, this is the first vehicle I have driven since I am just starting to shop. I finally left & after having read all of these terrible reviews I am so glad I didn't purchase from them. read more

The most arrogant sales/finance people I ever met. All I wanted was a trade value on a brand new hyundai that has 400 miles on it cause now it's going to be too small for my growing family. He offers me 7000 less than the blue book value! Then, I told him I had a specific finance company that I wanted to use since they work with this dealership cause I did not want my credit ran numerous times with different companies. First the arrogant fool tells me that it won't affect my credit score...only things like buying a house does that...I'm like r u serious? ?? Every hard credit inquiry effects your credit score. Then starts to bad mouth my car basically saying my brand of car doesn't even compare to Chevy. Said If I had a Nissan he wouldn't have anything bad to say. So I sat there and wanted to stoop to his ignorant level but then said he wasn't worth my energy. These ppl are morons. I felt good to tell my Co worker yesterday that was looking for a brand new Chevy Truck to NOT come here. I told him the bs they told me and he said he won't do business with idiots or liars. Took truck to dealership on 3/14/17 to get my oil changed and tires rotated. Drove truck 20 miles down the highway home and luckily my wheel waited to fall off when I was on the frontage road going to the store. I had my child in the truck with me. Luckily the wheel shot into an empty parking lot and did not hurt anyone or anything, my son and I were also able to escape any injuries. Unfortunately I could not say the same for my truck. When I got out to inspect the damage there was a wheel missing and also found lug nuts were loose on two additional wheels. Dealership picked up truck and fixed all the damaged created by their mistake. The dealership did an investigation and claimed their tech put the wheels on properly, but they do not verify torque on each wheel after they put them back on with actual torque wrench, they rely on the impact wrench to gauge proper torque. After truck was fixed I took it to my mechanic and had him verify their work. Lastly to add injury to insult, I had to ask for a refund on my service that was sub-par. This experience was so horrible and frightening I will never bring my truck there again for service. read more

These are dishonest and fraudulent people. I have never put a complaint on Yelp, but felt others need to beware of this dealership. My husband and I found a used 2016 Colorado truck online at the Jupiter website for $27,800 and went by to check it out. The salesman indicated that there was no negotiation on the price and we had look and knew it was a good price so decided to buy. We agreed upon the trade in price of our car and a contract was presented to us with all kinds of add-on costs. It was hard to tell what was what. We indicated that we were not going to sign anything and were going to look into financing on our own but would see what they could do. They make you wait unbelievable amounts of time between each decision that is made, we are now at the dealership over 5 hours. It isn't until I say we will need to come back tomorrow because my husband is diabetic and we need to leave to get his medicine that we finally get to talk to the finance guy. I asked him for the contract so I can talk to our credit union on a loan. We were able to acquire better financing with our credit union and let the finance man know. Being an accountant I start calculating the charges on the contract and came to the conclusion that they had up the price to $28,900 ($1100) more than listed on the internet price. Thinking this was a mistake I called salesman and he said that oh know the internet price was $28,900 and I was wrong. I had printed off the internet the information and had proof it was $27,800. He asked me to take a picture of what I had printed off. When I did he said I would need to talk to his sales manager. In the meantime someone went on the internet and changed the price to $28,900. (I have copies of all of this) The sales manager said he did not know how this happened???? I told him that this was fraudulent and he said that they would not honor the original price on the internet. The worst part about this is that my husband would never have caught this and would have felt they had treated him great not knowing that they had manipulated the figures. We went to Reliable Chevrolet and purchased a 2016 Chevy Colorado truck the next weekend and had a great experience and their contract was much easier to read, no hidden fees. read more
