I've been to this location before the new ownership so all the negative reviews are justified but I recently heard that they have new owners and they decided to clean up the place. We really enjoy this place for all their unique pizzas that are offered. They have different types of crust (ex: sesame), slice cut options, and quick delivery. I don't know anything about the quality of the food because I never ate there. This review is about customer service. We received two coupons for pizza and a drink from our Oct 23 visit to the haunted house in North Tonawanda. When we went to use them on Nov 11 we see a sign on the door of the place that says the coupons are only honored through Nov 6. The coupon did not have any indication or wording regarding an expiration date. We talked to the counter people but essentially their answer was too bad, it is our prerogative to decide when the coupons expire. Fine, but put something on the coupon if you want to do this. Awful. We called to place an order for delivery. The first girl that picked up the phone was straight up rude. She seemed so inconvenienced to be taking our order. All we wanted was there deal of pizza and wings. Half hot and half garlic parm. We asked can you do extra garlic parm so that the wings are saucy. They said sure. Once halfway through our order the girl said hold on we've got to start the order over, her reasoning I still do not know, the order was simple. Then after holding a new girl picks up and starts our order all over again. Then right before we give her our credit card number she asks us to hold. I dont know if its all locations, but their customer service and their quality has gone way down. I've had better pizza from 7-11 (that burnt, cleaning chemical tasting pizza), and I never eat that on purpose because its horrible. When my kids went to pick up the pizza and wings they charged us $72. When my boys went back in to complain they gave them $6 off. While I am unsure of what the actual cheeses are my best guess is Mozzerella for stretch and chew, Monterey Jack for creaminess and Parmigiano Reggiano (the undisputed king of cheeses) for flavor. Of course, it could be provolone, white American and Piccorino Romano...but the effect would be just about the same. Point being, this is the perfect blend of cheese (and meat) each creating a synergy of deliciousness!! I ordered my pizza from this location multiple times since moving here end of March 2019. Today I ordered my pizza online like I normally do at 11:29 online and it confirms that I will get my pizza by 12:07 PM. However I didn't receive my pizza which cost me $22 with delivery because I also gave a tip and I was charged a $2.75 delivery charge on top of $1.83 tax for my pizza to come at 12:44 where I'm staying which is only a block possibly a block and a half away from the establishment. So I asked a delivery driver what took so long for my pizza to get here when it states that I'm supposed to get it at 12:07 PM it's over 40 minutes late. He's tells me, "there's traffic on Niagara Falls Blvd." there's not enough traffic in the world to take you 40 minutes to go a block and a half on Niagara Falls Boulevard from your establishment sir. He then walks off rude unprofessional conduct. So I called corporate corporate kindly informed me because it's Halloween and there's multiple parties delivery might be running hour and a half or more late. The store did not adjust the timing to let the customers know the delivery can take up to an hour and 45 more minutes for the food to be delivered. I think to because the store when I called the female who answered the phone was abrupt,Rude and disrespectful to the customer loud and angry with me because I question why my food was late and not delivered on time as it was specified. She informs me with an attitude that is Halloween and she can't be responsible comes out of our delivery drivers mouth and hangs up in my face.
