Christian the store manager has very horrible customer service. I come to this particular location all the time because it's usually a smooth process with getting scheduled service through a fleet company. Today wasn't the case. What seemed like a new employee was helping me so it was unnecessary steps I don't usually go through which is fine he is learning no big deal. Needed the headlight replaced and Christian whom was helping the guy Alex with checking me into the system immediately and quite rudely says they don't do that there. When I have had SEVERAL bulbs replaced here. When I say this to him he gets quiet and tries to ignore me. So I calmly wait as they try to check me in. It's then noticed Christian can't train Alex properly because he doesn't know what he is doing himself! After like 10 minutes of clicking and looking at his phone in between he calls someone on the phone to help with the process. It wasn't they don't replace bulbs there he just didn't know how to put it into the system for approval from the fleet company! It's only because I insisted he put it in the notes somewhere it got done. He kept repeating "if they approve it" like dude it's a headlight that's out they will approve it! Just put in into the request for service! Then when they finally get the request for service he acts like he didn't want the key lol. On Tuesday we purchased tires from them the service was great! The person who helped us was very professional would come again.

My girlfriend had her tires replaced recently and the mechanic sounded as though he was less than competent. (She didn't want me to post this but, I think that people should be wary of this shop.) She didn't get his name because he wasn't wearing a name tag but he was young, with glasses and tattoos. She told me that her Check Tire Pressure light would not turn off after he replaced her tires. She informed him about this and he said that it would turn off after she drove it. She drove it around for a couple of miles and knew something was not right because, the Check Tire Pressure light continued to stay on. She went back to the shop and it took him about another 20 minutes to figure out how to add the right amount of air to the tires, in order for the Check Tire Pressure Light to turn off. This is a tire shop and the mechanic did not know how to put in the right amount of air? We have always received exceptional mechanical services from other Just Tires shops so, we were disappointed with this mechanic's lack of basic car knowledge. Bottom line is that she did not feel safe with this mechanic's work and we will not be returning to this shop for any services including Tire services. She said that the front desk people were polite so, the stars go to them. read more

I made an appointment on line and ordered a set of tires for yesterday. Just before I left home yesterday, I received a phone message that the tires hadn't arrived yet and would I like to reschedule. I called back and spoke with someone who didn't seem real sure of himself, but he told me that he rescheduled the appointment. I arrived today and there was no record of the appointment nor were the tires in stock. I observed one employee playing with a toy while I was there. They offered to sell me what I assume were more expensive tires and I told them no . Don't go here. This place sucks. Bait and switch. read more

I'd give this place 10 stars if I could. I didn't have an appointment, but Sergio was able to put on a full set of new tires and change my TPMS sensors same day, less than 3 hours later. I had to go back to work while the car was left there, so I told him to check the alignment, and just go ahead and add it to the bill if my car needed it, fully expecting to be paying for the alignment whether my car needed it or not. Nope, he called me after the tires were installed and told me it didn't need it. Well then, consider me a loyal customer from now on! read more

Drove in on a Sunday morning around 11AM a few weeks ago because I saw a nail in one of my tires. The gentleman behind the counter said they were all booked up for appointments for the day and if I waited it could be 3-4 hours as they worked through their appointments. No worries, drove to another one in Alhambra - they were busy also. So I get home and decide to check online and saw that they had numerous appointments available. Made one for 1PM and got confirmation email. Then about 20 minutes later, I got a call from the shop. The person said because 1PM is their lunch time, they're going to bump the appointment to 130PM. No biggie, but kinda lame since it seems like they make every effort to either delay or turn away customers due to being "busy." So I show up for the appointment, get the tire repaired (which took about an hour due to a lot of waiting around. Paid about $30 and left. On my way home I noticed a vibration from the wheel at freeway speeds. I end up going to another tire shop and had them check the balance - it was way off. Apparently, the technician didn't mark the tire by the fill valve to reinstall it in the same orientation on the wheel - and after they patched it, it didn't get balanced. So I ended up paying another 10 bucks to get the wheel balanced due to carelessness from this Just Tires. Definitely avoid this place if you care about people doing the job right...and based on how the person behind the counter said they were hours-wait "busy" despite blocks and blocks of available appointment slots available online, I don't think they care to do the job period. read more

I stopped by to check on my car due to a low engine oil light, as I was making a two hour drive. Mario and Hugo squeezed me in and checked on my oil, topping me off to last me my drive. You know when you are having one of those days... It's raining and there's a nail in one of your tires. All you want to do is show up to Just Tires get in and out as fast as you can. I didn't go to this Just Tires, I went to the horrible North Hollywood location. Sherman Oaks isn't much better. But, now that you get right down to it, none of the Just Tires locations I've been too are any good at all. It's a terrible chain, owned by Goodyear. Goodyear used to have a shining brand name, but there is a callous corporate model at work here... that alienates customers and decreases the quality of workmanship. The employees don't care about you, to say the least; they see you as targets to up-sell their products. Goodyear needs to restructure and satisfy its customers. I will never waste my time or money here, as I have learned my lesson from several past experiences. read more

Had a nail in my tire. Went there to have it patched. They opened late. When I walked in I wasn't sure if I made the correct choice. It's kind of dark, very run down and extremely very dirty. But I was surprised and grateful about the good job they did. read more

Parking lot is shared with other business establishments. The location is just next to multiple restaurants. So if you get hungry while waiting, then you can binge eat at nearby restaurants. Restroom is nice but not great. The crew or staff are friendly. JustTires is owned by GoodYear tire company so expect they'll focus on selling you the GoodYear brand tires. They do have Kelly brand tires that is a value brand. Kelly tire company was absorbed by GoodYear tire company way back. read more

So I head into the store to ask how much they charge to patch a tire and they charge $32.95 for a patch job on a standard tire. Save your money and go to Costco or buy the kit and do it yourself. read more

I accidentally turned off my Traction Light 2 days after changing my tire at Just Tires. Assuming something was wrong I returned back to Just Tires for assistance and without any hesitation the employee at the front office came out to assist me. He checked to see TC light and sure enough my TC was off, he quickly turned back on. I was so embarrassely grateful. Best part of this he didn't hesitate to help. Second time I've made an appointment using their website, only to be told they don't have, and *can't get* the tires they are advertising. At least the first time, I got a courtesy call warning me not to come. The second time, nothing. So naturally, I assumed all was well. And it is worth noting that the tires "they can't get anywhere" are made by the company that owns "Just Tires"... Goodyear. They should change their name to "Just NOT tires for YOU!" I bought two tires here. They put on the wrong sized tire s. This caused my car's CPU to malfunction which caused my speedometer, odometer, and gas meter to not work either. After going back to get them changed, they charged me for the tires they put on and were unable to refund me (they will mail a check supposedly). I had the best experience here at just tires in Monterrey park. The store manager Tammy C. and a sales advisor named Alex M. Where so friendly and welcoming. They made me feel so comfortable walking into the store. They answered any questions that I had and informed me of the process that would take place for my vehicle. Alex M. Was very professional, with his sales. I notice how nice and professional he was as I waited for my car to get serviced, I notice how patient and very knowledgeable he was with the services that just tires provides. I came here because their Motto is: Low prices, Fast Service. My trip to the DMV today was faster than this. I paid normal prices. I ordered two tires and an alignment check. Originally said itll take 1 hour. only 2 people ahead of me. The place was dead. I come back 1 hour and 15 later, and they didnt even start yet, and they almost started replacing the wrong wheels, until I corrected them. I ended up waiting over 2 hours. What the hell were they doing during this time? Ended up not getting the alignment check either, cuz that was going to take an extra 20 minutes. I thought I was paying money for good service. Note to management: 11/12 4:52pm When i arrived, the staff there were cool, ( a black lady and a dude that calls the goodyear tire big mama) and halfway through they changed staff, and this guy just didnt know wtf he was doing, and had earphones on. read more

Went in without an appointment for new tires. Pick up time that was told to me was pretty much accurate. They were crazy busy so I understand that appointments come first. I did have to ask for the the little tire caps the close up the valve that the air goes in to. Not a huge issue but kind of shows lack of attention to minor things to complete the job. They did put my spare tire back where it belonged which was nice of them as they could have just thrown it in my trunk. Final say is I will return for future tire issues and not to mention the customer service was very welcoming. read more

Came here after work at 5:30pm on a raining day with tire's low pressure light on. The tech was quick to diagnosed the problem. There was a nail in the middle of my tire, and it will cost $30 to fix, which isn't a bad price considering I came without an appt and I need it fix ASAP. However, the receptionist did not notify me that this will take over 1 hrs..it is 7:15pm now and I'm still here waiting b/c there is only 1 tech in the shop and there was 2 cars in front me. So insanely over priced!!!! $19.95 to patch ONE single tire .... Already that's $9.95 more than 3 other places I had called to request a quote .... Ooh and don't forget to rotate your tires $10.00 more ***(Rolls eyes) *** (which most places would do free of charge if you are getting another service done (I.e: getting your tire patched) ) Mind you I always go on Yelp when paying for any type of service weather it be car service, hair service, nail service etc .... This was the fourth place I had called because the previous 3 had an average of *4 stars with more than 30 reviews* However per my location was a little bit of a drive for me considering I had a donut spare on my car....
