I got a set of new tires installed. The tire pressure reading was fine until they installed the tires. They claim they don't know how it happened that my sensors are working but can't explain why it's not reading in my car. Lexus dealer are saying there was some sensor broken witch cost 300$ Took my car back to just tires and they were unable to fix issue I also got a oil change and they did not turn off my maintenance light. I've changed a flat tire ONCE in my life. I think I was 17 and my dad taught me because he said I needed to know how to do it if I was going to drive. Fast forward 8 years to my very first flat tire. As luck would have it, Fran D. was in the car with me and turns out, he's not only funny and cool, he's useful 'cause he was able to change it for me. If you want to get ripped off stop here. Since it is a chain I thought they would be decent on price? I was quoted $240 for an estimate. I got another shop to quote me on Monterey Pass Road and the same work was $60? Don't know how Just Tires came up with that, but for work that should only take them 30 minutes and require only labor that is a rip off. Can't really see it any other way. DANGEROUSLY INCOMPETENT! AVOID! We rolled into Just Tires with an almost flat tire and were talked into buying three new tires (one replacement of the flat and two replacements of other admittedly very worn tires). These appeared to be installed correctly. The problem was that they left the original flat tire on the car (after inflating) and replaced the other three tires. We discovered this about 100 miles later when the tire went flat again. Luckily we didn't die in a fiery wreck on the Grapevine. We tried calling this branch the same day (well before closing), and no one answered. We also reached out to the main Just Tires support and received no response. Save yourself the potential headache (or fiery death), and AVOID JUST TIRES AT ALL COSTS! read more

I do know however that I HATE when people at car places treat me like an idiot (even though I might be pretty clueless). IF YOUR LOOKING TO GET SCREWED OVER, LOOK NO FURTHER !! My husband works out in Monterey Park, he left work about 7 pm to find that his tire was completely flat. There was no other tire shop open near by so he HAD to go to this store. They quoted my husband $800 for all 4 tires. My husband decided to only get the flat tire replaced and they quoted him $180 for one tire! My husband has a 2010 Honda Civic! The guy was really rude and was adding on all kinds of fees and the guy told my husband if he had cash he can drop it down to $140.! They told my husband they only have good year tires and that's the cheapest he can go down. After buying that tire we researched on there website and they had a tire for $60 in stock! These guys are shady as hell! My husband just needed to get one tire to get home back to inland empire where we live. I'm pretty sure these guys pocketed the extra money! My girlfriend has had a nail in her car now for many weeks. She attempted by herself to get it removed and fixed at a number of tire repair shops and they all want her to replace her tires. The just tires on Valley is one such place. I guess they thought dumb woman coming let's take advantage. Well I was against her coming to this location but she came anyways and they removed the nail. I'm sure I could have got a better deal somewhere and I'm not too sure about competitive pricing, but I'm writing in regards to Keith helping me with my car. Busted my right passenger front and back tires with wheel damage and alignment problems. This place is one of the few places opened late since the incident happened at 6p. I knew my damage was going to cost money, Keith and the staff were professional and they fixed everything for $420. They called me every step of the way to inform me of costs and kind enough to house my car overnight while they next day shipped my parts. I was extremely grateful. Thanks guys. read more

We didn't get the oil change done, even though theirs was the best price I found on an online deal of $20 for basic oil. We set the appointment at 4:30pm, but got there at 4pm just to be safe. I feared they wouldn't be able to take the car until the scheduled time, so I was ready to wait an hour and a half (the thirty minutes until 4:30pm, and the hour they warn it takes to do the oil change). I was stoked that they accepted the car earlier than scheduled, and they told us it would be ready in an hour. We took a walk in the late summer sun and killed time in nearby air-conditioned stores. We walked back just on time at 5pm, only to find that they hadn't even started working on the car yet. One of my biggest pet peeves is when people can't honor time commitments, but I'm also understanding of human flaws; I realize that a slip can happen to anyone, so I could have waited. However, they started to lose me when they excused their tardiness by claiming that our appointment wasn't until 4:30pm and there were other cars waiting to be seen. I would have respected the truth a lot more if they had told us that when we got there early at 4pm, not after the one hour they said it would take, especially when I was ready to wait in the first place. I hesitated, but still went to the waiting area to decide whether I'm willing to wait longer in spite of their change. That's when I saw their Yelp account and noticed from others' reviews that this is a pattern with them, even with people who set appointments. At that point, I decided I didn't want to risk waiting a couple of hours more as it happened to others. Too many strikes already, too much risk at not much return. We left. Even at the best price, I cannot stand that kind of disrespect of my time. Be honest from the start, and I can work with you. Looks like I am once again open to new oil change leads. I take my car here simply because it's closed by my work, the first time I have a blew out tire for my Tesla, it's was a 2 hrs wait so I took Uber back and forth. After picking it up I saw crazy amount of gluey white stuffs all over the tire around the rim. Didn't like it at all bc I'd this carelessness! I let go bc I knew they will eventually fall off. Besides this, I took my Tesla in last week for a tire patch on Thursday, they said it's 1 n 1/2 wait or longer because they have enough machinists so I took it for air at the gas station, Saturday, around 4 pm I try again. N they gave me the same wait and reason. I said if you don't have machinists then hire more helpers and his response was"we always upsale.. for instance they will ask customers to do other services if they find something wrong!" And the white stuffs are just sealers! May be? But leaving them all over tire and always have an excuse? The fact that they don't care about my concerns n my safety isn't right. Great customer service! I came in for a tire pressure check. Parked next to the front entrance and I noticed there were customers already waiting and being helped so I decided to wait it out a little before before I walked in. Quickly I was approached by Hugo and he asked if I needed help. I told him I needed help with my air pressure and with out hesitation he told me he was able to help me. I loved that he acknowledged me and listened to what I needed. He checked my tires and gave me the ok for my road trip I had the next morning. I definitely will come back for all my tire needs. My wife took her 2016 Rav 4 for an oil changes, she paid $75.00. 15 minutes after she dropped her car off she got a call, telling her that they did not have the oil filter in stock, however, they did have a filter for $21.99, in addition to the price she was going to pay. Have been racially descriminated against. White guy waiting for free service with new tires while SEVERAL 'ethnic' new sales were taken ahead of me. Also, the Latino workers made sure not to help me but made me wait for the one caucasian worker to do the work. When I asked management, they said that appointments are helped first BUT MOST of those served ahead of me I asked were walk ups without appointments. After complaining, pretty sure my tires just got rotated not balanced as well. Never come to this store. read more

I recently sent my girlfriend there used their online appointment website to schedule an oil change you select the type of oil change the plan you choose and then you give your vehicle description yr etc. then it will process and confirm and show you your total bill expense with a time slot. So I told my girlfriend we were both elated. But things didn't go as planned she went in and they gave her a bill for more than the price that was stipulated in their website from what it showed me. So I was extremely upset my girlfriend called me she was fit to be tied and I asked to speak to the person in charge. So she came on and denied everything saying there was no record of her appointment I in turn told her I will screen shot the confirmation. She said please resend to my girlfriend so I did and I thought that would help her no the manager and the rep in front desk didn't want to recognize there software was giving out bad misleading info and not telling the customer before work is done the price is $$$ from 19.95 to 77.00 that's a huge difference I don't appreciate this kind of business they're misrepresenting defrauding customers Buyers beware be very careful using this company read more

I tried to schedule online an appointment for oil change. I didn't know that it didn't worked, but we've been at just tires at 7pm, because I thought it worked. I don't know if I did something wrong or it just doesn't work if you want to schedule an appointment for the same day online. But the system said we ave an appointment that day at 7pm and it costs about $40. So we've been there and the guy asked us what kind of car we have. Mercedes Ml350 2006. He said he has to order the filter and we can come back the next morning at 8am. And it costs about $105 because we need a special oil. Ok, we understood that.. The next day, a other guy told us that they don't carry that oil because they would need to order 55gal, and they won't do that just because of us... And they don't do Mercedes anyways... So please explain me why we could choose our car type online, and that guy at 7pm told us that he only needs the filter??? And why did he schedule us for 8am if you don't carry our oil???? Both times I had to wake up my son for nothing! At least the guy at 8am was friendly and apologized for that mistake.. But we will never come back! read more
