Do NOT go here! I had a nail in my tire and called this place to repair it, they said that they would take me. However, I pulled up and they said that they could not take me because all the mechanics were busy. I was willing to pay their price of $45 for a simple tire repair, but they still said no. I waited in the car to call other places and noticed this one employee was stalking me, he even came up to the door of my car and stared at me for three minutes before walking away. He then came back again and yelled at me to stop calling other places and that he had space. But, he wanted me to wait for two hours for a tire patch, saying "do you need help or not! I'm trying to help you" in an angry tone. Be so for real. He also said that the other guy did not run the place and that he ran it. He only left after I said that I would pay for their service but I left because of their disrespectful and unprofessional attitude. This was all over a tire patch by the way. Our chauffeur got a flat tire on our Sprinter Van with clients on board. They were one of the only shops open with 45-minutes before closing. On the phone the guy was very hesitant to assist as they were closing soon, but I told him the driver is 10 minutes away and basically pleaded for him to help as they had to drive back to San Diego. When he got there, they did not want to assist with patching the tire and refused. They just put some air. Unfortunately, my driver had to drive back to San Diego stopping every 15 minutes to fill up the tire. Would definitely not recommend as they put our chauffeur and clients at risk all because they wanted to leave at closing and not stay any additional time, which if they would've assisted right away they would've been done before closing. Unfortunate, good karma goes a long way. However, they obviously don't have any morals on assisting people in need. read more

I called last week last minute when my daughter had a flat tire and they were able to see me within five minutes and fixed my tire within 10 minutes And we're just amazing and now today I needed to bring my car in because another mechanic told me I had a $1500 front suspension repair that I needed so I brought it to Just Tires for a second opinion and because I needed tires and they confirmed that I did not need that repair as per my suspicions so in addition to getting two new tires in the front at amazing warranty on those tires and a three year warranty for a Alignment I can't speak highly enough honestly about the level of service and honesty that this team has over at the Tustin Just Tires thank you you guys are a lifesaver read more

Read my original review. I was happy with them prior to this encounter. Just for reference, as this seems like a very one-sided story, I believe the service manager disliked me telling him some details that I had researched. He wouldn't even let me finish my sentences, though. If he doesn't want to listen to me, just smile, nod, and go fix the issue. We all deal with clients at work and that's how you do it. With a tire in some poor condition, multiple punctures, he could've easily patched me up and had me on my way, but with a truck over 7500 lbs, and young kids, he steered me in the direction of a new tire instead. 21 inch tires are incredibly expensive so I shelled out the 500+ bucks to get back on the road. I've been coming to this location for at least a decade. Most of the visits have been for unexpected nails / flat tires. In those cases, and with them being always busy- I've learned to come the next morning right before they open so I can be one of the first walk-in appointments. I feel they've always been fair and honest with their work and pricing. They have a large, clean waiting room and restroom which is grealty appreciated when you have children. I'm sitting here now with another nail issue and wanted to say that the floor manager- Mr. Emmett is top notch with his Southern hospitality and customer service. Amazing service & experience! As a technician I usually do my tires myself but my buddy gave me a discount code I couldn't refuse, but I had to pay for installation. No big deal, not in love with doing tires and the price is not bad at all, especially when you consider the care these people put into their work at this location. Wes was very helpful with getting my tire appointment handled! Jesus helped me load and unload my tires. And Kay I believe was the one who replaced my tires. And EVERY ONE OF THESE GUYS CARED! Wes & Jesus both greeted me with a smile and actually looked like they wanted to help. I did not meet Kay, but I know he cared cause he lined up all the little dots with the valve stem (something I usually only do as an OCD thing) I came in with NO VALVE STEM CAPS, and I GOT 4 VALVE STEM CAPS BACK!!! All the wheels were wiped clean of the tire mounting grease! (I only power washed in pic cause the barrels were dirty from normal driving) Everything was done in a very reasonable amount of time! I made an appointment online for tire replacement/inspection because my tire is very old. I arrived on time and was informed by the receptionist that it would take the whole day due to staff shortage. While this is understandable, his attitude towards me, when I simply asked about the inspection I had booked online, was probably the rudest. It's understandable that they may be short-staffed and that the tire replacement/inspection could take the whole day. However, it is important for businesses to provide some customer service especially when appointment was made. This is for using the old "bait and switch" routine. I went online to make an appt. They ask all the car info and give you the good,better,best options with the " recommended. I only needed the cheapest version. Prior to this it asked about the car,so it gave me the full synthetic options. So good being the cheapest. I get to the shop the next day. And of course the upsell is your car only takes the best option. Just honor the sale. This was for the Tustin office although they probably do this at all locations. Advertised price is binding! Don't waste your time! I called ahead and told them I needed a my run flat tire to be patched. They said to come on in and it would be $55. I got towed to Just Tire, waited 1.5 hours for my car to be looked at, just for them to tell me they don't repair run flats and I would need to buy a new tire for $335, which they didn't even have in stock. If they don't repair run flats, they should have told me that over the phone before I got there and waited hours!!!!! I ended up going to J & V in Anaheim and they patched it for $30 and took less than 10 min. I would never come back to this place again. read more

I have serviced my cars at this location for about 5 years. The one good thing about this location is they are able to get my car in and out fast. However, this most recent visit (6/26/23) was very disappointing. While paying for my oil change, I asked the gentlemen at the front desk if he had applied the discount that is available on the just tires company website (where I had originally booked my oil change appointment). The guy pretended like he had no clue what I was talking about. Then, when I started pulling up the discount on my phone, he proceeded to pull out a piece of paper with all of the currently available company discounts. I'm hoping upper management sees this as an opportunity to coach their employee on how to better handle situations like this. This time around I came in really stressed after going over a pothole the morning of and my tire was completely flat. The guy I initially got seemed like he really didn't wanna help me, but just wanted to sell a tire and quick in & out service. I was on the verge of crying due to stress of bills and just trying to survive life in general in this economy. I didn't really want to purchase a new tire because my tires were only 5 months old but I know I had to do what I had to do to drive my car. 5/26/21 9:50 AM I called a week ahead to set up an appointment for an alignment. When I got there the front desk employee (no name of his uniform) wasn't very friendly. I told him I have an appointment for an alignment than he said it will be a 2.5hour wait as they have several appointments at the same time. I told him they shouldn't have over books customers and I told him I can't wait here for 2.50 hours and how am I support to get home. That's why I made an appointment so I don't have to wait. He start giving me an attitude and tell me to go somewhere else. I asked to see the manager and the manager name Rick came out and took care the situation professionally. My car was done in less than 15 minutes. How is is possible to do an alignment that fast? It take that long just to hook up the equipment. I'm wondering if they even did the work at all. I was going to set an appointment for my other two cars to get an alignment done but after dealing with the rude employee and have doubts about the work being done on my car. I don't want to give this place my business or recommend this place to anyone. It too bad though, Just tires came highly recommended. Today was my time into this Just Tires here in Tustin. It is in a nice, convenient location very accessible and close to my house. The main reason for the review is to thank Emmett and the Fellas at this location for always being so on top of things. I usually only stop in on weekends due to my work schedule but regardless of how busy they are, they always seem to communicate clearly how long the wait may be, while still getting me out in a timely manner. Today for an oil change I was in an out in about 20 minutes if that. Emmett let me know they weren't too busy and should have it done quickly, which they did. I appreciate Emmett's no B.S approach. The way he communicates is clear and straight forward which I respect. Doesn't beat around the bush and give you false expectations, he's clear, and detailed with what he says. I've been in here where there were 8 other people waiting and I've been in when there's myself and one other customer, but Emmett handles everything smoothly and in order. If anyone says otherwise, consider them impatient or maybe entitled. Whatever the case may be, if you do need some service without all the extra mumbo jumbo, come to this Just Tires. Went in after getting low tire pressure notification after putting in air. So thought there must be a nail. Wasn't exactly sure what tire. Went into Just Tires and completely felt like they were taking advantage of me being a girl. Left my car there for them to check out. Got a call being told that I have a big hole in my side wall and I have no spare and that I would need 2 tires for my rear. Went home, checked for my spare... and there it was. Went to a friends tire shop the next day where they inspected all tires.. turns out all my tires are fine and I just needed air. No hole. No problem with any of them.
