Just average, but maybe it was what I ordered. I placed my order through GrubHub for pick-up. The food was made and packaged properly. I was able to pick up the food early! I ordered the Jjajangmyun. I've definitely had better, but at the same time, I've definitely had worse. I don't think the price that I paid for it was an accurate representation of how it tasted. The description said that the dish came with vegetables and pork. There was minimal vegetables and pork. But, this place is known to be an asian fusion restaurant. Perfect place to go right after our chemistry lab! My chemistry lab partner and I wanted to start Spring Break and what a perfect way! We got to meet the owner of the store and they were amazing! They were attentive to our needs and friendly. My lab partner got the spicy ramen, bulgogi quesadilla and kimchi balls. I ordered the bulgogi fries. The bulgogi quesadilla was absolutely amazing, but it was on the greasy side. The grease was dripping as you ate. At the end of the night, my shirt had multiple grease stains! The kimchi balls were really good! You could taste the freshness in the kimchi and the batter was perfect. Not too much batter and not too much kimchi, just a perfect amount. The bulgogi fries were absolutely amazing! I really like how tender the meat was and the sauces that came drizzled on top just made all the flavors go together! I'm happy that for once, I didn't request my fries to crispy because they came out already crispy with all the cheese, beef bulgogi, and sauce drizzled on top! I would recommend this place to anyone! Something important when it comes to burritos, they need a nice girth and this one met my expectations. Decided to split it open for the photo opportunity. I was very impressed. Inside was this succulent bulgogi, this hot mayo that was on point, well done kimchi fried rice, topped with cheese and with some veggies (cabbage, carrots, and cucumber). Very good combination for the taste buds. The fries were the same, instead of veggies listed before, it was green onions. Fries were well seasoned and fried. Very good for a late night snack. Customer service was alright, they were training a new employee today and it kind of didn't help with the experience of eating here. But overall very satisfied with the person who attended us. This place was in this obscure plaza off the road, but definitely check it out because the food was delicious! The servers seemed friendly enough when we came in, and the place seemed generally clean. The portions here are above average! I got the beef bulgogi fries and it was massive! It had melted cheese and onions covering a mountain of fries. The beef bulgogi portion was a bit lacking in amount compared to the fries, but full of flavor! The black bean noodles are raved by most on Yelp so we had to try them, but I found them lacking that chewiness that authentic jajangmyeon usually has. That is because this place uses udon noodles, which I think are a little too soft. There's no bite, but the sauce was good. The bibimbops are standard portion, pretty good. Next time, I'd like to try their tofu soups and bulgogi burritos, but this will definitely be my go-to for Korean-Mexican fusion! The prices are great and the variety is nice! Ask for water and they give actual water bottles to their customers. Parking isn't too bad in the plaza. read more

I have them more than three chances: came back totally disappointed writing this review because I thought their food was good in the first place.. 1st chance: I ordered beef tofu soup add extra beef, there's only minimum beef (I ordered normal without extra beef before so I knew if they indeed added extra. 2nd time: same, spent extra money for extra beef but they didn't add. 3rd time: I typed in the order with all cap "I ADDED EXTRA BEEF SO PLEASE DO SO", that time they finally add extra beef and that's the only time ever that I was like "oh there's actually enough beef now". 4th time: today, I ordered extra beef. I thought I didn't need to type in all cap letters to "yell" at them on paper to get beef. But well, as you probably know by now, there's only like one or two teaspoon beef (minced, pretty much just like a spoon full of grounded beef). Came here for lunch today with my parents after church since my dad was craving. It's been a while since I tried it here. I got the beef bibimpap, mom got the jjangmyeon, and dad got the sizzling plate. We also got tofu soup for sharing. Everything was great. I missed how their tofu soup tasted! We all sat at the table and began to eat. About a quarter way through our meal I cut through the egg to watch the egg yolk drizzle out and was completely confused to why it was a fluorescent hue of blue. I had to ask my wife is I was mistaken and may have been hallucinating but she verified that it was in fact blue. The egg was initially folded over and you could only see the blue coloration if you cut into it or have laid it out flat but it completely went unnoticed until I cut it and moved it around. I have never had an experience with a fluorescent colored egg with the exception to Easter but I do not eat fluorescent colored food items. I immediately felt repulsed and my appetite completely diminished. I do not know what happened to this place but I used to really enjoy the food, welcoming aura and the original staff, it saddens me to say my family and I will not ever be returning. When one door closes another one opens, this will only allow us to spend our money at new places that will enjoy having some new regulars. We are the type to order one of everything on the menu just to try everything once or twice and frequently returns. I only wish I took more photos and the camera would take a picture that shows the true color and how bright it was in person. read more

Great level of spice which makes the dishes enjoyable. My son ate the kids chicken and rice bowl. The chicken had good flavor. He enjoyed the ambiance, especially the TVs that were around the building. I had the beef ramen which was fantastic. It was amazingly rich in flavor and the ramen was cooked well. We also shared the Kimchi balls which were creamy and packed a mild punch. We could eat those all evening. The owners were very friendly and made fantastic suggestions for our family to try.
