Came here for lunch! Not from the area but was in Ontario for vacation and found this place on yelp! We got the Beef Bulgogi Fries, which were delicious !! I ordered the spicy rice cakes, it was good but the spiciest rice cakes I've ever had. I ended up taking it home but it was still good. The Kim chi fried rice was amazing! They put an egg on the bottom of the rice and on the top! YUM! The service is amazing, the workers are really polite & cute. The area is much smaller then I thought it would be but still a cute shop. Ordered the yukaejaang(sp) for delivery it was horrible and disgusting. I even specified for EXTRA broth. Won't ever order that again. Ok so I guess I received the wrong order. I got black bean noodles instead of the yukgaejang. I called the establishment and they were very apologetic and helpful. I loved the food. Surprised by the texture and temperature considering delivery. I was a bit disappointed by the little coleslaw that came with my wings, but the wings themselves were delicious and meaty. The Japchae was also tasty, and a large portion. My only complaint there was that the fried egg was missing. Bulgogi fries are large enough portion for two, fully loaded and practically filling enough as a meal. THIS SHIT IS ASS. My boyfriend and I were really excited to drive 40 minutes for this restaurant but were so disappointed when the food was undercooked. I paid $40 for a Jajangmyeon and soon tofu soup, and I haven't even eaten half of both. The jajangmyeon noodles were not strained out before the sauce was put in, with the flour water still consisted in the bowl. Mixed with the sauce made it taste floury and disgusting(like literal dough). The soon tofu soup has an odd smell that almost reminds me of gas??? The soup also has a thick consistency that looks and TASTES unsettling. Didn't like their customer service. They lied to me. I called at 9:20pm to see if they were still open. A lady answered and told me they close at 10 but last call was over. I proceeded to ask if I can place an order for pickup and she denied. It didn't feel right for a business to close at 10 but claim last call at 9:20. The Bulgogi Quesa Tacos were decent, but the K-Town taco, both shrimp and fish are probably in the top 3 worst tacos I've ever had. Trying to smother a bunch of sauce to cover the fact that the fish and shrimp were frozen wasn't enough. Will never come back and it's 2 stars just because the staff was very nice and attentive. Bulgogi fries: not too bad filled with beef sauce and a lot of fries. I would probably get it again. Beef bulgogi burrito: again, filled with traditional korean ingredients in a burrito. They included some kind of pickled relish or cucumber and it kind of threw off the taste for me. It was a little too sweet probably wouldn't get it again. Spicy beef tofu: per my friend it's good but it just tastes like normal bcd tofu soup. Up to you if you like tofu soup. All in all the food came out quick and the cashier was friendly and helpful. I recently went to go eat at Gens korean bbq and it was honestly amazing and the best food I have eaten. I would definitely recommend this restaurant to others because the service was extremely fast. Our waiter who I believe was named Angelo did a fantastic job on checking up on us to make sure we had what we needed. The kitchen people need a raise because of how fast they got the plates ready! The Bugolgi fries came to the table in a BOX along with our (kid ramen)... I'm not sure if they didn't have someone washing dishes and were forced to make everyone's orders to go... but a little heads up would have been nice... the fries were cold and that was a super distasteful factor for me.. at this point I knew I was going to have to leave a yelp review. This place looked decent when I yelped it but I feel as if I was catfished. I am never coming back to this establishment ever again. This was the WORST experience I've ever had at a restaurant/ fast food place.
