This should've been an easy slam dunk in flavor, but everything felt kind of bland and flat. Maybe due to the lack of nori. 4) Crunch Drunk Love: Lots of fish, but again, not enough flavor. Frankly, the best thing we had was non-ramen: both the Tsukune (chicken meatball) and Momo (chicken thigh) skewers were juicy and packed with flavor. But the only sticks I like with my ramen are chopsticks.
