Well worth every penny! We came for the lunch menu due to the price difference. Lunch is only available on the weekends. I wanted to try the lunch menu before digging deep into the pocket book for dinner. Lunch was about $350, not including tax and gratuity. I definitely plan to go back for dinner. Every piece was fresh and with the right amount of seasoning that you don't need extra soy or Wasabi. Plenty of food and I was definitely full at the end of the meal but not uncomfortable full. The interaction and explanation from the Chefs and the server was immaculate!! Just like the ingredients, it was top quality! My tea cup was never empty. The ambiance was definitely intimate and romantic. Great for special celebrations.

I can't even begin to describe how wonderful the experience was! The ambiance to the service and to the sushi quality!!!

@kameomakase_lv is my most expensive Omakase to date. $500 per person. I'm glad I was able to snag a reservation because the experience was top tier!!! Kame is the most exquisite omakase experience I've ever done- and I go to Omakases often. Their food is a beautiful work of art that has so many meticulous details with so much thought behind them. The food is spectacular and has the most amazing and premium ingredients you won't easily find somewhere else. Their sake selection is superb. As if all of this wasn't enough, their team is really what takes this experience to new heights. They are just simply wonderful. They are knowledgeable, and their service is above and beyond. They make you feel like you're their most important customer. No trip to Vegas is complete for us without a visit to Kame, which is always the highlight of our trip. Chef Eric and his team have something truly special here. Do yourselves a favor and get to Kame as soon as possible!

Omakase means chef's choice, typically customized to his liking utilizing the beat available and freshest ingredients that can be obtained. In Kame's case, they source their seafood, fish, fruit and wasabi from parts of Japan. All of their items are flown in the week of the reservation and are carefully selected and prepared the day of and in front of you and a handful of others who also reserved a seat. On tap we were presented with a set of eleven fixed menu items; call it an 11 course meal. The alloted time reserved for the meal: 3 hours. This gives time for the dining audience (8 of us, 4 couples) to get a glimpse of the preparation and also explanation of the origin of what we were able to put in our bellies. Here's a brief: 1) starter glass like noodles with fish and caviar 2) jewelry box an assortment of fish, fish roe and uni 3) sashimi fresh raw fish assortment flown in from Japan 4) Lobster Carpaccio Sliced fresh lobster with topping of uni, roe and 13 month aged caviar 5) Appetizer assortment Oyster, crispy crab, clam, tofu, tempura 6) Suwaigani Female Snow Crab picked and sliced - sweet meat infused with unami flavor with the female eggs 6) Sazae (large sea snail) Prepared sea snail meat sliced and presented in its own shell 7) Sushi (Nigiri) Fresh sliced fish assortment over rice to include excellent melt-in-your-mouth uni and fatty tuna (chu toro and o toro) 8) Certified A5 Waygu Nabeyaki Slices of one of most luxurious beef you can get on earth that is certified and laid in a simmering pot cooked to your taste. It is like butter on your tongue. 9) Uni Pasta Freshly sliced truffles on top of pasta with caviar and silky uni. 10) Dessert Combination of light sweets including "one tree one melon" flown in from Japan Wonderful and fun evening and highly recommended. Note there are different levels of Omakase and we opted for the more expensive version for our LV visit.

Came here for Hubby's Birthday dinner. The foods, the service, the quality of fish and Wagyu are top of the line and our Chef was Amazing. We enjoyed everything. Kame Omakase is exceptional good! Love everything from start to finish! Highly recommended! They have the best dessert and best Tiramisu by far! Thanks for the wonderful experience!

Kame Omakase was outstanding! We chose the $500.00 Omakase. Every dish was amazing. I ate things here I'd only heard of, like jelly fish. And I have eaten a lot of sushi! The meal was timed perfectly, there was an amazing array of dishes served. Every single one was unique, so fresh, exploding with flavor and plated so beautifully. Staff was very attentive and friendly, setting beautiful. If you have a special occasion, this is defiantly a must go to place! Or just go, because.

So delicious!! Best omakase I ever experienced. Great service and show. Everything was amazingly fresh and incredibly delicious.

One of the best hidden gem in Vegas. It's located of the strip. We came here last night for dinner and have to said everything great. They're offering $350 per person with 7 courses or $500 per person with 10 courses and it's more like private event for each party. The food super tasty and so delicious. The servers were super friendly and attentive and the chefs so great and awesome. We highly recommended this restaurant. Great food, servers, chefs and the vibe.

Five star experience from beginning to end. Creative and mouth watering bites, fresh and flavorful ingredients, great service and ambience (not too stuffy) - all in, a phenomenal night! This is definitely not traditional edomae style omakase, but it was a fantastic meal. The jewelry box remains one of the best things I've ever tried - would highly recommend for a splurge night in Vegas!

As someone who loves sushi, I've tried almost every famous omakase spot on the West Coast, but this place is hands down the best I've ever experienced. Five stars simply aren't enough to do it justice. You can tell they use only the freshest ingredients, and there wasn't a single course that didn't blow me away. The attention to detail in the plating was like a work of art, and the explanations of each dish were fascinating. I was happy and excited throughout the entire meal. Usually, by the end of an omakase, I feel full and a bit overwhelmed, but this experience was flawless from start to finish. Chef Jiahn and server Leonie were not just friendly--they were so much fun to talk to. If you're a sushi lover, this is a place you absolutely cannot miss.

We went on a Sunday evening for the 8pm seating, and the restaurant was already closed to the public, just the two groups experiencing the omakase. That alone made it feel intimate and exclusive. The entire team delivered exceptional service, and the chefs were engaging and personable, making the night feel truly special. The quality of the food was second to none. Each course built upon the last, creating a flawless progression of flavors and textures. Every bite was beautifully balanced, but the standout for me was the Hokkaido scallop topped with truffle, toro, uni, and caviar... easily the best bite of the night and one I'll remember for a long time. From the atmosphere to the interaction with the chefs to the extraordinary quality of the dishes, this was an unforgettable dining experience. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a true omakase masterpiece.

It has been a while back since we went here. I looked at my reviews and did not review this place so this is a late review. This has been the best omakase experience that I had so far. The fresh quality of sushi that melts in your mouth were amazing. The drinks were good. The staff were all so friendly and the experience was worth while. It is definitely not budget friendly but definitely worth to try this place out if you are in town.

Despite arriving before open, they had a line out of the door for take-out onigiri. The restaurant is quaint, resembling any classic hole-in-the-wall in Japan. I've visited several times, and my boyfriend lived in Okinawa for years, so we were very impressed. The line is long because of how tight the store is. There was a great selection, and we watched them continuously restocking. They give you a basket and you have fun making your selections. They were all tasty. Our favorites being the classic tuna, spicy tuna, and wagyu onigiri. It is take-out only, so we enjoyed them in the car. It was an authentic, tasty, and fun lunchtime experience. We got there around 11:15 a.m. even though they didn't open until 12 p.m. My group ended up making the second round of seating and didn't get seated until about 1.5 hours later, but it was manageable since we could just put our name and number down and get a text when our table was ready. The downside was that by the time we were seated, all the onigiri had already sold out. Next time, I'd definitely recommend getting in line early to grab the onigiri first and then coming back when your table is ready. We did get lucky and snagged the last serving of the A5 Wagyu steak bowl, which was absolutely the highlight of the meal. I also ordered the negitoro ikura bowl with uni and snow crab, and both were really good, but the Wagyu bowl definitely stood out. Overall, I'd come back for that Wagyu bowl and hopefully next time I'll actually get to try the onigiri too!

I arrived a little early and they were already full up! The place is popular and with good reason. I added our part of 2 to the list and we waited maybe 10 minutes. So cute and authentic inside. Tables turned over fairly quickly. The staff is super friendly and efficient. They were there to guide and help us with menu choices and offer recommendations. I went with the pork katsu set that included soup, rice, piles of shredded cabbage, my main pork cutlet, and some pickles. The cabbage and soup is AYCE which was a nice offering though I didn't need it. I also got salmon poke with yuzu which was tart and so fresh. Recommended. My lunch date order Katsu Chicken Curry. The food is outstanding. Every bite elicited a "Mmm" from me as the soup broth was deep and savory. The pork was perfectly cooked, crispy outside, juicy and tender on the inside. I love the shredded cabbage. Their Katsu sauce is delicious and you get to grind your own sesame seeds which impart a crazy delicious, nutty texture. The Katsu Chicken Curry was also excellent. I would struggle next time to pick one over the other. There are plenty of places to find Katsu but none compare to Katsu Ya Ton Ton for perfecting this really tasty dish. Highly recommended!
