Awesome place with a cool vibe! This place offers coffee, tea, beer, wine and some light foods. I came in on a Friday morning with my mom. I had the Marrakesh tea and it was fantastic. Love the presentation! My mom had a regular coffee and she loved it as well. Additionally, I ordered a croissant and it was yummy! Staff is friendly too. The ambience is awesome. The interior is so beautiful. You can really tell they put thought into the design. There is also an outdoor area. I will definitely be back. I'll definitely be coming back here. This place was adorable and their coffee was really good. I got a cold brew with soy ($4.50 but that's not unusual for an upscale coffee shop). They don't have heavy cream which was kind of a bummer for me but they're not the first. Parking can be a little tricky but I didn't mind walking a bit. Great place to work as they are allowing indoor dining. They are requiring masks which is awesome so don't forget yours! People take them off while sitting but some chose to keep theirs on like I did. Staff looked like they were double masked. They have a great covered patio too. This is my favorite coffee shop in the area! At first, I found it strange how it's connected to a leasing office but it's still very easy to find. There are a few parking spots to the side and plenty surrounding the roundabout so I've never had trouble finding parking. I love the minimalist aesthetic and it's always clean. They have a large menu of coffees, teas, foods, and seasonal specials so I've been trying something new every time I visit! The baristas have always been nice and helpful. I've tried both an iced lavender latte and hot onyx delight latte and both have been delicious! This is the perfect study spot because it's pretty quiet during the day, open kind of late, and there's free wifi. There are small tables, long tables for groups, standing tables, and a couch seating area. Also, there's a dog friendly patio out front. Definitely will be back! read more

Always a sucker for cool coffee shops. This one is attached to an apartment complex so it is a little awkward. However they have a dog friendly patio which is a huge plus in my book. The lavender flavored latte was good, the presentation was better. The only reason I don't give it 5 stars is that the patio is next to a fairly busy road which can be a little distracting. And the woman I came felt the staff was a bit cold and "fake-nice". Other than that it was a cool coffee shop, I'll most likely be returning to with my pup! read more

Karmic Grounds is a fantastic coffee shop. The atmosphere and coffee are tasteful. They're so passionate about their craft, that they seek out local produce and farmers to get ingredients for their food. Incredible to see such an emphasis on supporting local businesses and the community. Their employees are super helpful and caring. My girlfriend was mentioning looking for employment after finishing up her degree and one of the owners remembered and recommended some places that were hiring. Great place and incredible people. Had high hopes, but what a let down. The location is awkward (in an apartment complex) and although the interior is gorgeous, this place was really not up to par. I ordered a double espresso and the girl looked really confused. She obviously wasn't very knowledgable about coffee in general. She ended up dumping my espresso order in my friend's order, which was an iced drink! We didn't realize until I went to the front to check on why it was taking so long for my order. My friend started having severe headache and heart palpitations from basically drinking the equivalent of a quad espresso, smh. read more

This place is more for people who live in the buildings nearby and it's mot maintained well or as good as other coffee shops I've been to. Our experience was average at best. We came here because our other local favorite shop was closed on Sunday and Karmic listed GF, Vegan options for pastry online. They only had 3 pastries left and so we had to take what was available and share. Additionally, my husband ordered Avocado toast, but it was not made with fresh avocado. Today I was happy to see they now how reserved parking making it much simpler to park! I was a bit disappointed the menu wasn't the menu posted in Yelp. I wanted a meal and not a small plate. Had a dirty chai (awesome flavor although could have been hotter), an almond croissant (it was good) and a potato dish (nice flavor and temperature wise could have been hotter). My group got the white rose iced mocha and the the almond fog drink (can't remember the exact names). The iced mocha tasted nothing like rose or a mocha- just a iced coffee. Just want to give a quick review for this new coffee shop. I went there today for the first time. I have 2 requirements for coffee shops: good coffee/well-made coffee beverages(pretty obvious) and GOOD, fresh pastries that don't taste like they came from a factory and were thawed out. I stopped going to Starbucks years ago when they decided it was no longer necessary to provide regional variety, fresh pastries. Good coffee is available in a lot of independent coffee shops, so if I can't get a decent scone, there's no reason for me to go. Anyway! I was quite pleased with the latte, pastry, and the look and atmosphere of Karmic Grounds. I had a cherry Danish which is not something I'd usually choose, but theirs looked like it would be fresh and flaky, unlike the chewy, vaguely wet doughnut-like things you get elsewhere. And I was right! It was quite good. So please Karmic Grounds, your coffee is really good and if you'll just maintain a good supply of fresh pastries, I'll be back. Changing up the offerings periodically wouldn't hurt either. It's nice to have some variety. read more
