Came for dinner on a Tuesday night with a friend. We came around two 5 PM. There was no wait. We went in and was able to get a table right away. To start off the service was great. Our server was very attentive and noticed when we were done with our plate and to bring the next course. We both got the Shinsen Omakase $55. Thought it was good for its price. Came with an appetizer I chose seaweed salad. My friend chose an on me. Then there was a 10 piece nigiri and lastly, a hand roll. I would definitely come back.

Been looking a a omakase place to dig in and enjoy! Kase popped up advertising they would have a special event showcasing a omakase around a full tuna . We couldn't make the date but in future sounds like fun delish and unique experience. It was delish and fun ....

I've been to Kase Sake & Sushi - the first being last June and the second time earlier this month. On our first visit, we arrived for an early dinner on a Friday evening. We were the only diners for the majority of the time we were there, with maybe one party that arrived while we were mid-meal. We enjoyed the Oomori, which was a 7 course tasting at $56. It came with a seasonal appetizer, 4 piece seasonal fish nigiri, sashimi special, blue crab hand roll, 4 piece nigiri flight, negi toro hand roll, and 2 piece chef nigiri special. I really appreciated the pace as each course came out one at a time and we really enjoyed it all. I like how it also went from nigiri to hand roll and then back again. We also added an order of amaebi nigiri $14 at the end. It was great experience at a great price and knew we would return. Recently, they had a special going on for their three year anniversary - $39 for their Shinsen Omakase, which normally goes for $55. They had this special for the whole month of May and now June! On this Saturday evening, the early dinner seating was quite packed and reservations were necessary. The Shinsen included edamame, seaweed salad or miso soup, along with 3 piece sashimi special, 10 piece seasonal nigiri, and chef's choice fresh hand roll. We appreciated the generous bowl of miso soup and the mix of seaweed in the salad. The salmon sashimi was just sashimi versus the first time it was presented with a sauce. We appreciated the waitress telling us what each piece of nigiri was when she brought it to our table. However, the other waitress who brought the hand rolls over didn't say a thing when she brought them over. Kase may not offer the largest cuts of fish, but the rice is done well and the fish is fresh and each bite is such a great bite. Everything just tastes great. You may leave a little hungry though, so keep that in mind. Our first experience was an easy 5 and this one was a 4. Perhaps because it was a lot busier on our second visit, so those platters of sushi were done quickly. While our first experience was at an enjoyable pace and each plate seemed a little more thoughtful. We also got the extra hand roll on our last visit. Nonetheless, we would return but probably choose a less busier time.

i originally came for the $29 hanban omakase deal but me and my boyfriend were super hungry when we came in and decided on the $55 shinsen course instead. - all courses come with either edamame, seaweed salad, or miso soup - i chose seaweed salad but i wish it would also come with miso soup! - the 3pc sashimi and 10pc nigiri was AMAZING. i loved how soft all of the fish was - i was incredibly impressed with the nigiri since it all had different sauces/garnishes - ended with a handroll (i forgot the name) and it was soo yummy and a perfect way to end the meal the staff was so kind and attentive! so helpful when i had a question on the food, ensured we didn't have any allergies, and even held the door open when we were leaving! im surprised i only heard about this place recently! definitely want to come back and try more :)

Nice local option for decent quality sushi. They fill a nice middle-ground option when you want something more than your typical AYCE sushi quality while being a lot more affordable than the high-end omakase options in town. Most fish options are solid although I'd probably pass on the otoro again here in favor of other places in town. Service is super friendly and quick. Restaurant space is a bit cramped though, and interior lighting can get really harsh around sunset since their windows face west.

Came in for their $39 omakase set special, ordered some apps and drinks on top of that. Bill was about $300 for 3 people. We left happy and full! The food did take really long to come out, but understandable due to how busy it was for the anniversary! It's a smaller sushi spot but can still accommodate quite a few groups of 4 and maybe one large party in the middle. This is a really great spot for a date, solo dine-in omakase experience, or take-out!

I came here during their 3yr anniversary and they were having a special for their Shinsen omakase. I was lucky enough to snag a reservation! First impressions were amazing. Service was spot on! From the hostess to to the server to the chef. Amazing! The seaweed salad came out first 10/10: super refreshing and light. Great start to a meal. You also had a choice of edamame or soup but I opted for the seaweed salad. Shinsen omakase 6.5/10: it came with 10 chef Choice nigiri. Overall the fish were fresh. Our favorites are the salmon ones. The tuna didn't wow up that mic. Everything else was not bad. However the biggest complaint was the rice which is one of the big factors of good nigiri. The rice ratio was too high and unfortunately the rice was too mushy. The flavors were also very good such as the different garnishes went well w the fish. Wagyu roll 7/10: good flavor and cripsy texture but the meat that was given was very small it was hard to feel and taste the Wagyu. Baked crab roll 6.5/10: this dish had rly good potential however I felt like it was missing something it was pretty heavy and I think it may be a preference but it felt weird eating warm cucumber in a roll. Overall the service stood out the most. The place is pretty Tiny but it makes the experience a bit more intimate. Unfortunately the rice can use some extra work but the fish was fresh!

Absolutely loved everything about this place and can't wait to come back as a local! The Shinsen Omakase is incredibly satisfying, with each course tasting exceptionally fresh and thoughtfully prepared. The service truly stands out. Every dish is introduced with care, everything is explained clearly, and the entire team makes you feel genuinely welcome from start to finish. Huge thanks to Chef James, Owner James, and Mrs. Natalie for making the experience so memorable. Their warmth, professionalism, and attention to detail are unmatched. You can tell they truly care about their guests, and it shows in every part of the experience. They all deserve every bit of the praise!

A gem of a restaurant for amazing quality sushi in a nice calm setting. The whole staff is so friendly and knowledgeable about the food and sake. The noise level is usually quiet to moderate (if there is a large party). We've never had issues having conversations at our table.

See this omakase promotion on social media seem like reasonable price. We also order special of the day which is fancy with caviar, truffles oil and gold , restaurant decorated perfect fit with the vibe . Service was great . I am appreciated their birthday card . Honestly the only place they take serious when I put occasional reservations they actually read it . Some other big asian chain restaurants . When I put Occasionally on reservations they never mention but Kase did Thank you Kase

I was craving some good quality sushi and was trying to avoid the all you can eat places simply because I was not feeling super hungry to justify it. I stumbled on Kase on a whim as it was basically the only legit sushi place open between lunch and dinner and was not ayce. The interior of the restaurant was nice and inviting and I like the natural wood and black design choices. I ordered some sushi and handrolls. Both the sushi and handrolls were delicious! They are slightly smaller in size than what I am used to so just know the price is higher for smaller portions but good quality. Our waiter was also very nice and patient as it took a while for me to go through the entire review

Decided to give this place a try after seeing it on IG. Went with a party of 2 on a Saturday afternoon shortly after opening and we were the first ones there. The restaurant has a great ambiance, nice modern decor and a great playlist. Our server was very attentive and took time to explain the sale selection - helping us make a great choice, a bottle of Ono. We had the shinsen omakase set that includes 3 pc sashimi, 10 nigiri and 1 hand roll for $55/pp. The fish quality was seriously impressive and the preparation was very elevated. The way I see it, this place could easily compete with much pricier omakase places in Vegas, but they are more laid back and because the base price is reasonable you can also enjoy a nice bottle of sake and try other items on the menu without breaking the bank. It's located in a random, but we'll kept plaza. Definitely worth the drive from Henderson or the Strip.
