You can add steak for $18 and we did that because the mushroom carbonara didn't have enough protein for me. HIGHLY recommend this place to dine if you have a dog. This was not a planned stop but oh my goodness was not a sad stop. Myself and player two were about and about for the day and heard of this place so we decided to give it a go. The Virgin hotel / casino is a bit out of the way for us but we were in the area, so why not. We didn't have reservations but it was a Wednesday during "off season" for vegas ( is there such a thing?), but any ways, we were promptly seated. I imagine once it's nice with the pool and beach club vibe it'll be very busy in the summer. The entrance sets the tone for the locale and the restaurant does not disappoint. Very cute table settings, a great bar area if solo dining or meeting with a group and also intimate dining areas. We are on our pescatarian journey right now, so we made menu selections in that regard, but they have GREAT options which made me want to break the journey lol . We ordered the salt & pepper calamari which came with a whipped balsamic, ABSOLUTELY amazing !! Also a half dozen oysters on the half shell, cause why not. They were fresh and delicious. We shared the mushroom pizza and crab squid ink pasta. Honestly outside of Italy, I have not had a white pizza that has been this good. Both plates were absolutely divine. I had been restaurant stalking Kassi Beach House for a while since apparently off the strip restaurants take Monday and Tuesday as their closed days off. So we needed something for dinner! The restaurant is pretty fancy and has a cool vibe. This is the type of spot where they call the water "still" or "sparkling." The service checks in on you frequently. What we ordered: Mezze platter - The mezze platter was large enough that we basically had it as a main dish meal. The balloon bread is like a mix between pizza dough and pita. I loved it. The ricotta dip has a little sweetness and a unique texture. The eggplant dip is smooth and yummy. The bean dip has a little kick. FRIES - The fries were maybe the best I have ever had. The crispy coating was on point. The truffle aoli was decadent. The fries portion was also giant. Get the fries. Everything was seasoned really well. My boyfriend kept raving about the Himalayan salt they used. Apparently, we have small appetites because we saw people ordering far more dishes than us. And we were slowing down after just the two. WSA (walking service announcement): Kassi Beach House is walkable from the strip (depending on your hotel), with slight caution about your surroundings. 10/10 dinner! Highly recommend the mezze platter with hummus. Drinks are well made and delicious. The vibe makes the place. The seating is uncomfortable after a while, so if you can, I would try to get a table with regular seating. The lower chairs sit away from the table and is hard to have a conversation with your group. If you sit outside, they put a cushion over an uncomfortable uneven rocky seating bench that starts to hurt if you are there for awhile. I really wish I'd take more pictures to show you how beautiful this pool is. I was greeted and welcomed in by Madison. She was absolutely adorable and so warm. She got us seated in a nice cabana quickly. And btw, the cabana prices are absolutely amazing and affordable ! We were guided to our table by the most adorable guy. He was so knowledgeable and sweet that I had no questions at all by the time the server came by. Niki the manager stopped by to make sure everything was going wonderful. She was so bubbly and sweet and you could tell she really cared about how our day was going. I frequent Kassi Beach restaurant very often and I have always loved their food. But the pool views make it even better! Anytime you come here you must try the Mezze platter. It is absolutely to die for and this watermelon salad was delicious and refreshing in the summer sun. The whole vibe of the place still had a really fun energy without being overcrowded and gross like a lot of Vegas pools can be. It was perfect for our bachelorette party of 7, and there was enough space for a welcome party in another corner and we didn't feel crowded at all. We reserved online and had to change our reservation time a few times and it was no problem. Waitstaff was friendly and attentive. We ordered a whole bunch and sampled a bit of everything on the menu except for the pizza. The DJ kept the vibes high which was everything we could have asked for! Kassi Beach has one of the cutest ambiances I've seen in Vegas. They have an open air patio that overlooks the pool so when the weather is nice out, it's a prime spot to sit in. They have a large dining room and private dining areas as well. The service is great. I can't remember the name of our server, but he was attentive and friendly. The drinks are great handcrafted cocktails. We tried a few different ones for the table and enjoyed them all. We ordered few things to share between the 4 of us. We started with the burrata and octopus. The burrata was creamy and I thought the pesto it was served on top of complimented it well. The octopus was really flavorful. The calamari was really good too, crunchy and a bit spicy on the outside. For entrees we ordered the vodka pasta which had a small spicy kick to it, the branzino, the pizza with pears on it, and the mushroom pasta. I didn't get pictures of everything because we started to dig in on everything once it hit the table. The pastas and pizza were really good. I'm not a pizza girl, but I actually enjoyed the pizza. Both pastas were really flavorful. I would definitely come back for more pasta. Tip: on Wednesday nights the pasta dishes are half off after a certain time, so it's a good night to check it out and try a few pasta dishes with a group of friends. I deducted a star for the fee they add to checks. We were a group of 4 and spent almost $500 on multiple rounds of cocktails and a spread of food for the table. We handed our credit cards over to the server without looking at the check, and noticed after when we were signing that a CNF fee of $15.00 had been added. Nice place If you're here for a beach brunchy vibe. Service was great and ambience is nice for a celebration, but the food was all right. Surprisingly the side dishes were much better than any of their mains that we got. Their signature pasta, which we were most certain to order was the most disappointing unfortunately. It was extremely over salted, but we didn't have the heart to call the waiter to tell them of this issue. We had pizza as well as a burger here which was all an ok tasting but nothing that impressed. We went here for dinner prior to going to a concert at the theater. We made a reservation for 545 on a Saturday expecting it to be busy but the place was quite empty. We were immediately seated but the seats are extremely low to the ground to the point of uncomfortable for anyone over 6 feet. The music is also very loud so don't expect to hold conversations easily. The waitress was nice and food came out fast. The food itself was just okay, not anything that stuck out. What a wonderful restaurant! My friend and I were looking for something to eat before a show we were seeing and we ended up at Kassi. So happy we went there and I would absolutely go back and eat there again! There was no wait and the entire staff was incredible. Our server's name was Rebekah and she was so nice and personable. She helped us with everything we needed. The atmosphere is gorgeous- it has a romantic beach house atmosphere (like its name) and would be perfect for a date night or a night out with girlfriends. We opted to sit on the patio, where you could see the pool. Since it's a bit cooler out now, we were told if we wanted a heater we could ask our server and she would bring it over. We never asked because it ended up being beautiful out. Now the star of the show: the food and drinks. I had the espresso martini and it was one of the creamiest, most delicious espresso martinis I have ever had. My friend had the Free Bird and she found it super refreshing. If you are going to this restaurant get the Mezze platter. The bread and dipping sauces are outstanding and what's an Italian restaurant without some bread?? You'll thank me later. The grilled octopus was very well cooked and was presented almost as a refreshing salad which we really enjoyed. Our main courses were as tasty as they look: the Margherita pizza (with sausage added) was delicious and my Bolognese was outstanding. The Bolognese was the perfect dish with the chilly weather coming to town. Pricing was slightly elevated (remember this restaurant is in Virgin Hotel) but still realistic pricing and servings were a nice size. We left full and super happy. This restaurant was gigantic inside and not as busy as I would expect on a Friday night (could also be a slower time of year) so please visit! We spent $140 on 1beer, a tuna appetizer,a plate of paste like rigatoni with exactly 7 tiny cubes of dry tough leathery chicken,a miniscule 4inch by 2inch piece of salmon and a portion of Brussel sprout whisps drowned in oil! The music was so obnoxiously loud we couldn't hold a conversation and I opted not to have a glass of wine because it would have been $17. We got sat outside near the pool but there were glass walls separating to the pool area even though we were technically sitting outside. We went around 1:30 on a Saturday, and it wasn't packed at all, which made for a nice, easygoing atmosphere. We ordered a few things to try, starting with the fries. They were decent but a bit too crispy for my taste. The Pineapple Lime Spritz (non-alcoholic) was absolutely delicious--refreshing and full of flavor! The Caesar Salad, though, felt a bit overpriced at $16, given that it was mostly a small handful of leaves. The star of the meal was definitely the Vodka Pasta with added shrimp. It was amazing! I unfortunately do not have photos this review. Not a fan of this but was a dinner last night where I kept the phone away. We did family style because we had over 10 people with us. This place has delicious entrees. The steak was cooked to perfection. They brought out pizza, pasta, the works! The service was iffy at best but the food was so good I'm standing on the 3 stars. They sat us at a small table for 10 people and we couldn't fit all the plates on the table. Their solution to that was to just throw the plates at us and figure it out. Go on a Wednesday for HALF OFF pastas and HALF OFF drinks!* This is a cute restaurant located on the first floor of the Virgin Hotel. It's dimly lit with a good-sized bar in the middle of the room. Service was great- forgot her name though. I was told by our server that drinks will vary by the week in terms of the half off so always ask or check prior to ordering. This week was Vodka, Tequila and I believe gin. I ordered the free bird cocktail and enjoyed it. None of the appetizers called our attention. Portion size and presentation hit all the marks. Had the pleasure of recently visiting Kassi Beach Club after seeing a video highlighting it on Tik Tok. Let me just say it's totally worth it to check it out. There is a reservation required on Open Table for the actual entrance (free) and if you want to reserve a day bed, chair, or cabana you can put a deposit but as long as you meet the total price in drinks/food at the pool the fee is waived . We've been here before and the quality of the food went down drastically. The Kassi burger was pretty mid, the spaghetti cacio e pepe was with no flavor and tasted like nothing, and the vodka sauce was pretty mediocre. Although, the mezze platter with hummus along with the garlic aioli fries were the top two items there (my wife also order a good beet root salad). Their drinks were definitely strong, service was decent, but ambiance was the best. Here are some recommendations: spend more time cooking the food with love, add more salt for flavor, and make it a priority to serve customers with enthusiasm. Once your table is ready they walk you behind this wall to the dining area which has an open view of the pool area. They have outdoor seating that's covered here as well. We got a few drinks, then split the mushroom carbonara, & a burrata bread with prosciutto and cheese, really good stuff. The pasta dish we added chicken to it, and it had awesome flavor. The bread nice and soft and they gave us plenty of prosciutto, as they should since it's an add on. Lol I just wish they gave us maybe 1-2 more slices of bread. I had the crab & squid ink pasta as my entree. I was a little hesitant because I've never had squid ink pasta before but it was really good! There was plenty of sauce and lots of crab too! The portion was also very generous. It could honestly feed two. My friends had the vodka pasta, pretty standard, and the soppressata pizza. The pizza was bomb! There was hot honey drizzled on top and it actually gave the pizza some heat! Our only complaint would be the oiliness. The bottom of the pizza was pretty much soggy and soaked in oil. I ordered a burger to-go for my husband and to our surprise it came with a side a fries! Which I don't think it says that on the menu because I ordered an additional side of fries...oh well. We came here for lunch and we're so glad we did! Seated in a cabana that overlooked the pool. We had a couch, misters, TV, and privacy curtains. We started off with calamari with the most amazing sauce. It was addicting! Then we moved on to the Cesar salad - incredible! Followed by their salmon (medium) that was flaky, moist and tasty.
