    Avocado Toast
    Ian M.

This was a great spot to meet local family for Saturday brunch in Las Vegas. Neither my wife nor I had eaten at Kassi Beach House before. We were immediately impressed by the relaxed Mediterranean coastal atmosphere inside the Virgin Hotels property: wicker furniture, soft white walls, and comfortable lighting. The restaurant sits just opposite the main hotel entrance and is easy to find off the Strip. We started with the Mediterranean Mezze, which was excellent. The puccia bread arrived piping hot and puffed, soft and fresh with a texture similar to good naan. It came with three dips: whipped eggplant, white bean dip with salsa rosa, and whipped ricotta with honey. All three were very good; the whipped ricotta with honey was our favorite. I ordered the avocado toast with two poached eggs (served separately and added at the table). My wife enjoyed her breakfast sandwich, and our nephew received a very large plate of fries with the club sandwich; he managed only about a third of it. Service was attentive throughout; our server checked on us regularly and kept water and iced tea refilled without prompting. We will definitely return on a future Las Vegas trip.

Came for dinner on bachelorette trip and the fettuccine Alfredo was unreal. Also the staff was so sweet to send our bride a dessert. The aesthetic of the restaurant was very tulum, loved it. Also highly recommend adding steak it was perfectly seasoned and so tender!

Great Italian spot inside The Virgin hotel. Stopped in here to share pizza and pasta for dinner with a friend and it was a perfect vibe for girls night. The inside was beautiful and there was a DJ spinning some 90's/00's R&B music but it wasn't too loud that I felt I couldn't have an easy conversation at our table. The food was great. We ordered the white pizza and cacio y pepe pasta to share. The white pizza was the star! Very flavorful without being too heavy on dairy. And it was LOADED with prosciutto, which is the way to my heart. The cacio y pepe pasta was also delicious and presentation was great. A little oily for my taste but I am sensitive to that. My friend said it was perfect so I trust her opinion over mine. Plus, if you are a local and have the locals players card, you get 25% off your meal here! Definitely a great spot for girls night or date night. I will be back for more prosciutto pizza!

Summers in vegas are brutal and most pools have pool parties that are insanely packed or pools with kids running around. I was so thrilled to have a wonderful experience at Kassi beach. There were no kids and it wasn't super crowded for a Saturday! The drinks at the bar were delicious as well. The only thing I didn't appreciate is that all the lounge chairs and cabanas were full and expensive. The lounge chairs were $250 and cabanas were $350 with no locals discount. Luckily we were just having a chill day and planned to be in the pool most of the time so it was fine.

The Kassi Beach Day club is the perfect laid back day club. The drinks are comparable to any other day club, but the vibe makes up for it. They have a live DJ on the weekends, but it's still more laid back than most of the Vegas day clubs. The pool features a sand beach entrance and lush landscaping. It's large enough to not feel crammed with the others, which is a huge plus. All of the employees were super friendly and made for an enjoyable experience.

Went to Kassi Beach on Sunday for there R&B night. The music was definitely good so shout out to the DJ, but the food was underwhelming unfortunately. I ordered the 10 oz steak, and it was definitely much less than 10 oz. Wasn't bad but was more of a small appetizer. For it to be an entree and for the price I paid I definitely expected more and better.

During our four‑night stay, we ended up eating here three times. The only day we missed was when their server went down and they could only take cash. This spot is tucked inside a hotel and truly feels like a hidden gem. The moment you walk in, it gives off this breezy beach vibe that instantly reminded me of a relaxed Tulum atmosphere. The food is great, but the cocktails are what really surprised us. We tried four in total, and every single one was a hit. The Subtropical slushie, Japanese Penicillin and the Strawberry Banana Colada were all dangerously good. They are all refreshing with right amount of alcohol in them. For food, the standout was the seafood gemelli. It's the best value on the menu, and they're generous with the seafood. We also ordered the asparagus and sautéed spinach (the other day); the asparagus is the one I'd highly recommend. The char on it works beautifully with the sauce. Last but not the least, the service is just so great. Our waiter Jeffery M. went another level on hospitality. Jeffery was very attentive, brought amazing vibe to people around and took good care of us throughout the meal.

Always great vibe service is always on point. The bread and hummus was great. The squid was very tender and fresh. The branzino was done perfectly.

We came for brunch. The service was amazing. Our attendant was Jeffrey. He was super helpful, energetic and professional. The food was exceptional. The Bronzino was cooked perfectly great seasoning so was the octopus perfectly grilled with a nice citric base to it very well balanced as well all the drink. They have brunch deals.

I loooooove kassi beach house. I've taken many people over the past few years and I consider to be one of my favorites for Italian! The constant winners are definitely the mezze platter with the fresh puccia bread and crisp vegetables and my fav, the eggplant dip. Also they have my favorite vodka pasta (better than carbone if you ask me). The area is so cute and beachy-definitely a gno type of restaurant, the only thing is that service can sometimes be a hit or miss here, which has truly been a coin flip.

Went here with a group of 10. We had to pick from 2 sets of prefix menus. We picked the $85pp and omg, that's a lot of food plus a few lobsters for our group. We end up taking back to the hotel so much food. We all thought it was worth every penny. At least 2 pastas, 2-3 different salad, oven baked pita plus dips, pizzas, chicken, steaks, lobsters, tiramisus. With our alcoholic drinks and we could not move. So enjoyable dinner. Our waiter was great and he was also the bartender. He was great at the beginning to middle of dinner. When he started getting ppl at the bar, it was a bit slower service. Feel bad that he's going back and forth. Espresso martini was amazing. Such a great looking restaurant, the entry is just beautiful, the rest of the restaurant was warm and outside seatings as well. Hostesses in the front can be more nice. https://www.tiktok.com/t/ZP8gGuL8A/

Finally was able to come here for Mother's Day after hearing about it so much. We were greeted with such great customer service at the front and also as we sat down. I love the vibe. Very beachy, laid back, and chill. Our server was super friendly and helpful. We ordered the Vodka Pasta, Mezze Platter, Soppressata Pizza, Cheeseburgers, and Calamari. Everything, I mean everything was sooo delicious! Not one of the dish was a disappointment. The Vodka Sauce was divine, their pizza had the perfect thin crust, the Cheeseburgers was so juicy, and the Mezze Platter was surprisingly tasty especially the bread that it was served with. I will definitely be coming back!

Nice Italian restaurant inside Virgin Hotel or HOTEL EDC for the weekend! The interior is beautiful, it is an inside outside restaurant and next to the pool if on the patio. Nice AC inside. Service was friendly, we arrived dead time around 4pm for late late lunch. Ordered the vegatable crudities to start. Presentation beautiful they blanch the veggies then toss in olive oil and salt. I felt it was a bit on the salty side but i love my veggies so i had a happy munch time. The dips are decent. My fav was the chicken alfredo my boyfriend ordered. It took awhile but it tasted so fresh and creamy and love the pepper and parmesan sprinkled on top, loved the basil added too tho only 3 pieces. The chicken is good protein. Need those carbs and protein for EDC! the fries were bomb too, dip that comes with it so rich and garlicly. Glad this is in our hotel! Recommend!

And based on the first three letters of the restaurant's name, it had to be outstanding, right? First, this WAS a 3 Michelin Star restaurant in 2008-2009, but Michelin no longer rates restaurants in Las Vegas (they should). With that being said it's a AAA 5-Diamond which I guess also means good. I don't know what Firestone or Car and Driver thinks of this place, although the latter would probably not love it since it's not a BMW. All joking aside, if you consider yourself a foodie, then the 12 Course Menu Degustation is a multi-course bucket list item that's somewhat attainable. I've read horror stories of booking other high-end eateries, but take a shot here and you may get lucky. They happened to have a ton of reservations the week before Christmas, so we were lucky. I will say if you're doing a wine pairing, you may not want to get a cocktail beforehand when you're waiting for your table in the lounge. I had a Gin and Tonic and it was huge and blew away the Ultimate G&T by Jose Andres. But the wine pairing with the meal is a LOT of wine and you'll be tipsy unless you're a descendent of Oscar Wilde. Once the experience begins, you'll be amazed at everything that's happening. Service is impeccable with multiple staff members tending to your every need. I'll say even if you think you may not like something, try it and you might surprise yourself. I never truly liked any caviar before eating it here. With that being said, beets are still beets no matter how you slice them. :) It's expensive, but totally worth it in my opinion. I think they have other dining options besides the extravaganza deluxe, but I didn't really pay attention. It was also a phones away event (my idea) for full enjoyment, although a few dishes were so beautiful I was tempted to reach into my pants... for my phone... to clarify. There is a dress code so be sure to comply. For guys, I would recommend a jacket or a tie with dress pants/shoes. For ladies, I'd recommend micro-skirts and crop tops, but I don't think they do... so a nice dress or blouse with appropriate pants/shoes would probably suffice. I was totally blown away and it was definitely the best tasting menu I've experienced... and I've been to Carrabbas's Wine Dinner!

I want to shout out our very attentive server, Patrick. He made our dinner feel so much more informed and intimate. I was unable to take a picture of the set menu and the restaurant changed the menu the next day... so the names of the dishes are from memory. The food was exquisite. Every single dish was perfectly thought out and complimented each other so well. The entire set menu emulated spring with bright, green ingredients. Foie Gras with wine reduction and parmesan cheese foam (5/5): Beautiful introduction. The foie gras was so creamy and delicious. It was almost custard-like with how soft it was. It was fatty, savoury, and a great way to introduce the rest of the set menu. Salad (4.5/5): I loved this! The flavours were so bright and the veggies were so naturally crispy. The chef did a really good job in bringing out the natural acidity of the vegetables. Really was able to indulge in these flavours after the fatty foie gras. Scallop carpaccio topped with caviar and a side of beets (5/5): I would never think to put beets with scallops? This was so good. The umami of the caviar paired with the acidity of the sauce really hit heights. The texture of the carpaccio was perfect as well, almost a melt in your mouth experience. Pea (?) soup with lobster puree (5/5): Not gonna lie, best pea soup I ever had. I didn't even know you could elevate pea soup in this way. The lobster... essence? Puree? Beautiful addition to the soup. 10/10 would have it again. And I don't enjoy peas. Crispy tartine topped with a quail egg, morel mushrooms, asparagus, and parmesan cheese (5/5): Tartine was perfectly flaky, buttery, and crispy. All of the toppings were excellent as well. When everything was eaten together, all the flavours were so GOOD. Savoury, buttery, umami goodness!! Korean fish on couscous with tomato consume (4/5): Perfectly balanced dish. The fish was well cooked. Very soft and tender. Steak tartare with frites and bread (5/5): SO WELL SEASONED. Usually with steak tartare at other places, I have issues with it being too acidic or overly seasoned. But this was perfection with the fries. NY strip with porcini (?) mushrooms and mashed potatoes (5/5): Very well seared, perfectly cooked and a soft tender experience. The sauce on the side worked so well with the meat. A5 Wagyu with porcini (?) mushrooms and mashed potatoes (5/5): A REAL melt in your mouth experience. I did not have to chew it practically melted in my mouth and was so so SO worth the additional price tag. Yuzu ice dessert with popping candy(?): I'm unsure if they used actual popping candy but whatever they did worked so good with the dessert! It was such a lovely addition to the set menu. Really brought back childhood memories! Yuzu ice cream with pandan sponge cake and (?) wafers sprinkled with assorted nuts and gelee (5/5): I thought this dish had the prettiest presentation. The dessert was also very well thought out and was super creamy and refreshing!

Honestly shocked at this experience - and even more shocked that L'Atelier received a Michelin star…read moretonight. I was invited to L'Atelier for my birthday and was SO wildly excited to finally enjoy what I thought would be a mind-blowing meal. Unfortunately, I was sorely mistaken. I'll start with the most surprising let down - the bread. Having seen all the instagrammable pics of the famous Robuchon bread cart, I assumed the bread here would be outstanding. Alas, no. There are 101 spots to get amazing, fresh bread in this city, but our entire bread basket tasted like it was 3 days old. (And the table next to us, who'd been to other Robuchon restaurants, agreed. Stale AF. Almost every dish we had was what I would consider 80% "there." Beautiful? Yes. Tasty? Of course. Perfect? No. Some dishes (the tartare) needed salt. Some dishes (the basil risotto) fell flat. Some dishes (the scallops) were just a bit over. The ambience? Beautiful on the inside, but the fact that people were walking around in tye dye t-shirts lugging around Ross Dress for Less bags just behind our bar seats didn't exactly elevate the experience. Put that all together and it adds up to "just not what you'd expect," (not for a $400 dinner and certainly not for a Michelin star). Add to that, the whole experience felt very corporate and lacked heart. I chatted with the GM and our server, and they listened to our critiques. They also offered us complimentary desserts, which was kind. The dessert was by far the best part of the meal. I would come back on a date night for just drinks and dessert without question.

Ohlala has such an elegant, inviting atmosphere, with beautiful chandeliers and a cozy French bistro feel. It's located on Rampart and Lake Mead, near Starbucks. We arrived at 11:00 for brunch, and by 11:30 the restaurant was alive and bustling. One of my favorite things about Ohlala is that the owner always comes out to greet guests at their tables. He makes everyone feel welcome and takes the time to check that everything is going well--a personal touch that really makes a difference. This visit, I had a cappuccino and the traditional French toast, which comes with honey, syrup, and whipped cream. The crust was perfectly crisp while the center practically melted in my mouth. Absolutely delicious! They have a great menu with plenty of options, and whether you're looking for brunch, lunch, or dinner, Ohlala is definitely worth a visit!

We ordered the pistachio goat cheese salad, salmon pasta , and the beet salad, and honestly it was enough for both of us. Everything was so good and I would come back just for the food. Service is more like sharing your experience with a friend. The level of sophistication is here in the food and wine and the service is excellent without being intimidating. This was our second time dining here. It had been a year and we were in awe how our server remember us and things about our last experience we had filed away. The value for a high end dining experience can not be matched. On the strip you can pay twice the price and not come close to the food and service. There are many dining superstars on Spring Mountain road and Partage is leading the pack.

Very bright and fresh looking - almost the exact opposite of the current Vegas trend of "let's make it so dark it's actually dangerous". I love the tomatoes and lemons on the table. The service was very friendly. Our friend had the tomato martini and pronounced it "surprising and delicious". The oysters were nice and fresh. Our favorite thing of the night. The steak tartare looked awful and was (according to the friend that ordered it) not good. Definitely didn't look like any tartare I've ever seen. My partner had the filet mignon, which arrived cold. But it was a decent steak. I had the lobster risotto which was, on the other hand, served so hot I couldn't eat it for a while. When it did cool down, it was just OK... nothing special at all and a little salty. Our friend had homemade pappardelle, which looked very hearty. He enjoyed it quite a bit. Not a bad meal and if they were staying open, I'd be temped to try their brunch, which looks intriguing. Or looked. RIP LPM. Hope someone revives the tomato martini.

They were so kind and even got me in earlier than my reservation. The food was delicious!! I did the Le Brunch offering, which is a multi course menu for $85. Bring your appetite, because it is all delicious and they give you so much food! Their pastries and bread are heavenly and such good quality. I would have gotten seconds of all the baguettes and pastries if I had any room to put it all! You're allowed to take as many pastries as you want. There were many different kinds as well, not just the ones in my picture. The inside of the restaurant is also bright and cheery and it really feels like you're on vacation when dining in here. My favorite courses were the chefs pastries, burrata with tomatoes and baguette, and the skirt steak with scrambled eggs. Definitely try the Le Brunch because you get to try so many kinds of dishes for what I think is a reasonable price, considering what it would cost if you ordered it all separately. Check my pictures and you'll see the amount of food I had just to myself. I definitely couldn't finish! The service was great. Every single person on the waitstaff were so friendly and attentive and kind. I highly recommend this place for brunch and now I want to try them for dinner one day.

No matter how tempting the baguette looks, get the brioche from the bread basket -- life is uncertain, so eat that dessert first. By some miracle, a portion of four gigantic, luscious prawns is included as an appetizer option with no upcharge. So is a plate of perfectly seared tuna Niçoise that would be an ideal lunch. So is a rich, dense onion soup that's almost like a bowl of gravy (in a good way), or two hearty slabs of pâté de campagne. The appetizer options, in fact, are so good that the entrees and desserts are a bit outshined. Duck with orange, crispy-skinned trout, and solid bavette are all good choices. Those frites, though, are among the best I've ever had in the United States. They are somehow crunchy as a potato chip and filled with hot air. Superb. Neither the crème brûlée tart nor the Paris-Brest quite stick the landing; something was missing. Do they need a little more sugar? A drop of acid? I'm not sure, but they were merely good when the brioche proves the bakery is capable of magic. As a coda, the gloriously tart lime truffle mignardise couldn't be better. The room is comfortable and the staff nail their jobs (if not their French pronunciation). Frankly, with food like this I don't really care. I'd eat it on the sidewalk.

Burger is probably the best in vegas. The other items were just ok, but it was really affordable. Kumamoto oysters for $2 each. Bread service was good. A few points of feedback: House white was meh. Probably should have ordered the bottle of French cidre which is my normal go to here. Bread for the Jambon Beurre was not the right fit. The baguette from the bread service was a better match. It tasted like they used a dense hoagie bread, and the bread to filling ratio was just off. It needed a thicker slab of butter and more cornichons. The scallop crudo was probably our least favorite. Too much avocado cream making it feel too fatty and the cucumber overpowered the delicate scallop. You basically couldn't taste the seafood at all. Plus it was lacking an acid to balance all the fat. The combo ended up just being like a fatty cucumber flavor. On other visits the mussels were good. I saw someone else order poutine and it looked amazing, so had ordered envy there. Looking forward to returning for the burger again and the normal dinner service. Full menu is better. The trout amandine before was my favorite.

From the moment you arrive they make you feel welcome and special - the captains and servers are constantly checking in and ensuring you have everything you need. This is truly an intimate and unique place and I'm sad they're going away. We each ordered the four-course "choose your own adventure" menu and every item was excellent. Super fresh seafood enhanced with delicate flavors. My wife had forewarned our server from the get go that she's very picky and not at all adventurous (she's team chicken breast all the way lol). He replied no problem and they proceeded to customize each course to remove any and all "offensive" items (i.e. truffles, mushrooms, seafood, anything with flavor etc.). I especially loved the loup de mer served over a Pinot noir reduction as well as the wagyu filet. The desserts are all delicious and they provide a complete petit fours tower at the end of the meal as well. Dinner for two came to $721 before tax and tip - obviously this is a special occasion restaurant but if you have the means and can make it out there before they close I highly recommend it. That total included a four-course wine pairing for me as well as two pre-dinner cocktails.
