This was a great spot to meet local family for Saturday brunch in Las Vegas. Neither my wife nor I had eaten at Kassi Beach House before. We were immediately impressed by the relaxed Mediterranean coastal atmosphere inside the Virgin Hotels property: wicker furniture, soft white walls, and comfortable lighting. The restaurant sits just opposite the main hotel entrance and is easy to find off the Strip. We started with the Mediterranean Mezze, which was excellent. The puccia bread arrived piping hot and puffed, soft and fresh with a texture similar to good naan. It came with three dips: whipped eggplant, white bean dip with salsa rosa, and whipped ricotta with honey. All three were very good; the whipped ricotta with honey was our favorite. I ordered the avocado toast with two poached eggs (served separately and added at the table). My wife enjoyed her breakfast sandwich, and our nephew received a very large plate of fries with the club sandwich; he managed only about a third of it. Service was attentive throughout; our server checked on us regularly and kept water and iced tea refilled without prompting. We will definitely return on a future Las Vegas trip.
Came for dinner on bachelorette trip and the fettuccine Alfredo was unreal. Also the staff was so sweet to send our bride a dessert. The aesthetic of the restaurant was very tulum, loved it. Also highly recommend adding steak it was perfectly seasoned and so tender!
Great Italian spot inside The Virgin hotel. Stopped in here to share pizza and pasta for dinner with a friend and it was a perfect vibe for girls night. The inside was beautiful and there was a DJ spinning some 90's/00's R&B music but it wasn't too loud that I felt I couldn't have an easy conversation at our table. The food was great. We ordered the white pizza and cacio y pepe pasta to share. The white pizza was the star! Very flavorful without being too heavy on dairy. And it was LOADED with prosciutto, which is the way to my heart. The cacio y pepe pasta was also delicious and presentation was great. A little oily for my taste but I am sensitive to that. My friend said it was perfect so I trust her opinion over mine. Plus, if you are a local and have the locals players card, you get 25% off your meal here! Definitely a great spot for girls night or date night. I will be back for more prosciutto pizza!
Summers in vegas are brutal and most pools have pool parties that are insanely packed or pools with kids running around. I was so thrilled to have a wonderful experience at Kassi beach. There were no kids and it wasn't super crowded for a Saturday! The drinks at the bar were delicious as well. The only thing I didn't appreciate is that all the lounge chairs and cabanas were full and expensive. The lounge chairs were $250 and cabanas were $350 with no locals discount. Luckily we were just having a chill day and planned to be in the pool most of the time so it was fine.
The Kassi Beach Day club is the perfect laid back day club. The drinks are comparable to any other day club, but the vibe makes up for it. They have a live DJ on the weekends, but it's still more laid back than most of the Vegas day clubs. The pool features a sand beach entrance and lush landscaping. It's large enough to not feel crammed with the others, which is a huge plus. All of the employees were super friendly and made for an enjoyable experience.
Went to Kassi Beach on Sunday for there R&B night. The music was definitely good so shout out to the DJ, but the food was underwhelming unfortunately. I ordered the 10 oz steak, and it was definitely much less than 10 oz. Wasn't bad but was more of a small appetizer. For it to be an entree and for the price I paid I definitely expected more and better.
During our four‑night stay, we ended up eating here three times. The only day we missed was when their server went down and they could only take cash. This spot is tucked inside a hotel and truly feels like a hidden gem. The moment you walk in, it gives off this breezy beach vibe that instantly reminded me of a relaxed Tulum atmosphere. The food is great, but the cocktails are what really surprised us. We tried four in total, and every single one was a hit. The Subtropical slushie, Japanese Penicillin and the Strawberry Banana Colada were all dangerously good. They are all refreshing with right amount of alcohol in them. For food, the standout was the seafood gemelli. It's the best value on the menu, and they're generous with the seafood. We also ordered the asparagus and sautéed spinach (the other day); the asparagus is the one I'd highly recommend. The char on it works beautifully with the sauce. Last but not the least, the service is just so great. Our waiter Jeffery M. went another level on hospitality. Jeffery was very attentive, brought amazing vibe to people around and took good care of us throughout the meal.
Always great vibe service is always on point. The bread and hummus was great. The squid was very tender and fresh. The branzino was done perfectly.
We came for brunch. The service was amazing. Our attendant was Jeffrey. He was super helpful, energetic and professional. The food was exceptional. The Bronzino was cooked perfectly great seasoning so was the octopus perfectly grilled with a nice citric base to it very well balanced as well all the drink. They have brunch deals.
I loooooove kassi beach house. I've taken many people over the past few years and I consider to be one of my favorites for Italian! The constant winners are definitely the mezze platter with the fresh puccia bread and crisp vegetables and my fav, the eggplant dip. Also they have my favorite vodka pasta (better than carbone if you ask me). The area is so cute and beachy-definitely a gno type of restaurant, the only thing is that service can sometimes be a hit or miss here, which has truly been a coin flip.
Went here with a group of 10. We had to pick from 2 sets of prefix menus. We picked the $85pp and omg, that's a lot of food plus a few lobsters for our group. We end up taking back to the hotel so much food. We all thought it was worth every penny. At least 2 pastas, 2-3 different salad, oven baked pita plus dips, pizzas, chicken, steaks, lobsters, tiramisus. With our alcoholic drinks and we could not move. So enjoyable dinner. Our waiter was great and he was also the bartender. He was great at the beginning to middle of dinner. When he started getting ppl at the bar, it was a bit slower service. Feel bad that he's going back and forth. Espresso martini was amazing. Such a great looking restaurant, the entry is just beautiful, the rest of the restaurant was warm and outside seatings as well. Finally was able to come here for Mother's Day after hearing about it so much. We were greeted with such great customer service at the front and also as we sat down. I love the vibe. Very beachy, laid back, and chill. Our server was super friendly and helpful. We ordered the Vodka Pasta, Mezze Platter, Soppressata Pizza, Cheeseburgers, and Calamari. Everything, I mean everything was sooo delicious! Not one of the dish was a disappointment. The Vodka Sauce was divine, their pizza had the perfect thin crust, the Cheeseburgers was so juicy, and the Mezze Platter was surprisingly tasty especially the bread that it was served with. I will definitely be coming back!
Nice Italian restaurant inside Virgin Hotel or HOTEL EDC for the weekend! The interior is beautiful, it is an inside outside restaurant and next to the pool if on the patio. Nice AC inside. Service was friendly, we arrived dead time around 4pm for late late lunch. Ordered the vegatable crudities to start. Presentation beautiful they blanch the veggies then toss in olive oil and salt. I felt it was a bit on the salty side but i love my veggies so i had a happy munch time. The dips are decent. My fav was the chicken alfredo my boyfriend ordered. It took awhile but it tasted so fresh and creamy and love the pepper and parmesan sprinkled on top, loved the basil added too tho only 3 pieces. The chicken is good protein. Need those carbs and protein for EDC! the fries were bomb too, dip that comes with it so rich and garlicly. Glad this is in our hotel! Recommend!
While staying at Virgin Hotel, we popped in to this lovely restaurant for dinner to find an intriguing menu with generous portions and authentic home style dishes. We started with the mezza plate with 3 dips (white bean, hummus, ricotta cheese with honey) and some homemade flat bread that I wish I could duplicate!!! This came with marinaded veggies that were to die for! Had we known the size of this appetizer, we would have shared an entree! The drinks were equally yummy and the entrees too! I had pasta dish done perfectly and my girl had seafood! Highly recommend a visit! We went back and split a pizza and had the marinaded veggies and white bean dip again!!!! read more

Food was amazing, 4 stars is mainly for the food and ambiance, would come back for sure just to eat here again. Went on a Friday and they had a live DJ which was pretty sweet! The service was ok, not the most attentive server, had to wait to get our order placed and it wasn't busy when we arrived at 5:30 so by the time he helped us we were ready for our drink, apps and main course order to be placed. Luckily they delivered everything in a nice and timely order so we didn't get everything at the same time. I would definitely encourage the hostess at the door and the waiters to have the same energy and friendliness as the bussers to make this place even better. read more

Located at the @virginhotelslv , Kassi Beach House is the most stunning restaurant overlooking the pool with a beach-style entrance. It offers some of the best Italian food I've ever had. Being a fan of Italian cuisine, I've tasted Italian food my fair share of restaurants, and I can easily say it's one of the best. They serve brunch & lunch which you can enjoy at the pool-side table and dinner at night with live DJ - making it a perfect party spot. Went there for a Thanksgiving event with the girls and took advantage of the half off pasta. I got the turkey bolognese pasta special that night and it was good. Though they forgot my order so I had to wait long. Drinks are good though. Got THE KASSI drink and thought it was happy hr and didn't expect to pay $13 for the drink. Thought it was cheaper and there was a misunderstanding because I was told its $9. Enjoyed the drink though read more
Kassi is such a vibe! We went to Kassi for a bridal brunch for a bachelorette party we were in Vegas for. It was an impromptu decision and we were thoroughly surprised in a good way. The ambience is very classy and cute. The decor is modern, color coordinated and very inviting. We were seated right by the pool and had a great view of the entire place. The bottomless Rośe and cocktail drinks were delicious! Next came the appetizers- Whipped Eggplant, hummus, crudités and whipped riccota with honey. The Puccia bread was warm and such a great compliment to the yummy appetizer dips. We got a few different entrees- Breakfast sandwich, cheese burger, breakfast pizza and salmon salad- All very good and filling. 10/10 to Kassi read more

I've been here twice now, once for brunch, once for dinner. Knocked it out of the park both times. I feel like, for what prices are these days when dining out, it was reasonable. One soda, 2 appetizers, and one shared pizza, and 2 desserts came out to about 98 dollars. The whipped ricotta should NOT be slept on, it was so good! Servers were kind and efficient. The restaurant is open and airy and opens right into the pool area. We loved the open style to see the kitchen as well. read more

So I only ordered a salad plus wine from here, and ate some of my friend's mezze platter, but I absolutely loved this place. Service was fast and friendly, and my food was super yummy. Plus everything was spaced very nicely, so I felt super comfy sitting in the restaurant. The seats were couch like too, which was def comfy. And the ambiance was just super chill, which I always love. For food, I ordered the caesar salad add sugar snap peas. The salad was perfectly tossed with dressing, not overwhelming and didn't feel the need to ask for more. It was absolutely delicious. I know it's a salad, but I actually think it was my fave food of the entire trip. Just remember to add the sugar snap peas! The mezze platter was def yummy, with my fave pieces being puccia bread dipped in whipped ricotta with honey or whipped eggplant. On crudités, my faves were the cucumber, also dipped in the whipped ricotta. For drinks, I got a glass of prosecco, which was yummy enough. Do wish they had more options for sparkling wine though, particularly at price points and taste. The sparkling wine at the hotel bar before this was better than the prosecco this place had. If I'm staying at this hotel again, this is def my go to spot. Make sure to get a reservation beforehand because lunchtime can get busy with a longish wait time (though no worries, just go to the hotel bar for a drink before hand and some pics at the free photo booth while you're waiting)! read more

Love the ambiance and the vibes here!! Located in the Virgin Hotel, this restaurant makes you feel like youve step foot into another environment! The decor, tones, and ambiance of the place sets the tone and it gives a really fun vibe! The staff here is super nice. Our server was really sweet, I forgot her name, but she was so friendly, reactive to our comments, and explained the menu well! Kassi - The drink was so refreshing! Love how the cups cake with the pink salt on the brim, that was a great touch! Perfect for 4!! Salt & Pepper Calamari - A great starter! I really have no complaints! Its your usual friend calamari and the dipping sauce is interesting! It said it was an aioli, but its really good! Bolognese - I was super hungry so I finished a lot of my food LOL you can also never go wrong with pasta. I added some chicken in it and it added a great touch!! OVERALL - If I was staying here, I'd eat here again! The food is really good and I love the ambiance. My only thing is I wish the menu was a little larger? Prices are inevitable bc its Vegas but $16 for that Caesar Salad was a little eh LOL. Wouldnt go out of my way for this restaurant but I wouldnt steer away :) Great experience overall. read more
Came here for brunch during a bachelorette girls weekend. The location was easy to find within the casino. It had a very Greek island feel and a super laid back vibe. There is both indoor and outdoor dining. we sat outdoors and it had covering so you aren't in the blazing heat. The food was delicious. I had the ricotta pancakes. Other people in the party tried other options and no one was disappointed. The pricing is good for the strip. My only real complaint is the seats are pretty far from the table. The restaurant is located near the pool so it could potentially pose a threat of noise. The restaurant had music playing which did drown out any pool noise while we were there. Upbeat atmosphere, very delicious food, great service! A group of us decided to enjoy our city on a Saturday. It was worth the trip! The atmosphere lived up to their name. The minute you walked in, you immediately felt as if you were walking into a restaurant on an island. It definitely didn't feel as if you were in Las Vegas. Music, good vibes, excellent food, service, and amazing friends. What more do you do on a Saturday! We ordered their house bread with different types of butter. This is served hot and absolutely incredibly delicious!! It's worth every calorie! Grilled octopus was okay, a little overcooked, but still tasty. The slushy cocktails made with watermelon were exceptional and paired well with the food and the HEAT! I had a bite of the pancakes from my friend, yummy! Then, three of us ordered the Kassi burger. That was so good!!! We were all too full to finish the entire thing! By the way, it's HUGE! One thing I had to adjust was the chairs. The chairs with the cushion were a bit uncomfortable for my friend and I. We both injured our backs (work related from health care), so we had to use a pillow and our purse to create support. So, if you have a bad back, I advise you to sit on the other wooden chairs. Next time, we'll do that! Trust me, it's not going to stop me from going back! As always, I'll be back! I simply LOVE Kassi Beach Club. The vibe, the music, the food, and the service by the team... especially Aquila at the host stand, is perfect. She's incredible! I come at least once every 6 weeks, and with all the other guests that she sees in between, she remembers my name, and other details that make her 1 of those people perfect for hospitality! Sitting outside on the patio especially as Vegas cools down, is absolutely perfect... and your furbaby is also welcome here. read more
This dinner was for my birthday celebration yesterday and this location was perfect to fit me and my guests! The vibes were so cute and fun! Love the table we sat at because everyone could join in the conversation and the live music wasn't too loud to make it harder to talk! The food and drinks were absolutely delicious! I appreciate the celebration the waiter and waitresses did! If you need to celebrate a birthday, anniversary, or something special this is the place to come! The prices for meals are reasonable priced as well! I can see myself coming back again in the near future. The main reason I'm giving this 4 stars regarding some issues with food order and taking long time for the food to be brought out to the point the manager had to speak with us directly because we waited almost a hour! read more
Went here for lunch and the ambience was top tier! Gives tulum beach vibes. We sat inside since it was still warm. We were greeted by our lovely server Dorothy and the rest of the staff were amazing and very attentive. We started with some apps and had some pasta and pizza as our mains. The food was fresh and flavorful! Our favorites would be the tuna crudo, the carbonara with shaved truffles and the squid ink pasta with crab and lobster. The cocktails were yummy and refreshing. However, be warned that they are still Vegas hotel prices but it reflected on the quality of the food and service. Would visit again soon! read more

Came here for a birthday brunch. Great for large groups, we had a group of 15. Located slightly off the strip, keep in mind that the F1 construction is going on so there is some traffic. Our server was amazing, we ended up doing bottomless mimosas and "family" style food. They brought out a bunch of courses from avocado toast to ricotta pancakes. The vodka pasta was the star of the show. It was spicy and delicious. Will definitely be back just to eat here again! Shoutout to our waitress for dealing with 10 21 year olds drinking bottomless. read more
Went to Kassi Beach House for a bachelorette party. We know this awesome promoter, Kenny, who hooked us up with reservations during super bowl weekend. We ended up doing family style dining and we did not leave hungry. We had so much food come out, their smoked salmon, steak, truffle pasta, and everything else was super delicious. The vibe was the best, it was chill but very bright and they had a dj playing some great tunes. It was really busy so we are so glad we had ended up getting lucky with reservations. The price for family style dining is either $45 or $60 pp. it depends what you want, the $45 pp had crab but the $60 had steak. Drinks are not included and their drinks were yummy. It is off the strip at the Virgin Hotel but totally worth it. read more

My friends and I decided to come out here for Sunday brunch! It's really cute inside and we felt like we were transported to Tulum or something lol. They even have a photo booth in the lobby! The hosts sat us immediately and our server took our drink orders pretty quickly. We decided to order the mezze platter, calamari, vodka pasta, and pear and formaggio pizza to share! The calamari came out extremely crispy and chewy. It was very light and you can taste the quality in the squid. The batter was very light perfectly seasoned. The pear and formaggio pizza was so delicious too! The crust was very airy and crisp! It wasn't too sweet at all and was more mild than anything! The mezze platter came with whipped eggplant, white bean, whipped ricotta with honey, and a vegetable crudités. The puccia bread was super thick and soft! It was the perfect pairing with all of the dips! The whipped eggplant was definitely the best of the 3! Everything we tried was absolutely delicious and it's a must visit! read more

We came here for brunch inside the relatively new Virgin Hotel, and I was surprised to see the number of restaurants on the casino floor! There are so many options to choose from which is amazing. My friend got a reservation for the three of us at 2 pm. When stepping in, the beach vibes were definitely apparent, and it was upscale classy with loud music. My friend and I decided to get the breakfast sandwich, and my sister got the vodka pasta. The hash brown and the provolone cheese within my sandwich were delicious. However, it's debatable if it was worth the $16. The vodka pasta is pricier ($24), but WOW I haven't had such amazing pasta in a while - it was slightly spicy which cut through the creaminess and was perfectly al dente. The only con is that the music was too loud to have a conversation without shouting, but the atmosphere, service, and food were wonderful! read more

Came with my party of 3 on Labor Day. We were seated after 20 minutes. Our waitress came and took our drink and food order right away. We loved the calamari and the mezza platter but have to give a thumbs down on the Caesar salad. It was literally 4 leaves with the dressing. For $18 it was not worth it. Kassi Beach House at Virgin offers a delightful beachside ambiance that perfectly complements its flavorful dishes. The Steak Frites and Fried Mozzarella were delicious, while the Margherita and Truffle Pizzas were top-notch. The Crab Pasta provided a satisfying taste of the sea. The Green Eggs dish was refreshing, and the Ricotta Pancakes were a sweet treat. Don't miss the Paloma pitcher cocktail for a refreshing sip to share with the table. The only downside was the limited protein options in the tasting menu. Overall, a flavorful brunch experience with beachy vibes at Kassi Beach House. First time here was great so had to come back. We came with a much larger group this time for a bday celebration. Unfortunately the experience was not the same. Pastas were extremely salty , tomahawk steak was over cooked twice on top of being extremely salty. The food took forever to come out. This unfortunately was a 180 from the first visit. Love the vibe I get at this place!! The atmosphere as soon as you walk in is very upscale beachy from the entrance to your table. Really reminded me of the feel of being in Lounge chairs, eating food in Mykonos, sitting on the beach before the pandemic! Kassi is located at the new Virgin Hotel (previously the Hard Rock hotel) within the casino area. Park at any self park garage *which is currently free parking* and walk into the casino. Follow the signs leading to "restaurants" and you will see it after a short walk! My friend and I had our girls date brunch here after making reservation for 11:30 on a Sunday, but I noticed a lot of people were able to walk in after checking the host stand. Others asked if the bar area was open and walked in that way also. :) They opened at 11 am this day, and it seemed to have just the right amount of people dining in. Not empty and not too packed! Being a super cold day, no one was sat outside near the pool area, but we were seated at a cute cabana type of area to the left of the DJ stand (a DJ came around noon and started her set. Loved her chill vibes!) The place itself had a very "come and be comfortable" type of feel. Our server, Tara, was awesome! She was kind enough to take a photo for us when we asked, and she had great recommendations on food as it was our first time. Very honest when we asked her about certain dishes which helped us experience a lot of variety within our meal! Patient with us ordering and attentive, without hovering. Thanks, Tara! Two dollar signs $$ for food and drinks! Food and Drinks we ordered: -Subtropic Slush -white sangria -Truffle fries with aioli -octopus appetizer -chopped salad -vodka pasta with chicken -limoncello bar for dessert (Really wanted to get the eggplant dip or do the meza dip platter, but we knew that would be too much and couldn't decide on the combination of food we wanted hahah). Overall the food was delicious! The octopus, although surrounded by a lot of freshness, was actually warm and tender! Truffle fries had a good crunch and subtle truffle flavor. The aioli made it even better! Chopped salad was a good base of freshness and the vodka pasta was full of flavor! Surprised at how hot (heat wise) it came out! Loved that it was steaming on the plate and remained hot when eating! The limoncello bar was tart and a good way to end the meal! The Subtropic slush was packed with fruit flavor and tartness! My only gripe with this place could be that the tables are a bit small. Ours was perfect because of the amount of food we got and the progression of plates that were taken on and off, but I can see how some people may have a hard time with a larger party at our area. Oh, Bathrooms are gender neutral towards the front and are beautiful! Finally Thick locking doors from top to bottom of the stalls that lead out to the communal sink area. Overall cannot wait to come back just for the feel and to try more cocktails. Hoping to see what dinner time feels like, and hoping to sit outside another time when it's not as cold! read more
Literally every single thing we had here was SO GOOD. This restaurant doesn't just look beautiful, it also serves fantastic food! Chopped salad had lots of good texture and was lightly dressed! Such a tasty start to our dinner. Shrimp & corn fritters, also a hit at our table! You can tell that the shrimp was fresh and cooked just perfectly and not overdone! Also great app for the table. Lobster pasta and the vodka pasta, omg - both were also just SO GOOD. Tomato sauces were fantastic. CHEF'S KISS. Even the Subtropic Slushie was so tasty! Light hints of alcohol, and overall yum. I would literally order this entire menu again and again. Highly, highly recommend for anyone that's here in Vegas. It's trendy and has Tulum beachy vibes to it, and has ammaaazing foooood. I really like this restaurant! Everything I have had has been really good. My favorite is their pizza with honey on it and the shrimp fritter appetizer. Last time I tried the pasta and it was yummy too! My friend really likes their drinks and it seems like they have cute options! They have indoor and outdoor seating. When you go during the day it feels like a beachy vibe but when you go at night the restaurant is super dim. They also have a bar area right when you walk in but I've never seen that open. Once you enter the main dining area, they have a bar there too! They even have a DJ. I would say this is the best restaurant at Virgin hotel! read more

This place has cute beach vibes and decor. I came here with 2 friends and we shared all of our entrées. Pear pizza, vodka pasta, and ricotta pancakes. Everything was delicious. I absolutely love this place. I took my sister here for her birthday and she was so happy. Everything is a 10. Staff was super nice and we were seated quickly, even though we were a bit late for our reservation. Our server also brought out pretty fast and she was very attentive. We ordered a few drinks, whipped ricotta , and pasta . Food was pretty good. I also want to mention how beautiful the interior is. It gave us Tulum vibes and so cute for pictures. Looooved this place! We were staying at Virgin hotels so we decided to come for brunch one of the days. It's a really cool spot with Tulum vibes and they have a dj playing music. I went with some friends so we decided to order a few things to share. We got the Mezze platter (the bread was 10/10 but the rest was as good!), the burrata salad (a bit underwhelming- it was pretty small and no lettuce or anything), Kassi burger, Vodka pasta (10/10) and the crab pasta (nothing special). Even tho not all the food was up to expectations I would still recommend it. We had a great experience! read more
