Ordered our food, waited 15 minutes in a long line on a 106 degree day only to get up front and the girl tells me their power went out "just 3 seconds ago". I only had a card, no cash. She tells me "sorry" and bye basically. Um the food is in your hand. So we had to wait 15 minutes idling in this heat and now you're gonna just waste and probably throw away the food?? WOW. The manager doesn't seem to care about his customers nor the look of his restaurant. Last week they didn't make enough original chicken or crispy. We had to wait 17 minutes if we wanted it. I have many years living in west Sacramento and I'm a customer that buys once a week KFC for my parents and My family. Today I did an order of more than 100 dollars and I wasn't treated with respect. They took my order to my car then ran out yelling that I was taking an extra bucket that was from another customer. I politely told the gentleman and the Miss that I would pay for it because I already had touchEd the bag and I am waiting for COVID results even if I don't have symptoms but I was in contact with a person that resulted positive. They said No the customer is waiting for the bucket. They grabbed my bag and put it on the hood of my car and took the extra bucket out. I went back to talk to the manager on duty and there was no manager. I also asked for her name or the managers name and she refused. I also asked for my coslaw that they didn't put in my bag and six piece tenders that was also missing and my 12 piece hot wings and she replied that they where there, and she told me that she refuses to give me chicken only coslaw and buns but chicken no. I said it's fine sell them to me I will pay for it but its your fault. she told me to go around in line again because other people where in back of me with their orders Even knowing I ordered before them. This is an incident that could cause even death to others! I feel disappointed and treated with no respect. Today is 3/24/2222 please people don't eat from KFC for at least 40 days. Be safe!! SLOWWWWWWW! Two cars in front of us and it took 21 minuets to get to the window. Food was NOT ready. Sodas weren't ready. Then the girl at the drive thru spilled one of our sodas on the counter by the window and it took her 6 minuets to wipe the counter off. No respect for the customers. read more

This KFC is on point every time that I have ordered food for my family. We have ordered from the KFC menu as well as the A&W menu and everything has tasted great. This KFC is staffed by a lot of teenagers but they have yet to make any mistakes. You should always double check the items in your bag before pulling off from the drive thru to avoid error. I asked for sauce packets and they gave them to me by the handful. Score! read more

I walked in and was at the register waiting to place my order. I was waiting for like 3 minutes and no one came up. So I looked in the back, and all the dumbasses were in the back "pretending" to be busy. There was no one in the drive thru and no one inside, I was literally the only person in there but I guess I was last priority. And then some trashy white girl in the "manager" shirt came up and "took my order". She asked what I wanted and didn't even input it in the register. And I was waiting for the total and her employee came up and took over. I then had to repeat my order because the stupid ass "manager" didn't even put my order in. The only good thing about this place was Angelica. She was so sweet and nice and I've never had such a pleasant conversation with someone. She was making small talk and was genuinely interested in how my day was going. That's why I'm giving it 2 stars. A gold star for Angelica. Thank you for saving the day. Omg!! Don't ever eat a pot pie from here. I brought my order back because they gave me dark meat when I asked for white meat. They were rude acting like I was not telling the truth. Whatever.... she started to take the dark pieces out when I asked her to just leave them in there for the inconvenience of having to drive back down and they were throwing them away. Came in at 12pm. Only one person working the front. She rushed around to process everyone's orders, apologized for the wait (I waited at most - 10min), answered the phone, packed food, and all with a cheerful smile. There were probably 2 more ppl on shift and both were in the back so she was left all on her own to deal with 6 hungry customers. She handled situations such as biscuits not being ready, no honey BBQ sauce, and simple order changes with ease. Where most employees would've crushed under the pressure of the lunch rush (especially with no back up), she excelled. I don't see this location getting a lot of business but if the owner promoted this employee to manager, I think it would just from her superb customer service skills. They have voiced the same concerns about the lack off cleanliness, & "23 minute" wait for any item ordered. We are a small Community and we want to support it. All I wanted was a $5 fill up. The guy that worked the drive thru was rude and wouldn't let me order chicken. I said I am at Kentucky Fried "Chicken " I would like chicken . He went on to say there is a wait . I said I have no choice but to wait because I am trapped in the drive thru with 3 cars in front and 3 cars behind me. If I could leave a negative review, trust me I would! This place is full of the most laziest people I have ever come across! First happened last week when I ordered just 2 biscuits and they were hard as a damn rock. Then last night I went there at 930pm (they close at 10). All they had were 2 grilled chicken wings and 3 sides. That is it. Their kitchen was closed and they refused to make anything else! Said that the cook likes time to clean. I know for a fact that you are not scheduled til just 10pm. I have worked at more than 1 fast food place and you are usually scheduled 30 min to an hour after closing to make sure you have time to clean ONCE CLOSED! Then tonight my dad went there and after they messed up his order he came back and gave the food back and they REFUSED to give him his money back or even fix his meal. TF? Who runs this place? I arrive here on 10/31/2016 to pick up a 16 piece meal. I arrive at 4:20, and had to wait about 5 minutes to have someone take my order. What appeared to be the only cashier was working on some kind of ice cream drink. Ok, so finally my turn and the lady was nice and told me she was sorry I had to wait. I was pleasant and told her no worries. I placed my order 16 piece meal all original, 2 mashed potatoes and gravy, two sides of corn on the cob. It came with 8 biscuits, and I ordered 4 additional biscuits. I payed and she took my name for the order. I go sit and wait at this time at a table. At about 10-12 minutes later, I go up to the counter because it had been 10-15 minutes. The same lady says it would be another twelve minutes for the biscuits. She asked me if that was ok? I say ok, what choice do I have at this point. I go back to my seat and can hear at least two other customers complaining about their wait also. I hear this and am just mad. I was trying to get back to the house to watch the Kings game that starts at about 4:30. I finally received my order at 4:52, that is 26 minutes after I paid ant over 30 minutes from when I arrived there. Some how some way this store needs to be faster, and think ahead. They know we are going to be getting food. Have it ready. Or tell me when I put my order in and paid $40+ for the food. I could have decided to wait, or go somewhere else. But at least I would have had the information. I waited 10-15 minutes before they told me it would be 12 minutes for my order. They had the information at that time to know they would not be able to give me all the biscuits. They could have offered me another side instead. Just let us know. read more

He was yelling at me and not letting me explain to him fully how the drive- thru damaged my car when exiting-tore all the paint off of my new car I just got not even two weeks ago! He kept blaming the city-I think NOT! There is NO SIGNAGE warning people of the "Low Driveway can cause damage". If there was I would have parked and went inside to order. When I asked to speak to the owner or when he would be there he yelled even more. Then he refuse to give me the mailing address of the owner to mail a complaint-he refused! Managers are supposed to offer sympathy and try to help and be polite to remedy the situation-he should have apologized, taken my name and number and passed it to the owner-not have a shouting match with me in front of customers! 0 stars! First let me start by saying this is not the first, second, third or even fourth time this has happened at this location. Stupid me for going back as many times as I have hoping things would be better. My issues have happened so many times I've lost count. The customer service is terrible and the store is disgustingly dirty. On today's visit I had asked for a 12 piece bucket of GRILLED chicken for $22.99. I asked how many breasts are included and the employee guessed saying she thinks that her answer was right. Then I ask how much would it cost for two extra pieces of grilled breasts. She states $1.09 each. Then she proceeds to tell me its going to be 15 minutes before my chicken can be done cause they were out. I said that is fine. Then she says she can only give me two of the three grilled breasts that come with the meal or the extra two because her manager said she can only make one batch and two of the breasts she needed for something else. I asked her to make more and she said she couldn't. The whole point of my trip was for GRILLED chicken, Reluctantly I said she could sub three of them for the original recipe breasts. As I wait for my order another gentleman goes to the counter inquiring where his grilled chicken was and the manager stated she can't fufill his order for another 30 minutes. Mind you, he has already waited 15 minutes prior. Then he said he wanted his money back because he was over charged and he couldn't wait anymore. I look at my receipt and I was also overcharged. I questioned the charges and she stated that the extra breasts don't come seperately and that she had to charge me $4.99 for them plus $1.09 for a biscuit I never ordered because she said it has to come in a meal. That is NOT what she told me when I asked how much a single breast was when I was placing my order. She said $1.09 each. Said it more than once. Now she says sorry, I have to charge you the $4.99 and $1.09 cause we can't sell single breasts. I was beyond frustrated and no one would help. The manager just walked around ignoring everything that was going on and kept saying she couldn't make more chicken with no explanation as to why. I left extremely upset and angry. I got overcharged for food I didn't want and didn't order. No offers to make it right. After all that, I get home and I still didn't get the chicken she said she would give me. I was shorted 2 breasts. I am so frustrated with this location. Like I said, this happens alot at this location. Even the gentleman before me said the same thing and he left very upset. Most times I've been in there they say they can't fufill my order and asks me to substitute for something else. I have contacted corporate office and am waiting for their response. Unless they plan on replacing everyone that works there and cleans that store, I highly recommend you go somewhere else. read more
