Irving and his team are excellent auto mechanics and they're super honest people I would always recommend them

Was introduced to Kingdom Auto Repair and Irving from a friend, if not I would easily miss it just passing by, it is easy to miss as it is pretty much in a gas station (Shell) next to a smog check store. I'm so glad I found this place. First, it is close to my home, so no more long drives, back and forth dropping off and picking up, just to get some auto work done. This is a huge plus. Secondly, and most importantly, the owner Irving was a pleasure to work with. Communicative, and shows real care in what he is doing with your vehicle. My car is really like a family member to me, and I felt that Irving took really good care of her while it was in his hands. You know that queasy feeling you get when you hand someone your car keys? You won't feel that way with Irving. He performed the extensive work in a timely manner, and as others have already mentioned, his pricing is very fair. I will be returning with other projects. How would you feel if you woke up late, forgot you needed gas in your car, and your tire was flat?? A bit annoyed? Yes. So I swung by around 7:50am & the nice person next door told me to call this place & ask them about my flat tire. I called and they open 8am woohoo. I drive 100 miles for work and really needed it fixed. They arrived at 8am & plugged my tire super fast. I forgot who fixed my tire but he was so calm, patience, and nice! All I need is Oil change 2 days ago and check wat is going on my tires. Called around 10:30am for Oil change and Irving answer my call. Told me to be der in his shop in an hr. So I came around 11:30am for Oil change and also told him about my tires. After 40-45 minutes, he called me and told me about my 4 tires that need to be change asap. 2 tires at the back got nails and cannot patch it and 2 in the front dat doesnt have anymore grip. So bought 2 tires first and order my other 2 tires. Thanks to Irving for being honest and not adding any b.s. things just to get more service on my car. I have spent over $11,000 on my car alone in 1 year and still nothing but problem after problem. Then a friend from church said take it to this guy. I was very hesitant after all the issues I had with my car. I went in for just a quote and needless to say, I explained to him what I already paid for and what I was quoted and the owner was like let see what we can do. He called me back in a timely manner walked me through everything that needed to be done and what we could hold off on doing. My truck was taken to be serviced for the Traction Control Light that was on and it sat at this shop for 3 weeks. I called and texted several times to check on my truck and would never get a response until days later. And when I got a response, it was always "can I call you later?" Which I never got a response. Finally when I was told to pick up my car, I went and got it and drove off and sure enough the light came back on and I was still experiencing the same problem, absolutely nothing was fixed. I messaged Irving the owner about having the same problem and he never once said to bring my car back so he can check it again. All in all, horrible service. As a Christian auto place, honesty and integrity was not shown and I would never return back to this place again. I had to take my truck to another mechanic and that same day, they diagnosed the problem. I would not recommend this auto place to anyone. I had the worse experience! read more

I've been in search for an auto shop that is honest and transparent and will tell what works needs to be done ahead of time before it's too late. I found out about this place through a friend and decided to check this place out for my next oil change. Elvis was the mechanic that helped me in. He was super helpful and very thorough with the oil change. Not only that but he took extra time and care to take care of my tire pressure and do a thorough check on my car showing me in person what needs to be taken care of soon. Other auto shops have you sit somewhere and they'll tell you what's wrong without you even seeing it. Not this one! He was very transparent and honest which is something I appreciate. I can honestly say you will not be ripped off and spend unnecessary money. He also kept raving about his boss and how honest he is. I can tell he loves working for him! Irving, the owner, walked in the shop during the oil change and was very welcoming. He had a huge smile on his face and I can tell right away he loves what he does and enjoys serving his customers. We chatted for over an hour getting to know each other and hearing his story about how God has been at work in his life. You never find this at any other place!!! I walked away in tears and full of encouragement today... all from a simple oil change. I've told dozens of my friends about this place already and this will be my go-to for any car needs! I really was amazed at the level of skill and honesty I was shown here. I have to be honest, I usually expect repair shops connected with gas stations to be an overpriced hustle but that was not the case here. I ran over something on the freeway and needed some repair to my undercarriage/engine guard. He dealt with it quickly and fairly inexpensively. He gave me options of what to do depending on how Much I wanted to spend and then did the repairs as he asked me about my day. Hah. I have been bringing my cars to Irving for many years now ( my Mercedes, my daughter' LS 430, and our family car BMW X5). He had worked on all of them. You know it when you found a great and honest mechanic that you can trust, then no matter how far you have to go to take your car to. A great example is that my X5 just broke down in Anaheim recently, and we now have moved from Huntington Beach to Canyon Lake. I had it towed from Anaheim to his shop because I didn't trust any one else to fix it. The tow cost is definitely worth having the car worked on by Irving because he went out of his way to help me keep the cost down to minimum, and my X5 runs great now. David Lopez 06/07/2022 drove my 2009 Hyundai Genesis for over a year without air conditioner working, thinking it was something that was going to cost a lot to fix. Kingdom Auto Repair saved the day! We drove up from Arizona to take our kids to Disneyland. After parking our SUV we realized the entire cooling system had busted! Recently their mechanic Elvis put shocks on my car and it rides like a new car. I made an appointment for an oil change, I'm always early to show respect, he fucked that up, 1/2 hour reg. Jiffy lube, here 2 hrs, my work car, I brought in, holy moly, excuses from day 1, again made an appointment, holy moly again I wait for my car to be diagnosed, excuses started, appointment don't matter, some macho attitude shit, thinking that I'm not an ex-mechanic, did touch my car 4 days, it took 5 weeks, hard to find part, I rock auto him, parts, prices, more excuses, no communication, arrogant, like he's the only mechanic in town, idiots think that, the law is costumer gets all the parts replaced, guess what? Again excuses. Hi everyone, I am so blessed I ended up in Kingdom Auto Repair shop by pure luck. I got a flat tire on the freeway and this shop was the closest near the freeway exit.
