At times the local hotels will have conference and then things can fill up fast. Service is great, they watch the tables and think ahead for what you need. I found myself staring at a mount of vegetable toppings when my ramen arrived. The next thing I noticed was the wavy kitakata noodle that reminded me of chewy homemade noodle.
