This is my go to Knafeh place. I drive over an hour every time we crave Knafeh. Trust me it's worth it. Knafeh is delicious and well made at this place . Customer service is good as long as you are patient! Parking is easy and accessible to everyone since they're located in a decent center. I went to Knafeh Cafe for the first time earlier this week and had an excellent experience. Eating at the restaurant wasn't the only first. I've never had nor heard of Konafah or Knafeh before but was pleasantly surprised as both were delicious upon biting into them. I complimented the food with a Turkish coffee, just about the only thing I've had before on the menu. The Turkish coffee was great as well. The atmosphere was nice. The place was clean and the staff very friendly. Asem, the owner was especially helpful and donated a lot of time to us making sure everything came out just right and that we were pleased with the experience. I highly recommend checking this place out even if you've never heard of anything on the menu or if you are familiar with the plentiful items, check the home-made spin they have on them. Wow I was not expecting this. I've been trying to find a place that makes a decent "Kenafeh" and I was always disappointed. Even top rated middle eastern restaurants that had good food, always lacked in the quality of their sweets and specially the kenafeh. This place however, was really good. It's a small cafe style in Anaheim but the kenafeh they serve was beyond good. It is good as good can get. I highly recommend if you're in the mood for something warm and sweet. read more

I was craving for knafeh recently and have tried it at many other places but hands down the knafeh here is the best in both LA and OC county. It was so cheesy-ish. The sweet cheese in the between seemed endless while trying to bite off. You would have to keep pulling your arm away from your head. That was just too good and it's hard to stop feeding yourself more. I was glad I just bought a small slice of knafeh this time or I would end up eating too much. Family owned. Went for dessert. I had knafeh and baklava. We had helbeh and this pistachio Rose water dessert. Everything was yummy and tasted very authentic. I was very impressed. After reading the owner's response. It is evident that he lacks the very basic skills to operate a business or the ability to address problems. Funny how mentioned that the "female employee" is no longer working there. That employee was your wife! If she left you, that would explain why YOU are lacking in so many areas. Read through the complaints about your LACK of customer service. Your staff is not trained, they don't speak the language and you have the audacity to blame your paying customers for your many shortcomings? Since you can't figure this out. I will address it for you. 1- The issue we had was poor customer service. You didn't address that issue. In business, this is the customer experience that ties into the many other factors in business. When these complains arise, you are supposed to isolate the incident, identify the individual employees and provide training in an effort to improve that customer experience instead of lashing out disrespectfully at your now "former customers" 2- You didn't have the VERY product available for purchase that you named your cafe after! This is called supply and demand and inventory management. You plan ahead by knowing what your customer demand in vs the amount of product you need to produce. Hiding behind the "made to order" excuse is a pathetic. If that is your business model, then stick to catering where that model can succeed. Starbucks will sell you a cup of coffee until The they close their doors. 3- Your claim to be the best in the USA is self proclaimed and is far from the truth. You may have a good product. But to claim to be the best is tall order you cannot fill, just like the precious two issues. You should have something to backup your claims with. 4- you are applying to accept food stamps? I hope you do so you can cash in your own government subsidies. There is no way you can survive with that attitude. 5- your price point is higher compared to comparable products. That's a fact, and you confirmed too! Everyone uses the same ingredients, regardless of your supplier. You feel the need to deflect and divert the attention away from the real issues at hand. That's a recipe for bankruptcy and total failure. I know this is all going over your small minded head and I hope that you can take some notes. Large companies pay me thousands of dollars for this advise, I am considering this a donation to help save other customers (not you) from the disappointment we experienced. read more

I came here with my husband last night after having dinner at Desert Moon. This is our 2nd time at Knafeh Cafe. We waited about 5-10 minutes for a fresh batch of knafeh to come out. It was so worth the wait! We were served the soft knafeh with cheese and it was spectacular. The cheese was stringy and the dough was soft & tasty. Overall 10/10. Also, customer service is great.
