They even sent a side of Parmesan cheese and lemons without me even asking for them which I thought was nice and also just speaks to their attention to detail. Delivery order for a cheese pie, garlic knots and a couple other small items. Arrived pretty quick, about 30 minutes. Garlic knots are great, a little oily, but great and a little oily is 10x better then at all dry. Other small items were kind of meh, 2.5-3 star worthy. The pie was really disappointing. It arrived room temp and looking like it was a pie that was made and sat on the counter for a while for walk-ins before they decided to send it to us instead. I have been coming here since I was in elementary school, which has maybe been 15 to 20+ years ago. The pizza is great, the staff are amazing. Pizza is relatively affordable considering that all places raised prices due to COVID inflation. Also, if you spend over a certain amount, they give you free zeppola. Make sure you grab yours! Ordered the grandma slice-$4.50. I actually ordered two slices because it was small. I spent a total of $9. The slices were small, sauce had a lot of garlic flavor to it and it wasn't too bad. From the creepy delivery driver who decided to stand outside of my door when I stated and the delivery notes states to "leave order at door". I waited several minutes I go to retrieve my order and he's standing there off to the side of my front door out of the view of my peephole. He doesn't say hello just grins. Normally, we take a dinner out and split it. We were taking a friend out and were trying to decide on a place for a sit-down meal. This place's dining area may not be fancy, but they treat you like royalty. Excellent service, big portions, and little touches that make the meal and evening special. Pizza was served cold. The people who worked there seems like they don't care much about serving hot pizzas at all. Even though I asked them to heat it up to warm temperature but they said "Take the pizza!" I told them it's not heated up yet. The man stared at me like I'm speaking a whole different language. "It's. Not. Warm. Yet." I slowly repeated to them hoping they will understand. He looked at the girl next to the cash station and right back at me. "You ordered the pizza. What's wrong with it?" he raised his voice. Touching the pie crust of the slice, I felt the temperature was still cold. "Yes, but it's still cold. I want it just warm. Not super hot. Just warm!" They stared at me and refused to heat up my pizza. I don't know what else to do next so I just took the pizza slice and ate it cold while taking a seat. They have a lot of options here. Everything from thin slice and more thick crust pizza. Ordered two pizza slices here. One of them was a buffalo chicken slice which was very good. It was loaded with chicken and buffalo sauce. It had a great flavor and i would order it again. The thick crust chicken slice was not my favorite. The crust was not very good and tasted dry and kind of like what you get at pizza hut. Nevertheless, a three star rating is fair and i will be back here to try the other options! read more

It's important to note that the slices heated up well a day later... still fresh-tasting. They are a little pricey, but consistent in the quality of the food and the speed of delivery. The chicken salad was ok. Fresh and enough amount of chicken. The hero on the other side wasn't good. I actually ended empty the content and ate only the toasted bread which was actually ok! Lol They added few small home made donuts which actually were the great and really improved the experience of ordering deliver from knapp pizza. We ordered (for delivery) "cheese pizza" but we got "chicken"!! We called the place, the guy who picked up the phone was super rude, not helpful at all! He told us that "cheese means chicken with cheese, if we want cheese we should have said 'plain'. Are you serious? In their website definition, there is no such explanation!
