My partner really liked his teriyaki meal and the portions are very generous. The sushi was pretty good too. I ordered in person because I wanted to make sure they didn't put sesame on mine due to an allergy. The online and the kiosk both don't have an option but the staff member was very kind and made sure to communicate it to the kitchen when I ordered, which was greatly appreciated. They have a few small tables indoors and right now two outdoor tables where we waited for our order with our pup. Really great service and very speedy!

Their dining area opened up a while back. We finally got the chance to check it out! The woman who was working at the time is very friendly and cute! If you dine in you get complimentary miso soup and tea which is awesome All the food was reasonably priced. The katsu was fresh, but I felt it was a little bland. I love the little egg thing it comes with! Sushi was tasty, I'd like to try their other rolls in the future.

Absolutely incredible food and the SWEETEST staff. Free miso soup when you dine in. The best miso I've ever had. Obsessed with this place 10/10

Felt like some food and found this place. Soon as you walk in you hear music and there's a kiosk screen in front of you. That's where you order food and not at the desk. You will be greeted but she's not taking your order. They have a descent amount of sheeting in the back. The food came out fast.....Teriyaki was good as well as the rest of the food. If you're in the area swing by.

The chicken teriyaki was pretty good and the portions size was quite large which was great! The place is small so it's more of a grab and go kinda place instead of restaurant seating. The worker that took our order was nice as well. I would come back and try the sushi next time.

This place is a total gem! There are so many things I enjoy about this cute lil' teriyaki joint. First of all, the lovely lady who runs the register is always so kind and welcoming whenever I stop by for lunch. Like, consistently amazing each and every time! Second of all, the chicken teriyaki is delicious! I love the tender chicken that is coated in the yummy teriyaki sauce. It comes with two scoops of full rice and a small salad. It's a great combo. OoO! They also have sushi a great sushi menu as well! I've yet to try it but I foresee indulging in the near future! Kudos to his place for being a great go-to!

I came here on a whim for lunch and thought it was just ok. Based on the reviews, I decided to grab the spicy chicken teriyaki. I asked for no rice and extra salad. What I got was no rice, but also no extra salad... the portion was ok for what you pay, but the chicken was also ok, nothing really spectacular. It wasn't spicy and there was a lot of sauce. The salad was standard as well. However, i did wish they didn't put the dressing on there as I didn't eat the food until later on and the salad was gloopy and soft. Service was good though. The lady was nice and considerate.

Have never dined in, but have ordered on Uber eats a handful of times. You can count on this place for their consistency. Teriyaki tastes the same every time. Love their spicy chicken teriyaki. It comes with two full scoops of rice and a small salad which is essentially just lettuce and dressing but the dressing is tasty! It's like a sweet ginger dressing. They were also accommodating on changing the regular roll to a hand roll which was great! The amount of fish included was a bit disappointing especially for an $8 roll. Tasted as expected - just wish it was bigger. Definitely give this a try if you're craving teriyaki. Have not tried enough rolls to comment too much on sushi but love the fact that you can get both here.

It seems great for special occasions (we saw them coming by with a polaroid for those celebrating such as birthdays or anniversaries. I enjoyed how relaxed the vibes are at this place. I wish they had more cold tea options for the summer and more non-alcoholic drinks in general, but still had a great experience. The fish selection is fresh and the pieces are very manageable. It feels like there is a local touch with the salmon course/pieces. My husband is left handed and I was very impressed our waiter noticed and adjusted accordingly. I especially loved their soy sauce (which they said was house made). Fun little date night out and we really did enjoy it. Highly recommend making a reservation as that is what we did.

Reservations during off peak dinner hours aren't too difficult to get on a weeknight and street parking was fairly easy to find. The omakase / tasting menu is 19 bites, which is a decent amount of food, but overall the fish quality was really disappointing. There were only about 4-5 pieces of nigiri that tasted fresh and clean; the white fish that you start with in particular were just not a fun texture or flavor. The shellfish course and sweet shrimp were solid though. Unfortunately, besides the fish, the rice was a total flop too. It just felt dried out as if they had been pre portioned well ahead of time and under seasoned. Part of the joy of a course menu, if you want slightly warm / room temperature rice against the cool fish, but you get zero of that contrast here.

Since my birthday fell on a Wednesday, we were lucky enough to have Chef Shiro Kashiba himself behind the counter preparing and serving our meal. The entire experience was incredible. The service was organized, attentive, and made the evening feel truly special. Chef Shiro Kashiba is knowledgeable, entertaining, and incredibly passionate about his craft. With every course, from salmon and tuna to white fish, mackerel, shellfish, and eel, he explained how each piece should be eaten, where the fish was sourced, and even shared personal stories from his career. It felt like he was telling a story through every piece of sushi he prepared, making the experience both captivating and unforgettable. Chef Shiro Kashiba is truly inspiring. It was also wonderful to see that everyone seated at our counter had traveled from out of state just to experience his omakase, which speaks volumes about his reputation. This was, without a doubt, the best sushi omakase experience I've ever had. The fish was exceptionally fresh, and every bite was thoughtfully prepared. The flavors were unlike any sushi I've had before and gave me a whole new appreciation for how extraordinary sushi can be when it's crafted by a chef with such deep knowledge and experience. I would absolutely love to come back again. I left feeling completely satisfied and fulfilled, yet hungry for more of this amazing sushi experience. They don't take phone calls or reservations online - very old school. Which I think makes it more desirable. We ended up getting a special room with a "chabudai" style table! I was super excited because I've never experienced it before. What I did find pleasant was that although it was a lower table, there was an opening beneath the table that allowed your legs to hang rather than having to sit Indian style. Tyson was an amazing server. Was attentive, accommodated our allergies and was thoughtful with us having a young child. He was so pleasant and polite! We enjoyed the following: Baked miso glazed eggplant - YUM and melts in your mouth. Black Miso Cod Collar - this was pleasantly surprising and so delicious. Eat bite was tender and flavorful. Simple yet so appetizing. Sushi rolls were both fresh and well prepared. The nigiri was also great and fresh- not fishy. We additionally ordered takoyaki - which I normally don't love but this one was very tasty and I enjoyed the texture. Lastly karage chicken which came with a creamy slaw. Overall it was such a pleasant experience and we look forward to coming back!
