I think this location is a little better than the one off of bethel. You can order everything from an ipad when you want without having to wait for the server. There are lots of staff to bring bbq dishes out to table and to take plates, clear the table... we even had three grills during our meal!!! We arrived late for lunch, early for dinner but took the dinner menu ($10 up charge) for a few extra options (not worth it) . The BAN CHAN are a total disaster and over all a pretty poor sampling-- mediocre frozen fried onion rings and anemic egg rolls, but absolutely nothing stands out and I am guessing, absolutely nothing is homemade. That being said barely acceptable, the seaweed salad, the kimchi and pickled daikon. Sauces which seemed to come from jars, were just okay. Meats, especially the beef were subpar quality but standouts were the shrimp, and garlic pork. Even the galbi (flanken ribs) were tough and fatty. We were served one rib, so order accordingly. We didn't try the bulcolgi, or the chicken, but I can imagine how that might go. I ordered the regular margarita and it was served in a martini glass for some reason-- so maybe you'd be better off having the martinis instead!!! ((RIP OFF)) You are time limited for some reason, and for two of us 2 hours was more than enough time but for larger groups and families, I can imagine how this could be problematic for everyone to get enough to eat. Do yourself a favor and find your way to good authentic Korean BBQ and experience all the variety and epic flavors-- even if you have to pay just a bit more for it. Walking in the ambiance felt really cool and moody, it wasn't too busy when we went but even so we were sat almost immediately and our area felt secluded and private. The food was amazing and our meats came out quick, there were lots of sauce and seasoning choices at the bar to choose from and helped elevate our foods flavor (the desserts were also very yummy) Kiera our server was really nice and attentive, answering any questions we had politely and clearly. My first hotpot restaurant experience. There's a lot going on here with the many many options for meats and vegetables for the hotpot and bbq, but the servers walk you through everything. We ordered meats for the bbq in the middle of the table- there's a guide to cooking times prominently displayed on the wall. You have your choice of broth for the hotpot and can add spices to it and also make dipping sauces from a buffet-style sauce bar. There are sauce suggestions you can follow. Once you order your meats and vegetables, they show up quickly. You can order more at any time from the tablet at the table and it's all you can eat. The server changes out your grill whenever you like, when it has too much burned residue on it. Overall, it was delicious and filling. Our server, Jessica, was attentive and helpful. I deeply regret that we chose this restaurant on such a special day (my wife's birthday). I felt extremely humiliated in front of my family. The waitress who introduced herself as Shakira clearly did not seem pleased to see us in the restaurant. I did not expect to be degraded in such a manner. I specifically informed the waitress that it was my wife's birthday today, yet she was determined to seat us in the corner. Despite our request, she insisted on placing us in the corner with our two small children. We arrived on December 9th at 3:40 PM, and there were only two other customers in the restaurant -- it was almost empty. Perhaps the waitress was displeased with the way I was dressed, or maybe she treated us this rudely because we are immigrants. Raising her voice and telling us arrogantly, "Go sit in whichever restaurant you like," was the final straw. We enjoyed the other KPot location, and other Korean AYCE places, so were eager to try this when it opened. Finally got here. It's pretty much the same as the other location, but with a few things added (and maybe the Bethel spot has been updated to match, dunno.) Ordering is through an iPad, which probably saves the server work and seemed to speed up dish delivery. You select what you want, and how many servings, and send. And repeat. We just got grill stuff; we did wonder why you can't get some of the hotpot veggies for the grill; maybe they don't hold up well? But we had plenty of choices, at lunch. More at dinner. The grill got plenty hot, not always true at KBBQ places. They swapped it often. The meats and veggies were fresh and tasty. Baby K enjoyed grilling- and enjoyed the chicken nuggets and fries at the sauce bar. I think she had more of those, and watermelon, than grilled stuff. Which is fine, and probably a good idea, for picky kids. The usual selection of sauces and cold "salad" items. A few small cakes- and ice cream tubs, again probably for the kids. Excellent service from the moment we walked in. Great server. Great busing crew. Prices are high for a meal, but not at all considering the quality and quantity. First things first it was extremely cold inside. I feel like I shouldn't be forced to pay the price of other people's food which it kinda was that way because I didn't do the girl thing I just did the pot. What is actually very nasty. The broth itself was very salty so that ruined it for me. I wasn't wanting more food so to pay $46. for one thing of broth that I didn't even eat because of extremely disgusting I personally wouldn't go back it was a table of seven of us. I wasn't even planning on eating. I only went because it was my sisters birthday and they was gonna charge me regardless if I ate or not so I figured I might as well. Just eat something, but I didn't even do that because the broth was extremely salty The table is also very small for the amount of people. It wasn't real on the table for anything. They barely changed out the skillet that people were cooking out of. It was very overwhelming would never go again. Went here on a weekday for dinner, party of six. You can get either the hotpot or bbq with unlimited items for $30 person or both for $35.99 per person with a two hour time cap. The catch was that everyone had to agree, I assume so A wouldn't pick bbq off B's plate if A only paid for one option since it's unlimited. Now they do penalize you if you leave a pound or more of food left uneaten, and I think it was like $13 per person per pound so yikes. Luckily they do not count the soup broth. There are several soup bases and they do list which are vegan/vegetarian or not. The bbq is cooked on a communal skillet that they can change out as needed. The one skillet is set into the table on the half of the table closer to the outside so the people seated inside couldn't reach. Communal so vegan/vegetarian also didn't work. Everyone had their own burner for their pot of soup. There is a very small buffet style area for various sauces (mostly weird, no teriyaki), a bit of fruit, and a couple desserts (nothing really decent). Plus a bar for alcohol, but I didn't try it so can't comment. The ice cream freezer was broken so ice cream was by request then served in individual Styrofoam cups (they worry about food waste yet not Styrofoam?) with wood pediatric tongue depressors. There is cutlery by the buffet too, but you need to request a knife if you want one. Most items (meat, veggies, etc) is ordered by clicking the option on the table's tablet so it comes out pretty quick. Overall I have no intention on going back. $36 per person for unlimited soup you make yourself is not my idea of a good meal. You also keep the same soup base all meal long, I wasn't huge on my mushroom base so I wasn't huge on the meal and left hungry. They also add 18% tip for groups of five or more then ask if you want to add an extra tip on top of that. Decor was modern and clean, but it was very empty. I could go to an asian buffet for better variety or to a Japanese steak house for higher quality food that is cooked for me and often has a show. 4/6 in my group does not plan to return. read more

Best all you can eat Hot pot and KBBQ in Columbus! KPOT is my favorite restaurant, I go once a week typically. Sometimes more, because I always crave it. I'm a regular at the Bethel location. The servers are so friendly and always remember me. I always want hot pot because I love soup. I've had their Kbbq before and it's really good as well. I always get the mushroom soup base. Their food is always fresh and great quality. I've been to other hot pot restaurants before like PJ's and One Pot, but I prefer KPOT still. They are quick, provide great service, and personally I think that their meat and seafood are higher quality. They also have more sauce choices. I always talk to the owner as well. I prefer the Bethel location over Polaris because it's closer to me, and the Polaris location does digital ordering but I like person to person ordering better. Check it out, you won't regret it! It's $20 for all you can eat lunch, and $30 for all you can eat dinner. An extra $5 per person for the whole table if you do both hot pot and KBBQ. Dinner starts at 4 on weekdays, and then on weekends it's all day dinner. I do wish their jumbo shrimp for hot pot was part of their lunch though, because I'm a huge seafood lover. I would also love it if they offered wide rice noodles. Overall, 10/10 my absolute go to! I'm going there for dinner tonight. read more

our new favorite spot! this is our second time at this location in two weeks. the ambiance upon walking in was open and chill with a low mumble of conversations around the restaurant and amazing smell of the food. they had proper ventilation so i didn't smell like the food when leaving. the first experience was not great - they were were a little busy when we arrived but we were seated immediately. our server got our drink orders and explained everything to us. we got our soup bases and sat for 20 mins before another staff member asked about our order. our server forgot to explain how the ipad and ordering worked. definitely annoyed but the delicious food was what brought us back. the second experience was last night for our friends birthday. our server Britney was AMAZING!!! she was so attentive and kind. the food was excellent and the " birthday hooyeah" was so fun. thank you Britney for making this experience the best we've had at any kbbq. we will be back and hope to get seated with her again! read more
