Customer service was friendly. The price point was a bit high considering other neighboring tea shops, $12.40 for two drinks which includes a new customer promotion discount of $2.00 off. For drinks that cost almost $15, I would expect the gea level to be present and tasteful. Instead, my Jasmine Green tea was super milky (non-dairy milk = powder) and non-tea tasting. Boba was soft but wasn't anything spectacular. My hubby did enjoy his strawberry matcha, so our trip to Krak wasn't a total waste. With so many boba shops competing, would this be a choice or option for us to come back? One sip and it was obvious this was not made from freshly brewed tea. I enjoyed that my milk tea wasn't too sweet however it was a little on the watery side. The boba balls were good though and I did enjoy my drink. My husband got the Wintermelon Milk Tea with boba and he thought it was okay. Besides teas, they also have smoothies, lattes, coffees, yogurt drinks, and matchas. I do want to come back and try their other items. The pricing here I found to be cheaper than other boba shops. Their drink size was also pretty large. I saw that they opened a Krak Boba in Westminster so I stopped by to see what they offered. The ambiance was amazing - I loved the interior and the customer service was phenomenal. I ordered the Thai Milk Tea w/ Pink Crystal Boba ($6.25) and the Guerilla Thai ($7.35). This place is a bit pricer but I like how all their toppings are set to 80c. For the Thai Tea, I could only taste the milk and overall, it was just alright. For both drinks, I ordered 50% sweet but it was still way to drink so this location may just not suit my tastes, since I'm not a sweet boba person. The Guerilla Thai was alright but I personally would not recommend - I didn't really like the blend and it was extremely too sweet. Overall, I think I made poor choices because I wasn't aware of how sweet the drinks would be. I would come back again but I'll probably lessen the sweet and go for simpler drinks. read more

We had so many guests ask me where the drinks and toppings were from, especially the Thai milk tea!!!! It was gone and I almost didn't have a chance to get some for myself! I actually had to save it!!!! Everyone went crazy over the drinks and toppings and I loved the smaller cups they gave me to have for the party. A lot of the guests were also telling me they didn't know KRAK makes party drinks and everyone enjoyed it. The only thing that I would suggest is to try to figure out some other container to put it in. I actually transferred the drinks out of the bag because it was very difficult to pour the drinks and didn't want the guests to have an accident. I've tried multiple drinks at Krak and some of them are good while some of them were just ehh. Overall it's not my fave but there are some solid options! 1. King Brûlée 1.5/5 - way too sweet - I would ask for less caramel - diabetes in a cup - it's just straight milk 2. Guerrilla Thai 3/5 - if you like thai tea & matcha you'll like this one - again, a bit too sweet but the combination of the two wasn't bad as a blended smoothie drink! 3. Moon Princess 2.5/5 - the crystal boba compliments the drink rly well - very syrupy drink tho I would not get again - the tea is very subtle and I prefer it stronger 4. Jasmine Green Milk Tea 4/5 - a solid milk tea choice! - just a standard jmt you cant go wrong 5. We came here on a Wednesday night, and it was pretty busy. Lots of people in the lobby. So this had to be good. We reviewed the menu and ordered a dragon fruit milk tea, coffee, king crembrule, and strawberry milk tea with oat milk. We also asked if they could split the strawberry milk tea in two cups because we had two little ones. They split it in two for us, which was super nice! We waited about 5min and they called out our drinks. I got the king crembrule, and it was AMAZING! It wasn't too sweet and had a very smooth caramel/brown sugar taste. It came with Boba and crembrule cream. It was so hard to slow down. Lol I tried the strawberry milk tea, and that one was very smooth and had a perfect amount of sweetness followed by tarty strawberries. It was very good even with the oat milk. I wouldn't have even noticed it was oat milk. I'm so glad I found this place. This will be my new GO-TO spot! I think the only thing they are missing is an avacado smoothie! It was hot day, so my boyfriend and I decided to both treat ourselves to some smoothies. Got it at 75%, but could have done 50%. It was so refreshing! - Taro Crush with Boba: I loved this so much. Just imagine a icy cold taro smoothie on a summer day. The taro was creamy. It did not give off that powdery taro that some places have.. (if you're a taro lover, you know) and the boba was a good texture. It was more on the chewy side, but was cooked well. I got 50% sweet, which was perfect for me. I couldn't have imagined drinking that drink sweeter than that. My sister and I were in Westminster and decided to swing by Krak for their grand opening event. The line went out the door, but it moved very quickly and gave us some time to figure out what we wanted to order. I opted for the Lychee Tea (75% sweetness and light ice) and my sister got the Tropical Paradise, which was recommended by the cashier. Despite it being busy, orders were called out frequently and we didn't have to wait long at all, only like 5-10 minutes! The service was great and really friendly. Their Krak coffee is soo good! I've tried their Taro Twist and King Brulee before and they're both pretty good! I wish the King Brulee came with tea though!
