The sushi was good, nothing tasted off or strange, and they had a great selection and were actively putting them out as you grab. The selection of seafood salads was great and the octopus in particular was delicious. The dishes were all hot and looked great, I had some great pancit and lo mein, as well as crab rangoons and egg drop soup. Everything was good, and the service was quick, effective, and kept my drinks full and my dirty plates bussed. It's in a decent location but most definitely off strip, so I'd say it's not going to be big for tourists most likely. You know I always keep it 100! I tried this place on Father's Day and was very disappointed. I've seen other people rave about this place but the food was 2 star. The sushi selection was okay. The person behind the counter wasn't very friendly. The reason for a 3 star was because our waiter was on it! Cleaned our table and brought out refills. That was the only good part of the time there. The place is very busy and they keep it clean for the most part. I was just not satisfied with the food selection or the fact that they charged an extra five dollars for the simple fact that it was Father's Day. I asked if there was a special addition to the menu and the answer was no. Definitely won't return. I unfortunately feel for the victim of the hype! During Thanksgiving week, we visited Las Vegas. Unfortunately, my kids were not feeling well, and we were unsure about where to eat. My wife suggested Krazy Buffet, which was located near our hotel. The buffet allows everyone to choose the food they want, and it's budget friendly. * 1 Adult: $22.99 * 1 Kid: $13.99 We arrived around 4:30 PM, and to my surprise, many people were already waiting in line. Fortunately, we were lucky enough to get a table for five. At buffets, I always enjoy starting with a couple of plates of clams and oysters before moving on to seafood like shrimp and crab. We didn't want to drive to Death Valley right away so we stayed in Las Vegas for one extra day but not at any casino hotels because the price usually it's way too high for weekend. We liked this buffet so much, we actually went twice during our trip in Vegas. Food was fresh and services were quick and friendly. Customers were NOT crazy or loud unlike the one we went to in Salt Lake City. Food was pretty standard for a Chinese Buffet. This buffet is a bit out of the way from the strip but it's worth a visit. It's spacious and has a good amount of food options from sushi, meat dishes and seafood. If you're here for the crab legs like most people, this is the spot for you. They replenish it often and they're fresh, fresh, fresh. I walked to the man to the left of the cash register and received a paper with a number. After an approximate 20-minute wait, the man called my number to be seated. Krazy Buffet has an array of food, and at roughly 26.00 for all-you-can-eat and drink, the restaurant provides high value. To my disappointment, the crab legs were super thin and contained dry meat. The crawfish were not good either. I didn't expect the buffet to have king snow crab. However, I hoped the crab legs would be medium-sized. On the bright side, I loved the coconut shrimp, beef, and cheese clams. My waiter was also attentive and kept refilling my sweat tea. We came to Vegas for a few days and thought we try this Crazy buffet out. Should have check their rating first before going in.... But oh boy! Where should I start? As we walked in, the staff didn't not greeted us. All the staff looked angry and mad for what ever reasons. Shouldn't go to work if they are not getting paid well or not happy working . We end up sitting right by the food isle. There's we saw one of the employees grabbing food and eat as he was refilling the food. Pretty gross! Then, the sushi guy was making sushi , he doesn't seem happy at all to see customers waiting in line to help themselves with sushi. Sushi not even fresh and the serving plates are not clean. The hot food area are not organized.. just everything are so out of place. By this time, we are not even full but we're done with this place. Lunch is even cheaper, like $16 but I don't remember as much selection for lunch, but that was maybe a year or 2 ago. They actually had a decent selection and I'm super picky when it comes to presentation and how the food looks. The place was pretty clean. I must say I tried almost everything. To my surprise, even some of the sushi was pretty good and I really don't have a strong stomach so I usually go for steaming hot items. I mostly enjoyed the clams, skewered chicken, gyoza, and ice cream. The servers were very nice and attentive and they didn't kick us out immediately when we already paid the check and were chit-chatting a bit before leaving.
