The donuts are delicious and even better you can get a free one if the light is on. However, the service here is awful. I don't know how they managed to find the grumpiest workers ever. I went when the light was on and they told me no free donut because there weren't any right now but I watched the group in front of me in line all get one. Well that was an interesting experience...I went to their drive thru and waited for a few minutes. No greeting, just a conversation I overheard through the speakers...a story about someone saying something racist... so I leave the drive thru and go inside. The door was open and about 4 employees there. I ask for an assorted pack of their mini donuts, they only have glaze. Ok no big deal. I order normal size assorted dozen. I then ask for an iced coffee with cream which they can't do either... the store seemed unorganized and almost like they just opened the doors at 9a. I've been here many times with no issues. This location has put their employees in an impossible position. I showed up this morning to get their free dozen offer for those with Leap Day birthdays. Doors were locked at 6:15 even though posted time of opening was 6 AM. Employees then said it was cash only because they could not operate the computers. They also said they needed computers to process the free dozen. After some pleading, I was able to leave the store with one free dozen and one that I paid cash for. Meanwhile, each customer was allowed into the store to process their transaction, with the door locked behind them. Reminded me - in a terrible way - of COVID's darkest times. read more

All of the iced donuts looked like they were melting. I'm from Georgia originally and when I asked what was wrong the young man said he thought it was the humidity. That made me laugh out loud (unfortunately)...it wasn't humid in my book. The donuts were definitely suffering from some issue...they were melty and doughy. It was my birthday, so when I heard I could get a free doughnut, I stopped in. The guy behind the jam packed doughnut display counter somberly looked at me when I asked for my birthday doughnut. These donuts are always SO GOOD! The interior itself is a bit like a step back in time with their classic décor and paper hats. They have a large variety of donuts, although they do sometimes run out of popular flavors. They have their classic glazed along with a whole host of other flavors including some seasonal flavors. Their classic glazed is amazing. A light and airy interior surrounded by a wonderful glazy goodness that is not too heavy or sticky. They also have wonderful filled donuts (try the lemon filled) and more "cakey" and denser donuts (try the glazed chocolate cake or the blueberry cake). You simply cannot go wrong with Krispy Kreme. A dozen will run you $8 - $10 depending on whether you get the original glazed or their other varieties. They have a selection of hot and iced coffee drinks as well. Their caramel iced coffee is very good though extremely indulgent. If you stop in when the "HOT DONUTS" sign is on, you will be able to buy a wonderful hot, glazed donut right off the donut assembly line (and you'll be able to see the whole process as the donuts travel down the donut deliciousness assembly line). Be prepared to be wowed! Staff tend to be largely cheerful and friendly (maybe because they are surrounded by such sugary goodness all the time). Eat these donuts in moderation, but when you're in the mood for a treat Krispy Kreme is a wonderful option. read more

I work in a car repair facility and get a couple dozen on the way to work on Saturday. Today, I waited in line for 10-15 minutes because the person taking the orders kept coming back and telling me they'll be right with me. I finally decided to pull up to the window and she told me they were having issues and ignored me for another little while. When she realized I wasn't leaving, she (finally) asked me for my order. She then said that their CC "machine" isn't working and id have to pay another way. After 20 minutes of screwing around with this place, I just left. Two weeks ago was a similar story where I was told there was no manager and they couldn't do any transactions but I could order and pay online and pick it up there. More wasted time. I'm not one to stop doing business with a place like this but after being burned like this a few times, I'm done. It says on google maps that you are open at 6 am. I get there at 10:30 am. And all the donuts you have is raspberry filling and original donuts. The dining room wasn't even open. When we pulled through the drive thru, the guy who took our order over the speaker said and I quote "we only have raspberry and original" in a derogatory voice. It felt like he didn't even want me to order. Then we got 6 original donuts and it cost us $10.58. So roughly $1.76 per donut. Overall, don't go here unless you want raspberry filling and original donuts. read more

Went to pick up donuts at 10:45 on a Sunday morning. Multiple selections on the menu were unavailable including most mini pie donuts. Apple pie was available Most items were unavailable on their regular donut menu. We ordered our basics: original glazed donuts, chocolate iced cream filled, and glazed with chocolate and sprinkles. I did note that the "hot now" light was not on. The donuts that we got tested at least a day old. They were dry and hard. I could see through the drive-through window that there were hardly any donuts in the front glass case. They were unable to make any espresso coffee drinks or hot chocolate. Service was pleasant but slow. She was apologetic about not having multiple items I tried to order. I would have been OK with that if we did not receive stale donuts. Disappointing. We have been to the store many times before. It is as if the owners don't care anymore. I don't know if this is a franchise or corporate store. read more

November 18th, 2022 Stopped at Krispy Creme this morning on 161 in Dublin. Note on Drive Thru apologizing, but they wouldn't be open until noon. Drove back to Krispy Creme at 1:30, ordered the mini Thanksgiving Doughnuts, was told they ran out? So in 90 minutes from opening and their out? Now you know why Restaurants are struggling..... Great Special Krispy Creme is running on the 18th & 19th! So returned at 6:00am on the 19th, ordered the Special Thanksgiving 16 count mini's with a dozen glazed. I was told they only have the Lemon, and Apple of the mini's. Better than nothing right? Got home and both the mini's and the glazed were ice cold.... So it appears rushing to Krispy Creme this morning I was provided with yesterdays doughnuts. What a poorly run Crispy Creme, you can buy cold glazed doughnuts anywhere! I went here to pickup donuts for my family. When I entered the store, all four employees were sitting at a table chatting and on their cell phones. They were not friendly which made me assume they were annoyed I broke up their party. I ordered a dozen donuts but they were out of several of the specialty donuts. When I handed her my credit card I asked for a receipt. She rung me up, handed me back my card without a receipt. I asked again for a receipt and she paused, presumably in annoyance. Ordered Kreme and Custard donuts at 8:20AM. They where to the touch crunchy stale. Took a bite and it was left over night levels of stale. After going inside and informing the clerk they where stale she rudely insisted they where cooked fresh this morning without prompting... talking me down while explaining that after they are cooked they get cold as if it is impossible to distinguish cold from cold and stale! Got my refund and left never to return. Rest of the order was fine / not the trademark fresh off the conveyer belt, or no better than what you wold get at Kroger's. Not worth visiting this location at all. Edit: Reading other reviews it looks like this is a location very poorly managed and living off the brand name while tarnishing it. I have to say that this particular location isn't up to par when it comes to customer service. First off we weren't greeted basically getting off to a weird start. It was if they suddenly noticed we were at the counter ready to order. It was National Coffee Day the employees weren't sure about what the special was. There was a lack of communication and lack of information. Due to that the employees were hesitant and lacked confidence. There didn't seem to be any leadership or management. I love just a basic glazed donut and ever since my mom introduced me to Krispy Kreme as a kid I've always been in love. They're my favorite donut. Just wish one was closer to where I live.
