What a fantastic place a very small hole in the wall but family owned and really nice of them especially since it was a party of 13 that came in last minute took very care of us. The tacos were tasty and nachos were my favorite.

Barbacoa was all meat.

Good was fresh. Ingredients had flavor. Small place, but packs a lot of flavor and freshness. Great breakfast spot!!! Probably the best on Austin highways that's for sure !!

So I was headed somewhere else and found this place. Walked in and was greeted immediately. Didn't see salad on the menu so I asked. He could see I was in my workout clothes and said yes he would make one for me and he would make it low carb!!! He added delicious grilled chicken, beef and bacon yummm!! It had guacamole, sour cream and two different cheeses. This salad was da bomb. I don't care that it's across town I will be dining there again.

When I was looking for a new place to try near my parents home while visiting, I saw this place and that it has a 5 star. I mean the reviews were selling it and I bought in. First I will say that the place is your average place, small and cozy. The gentleman that helped us was nice and attentive so they certainly have that going for them.... Now to the food. Granted we only got breakfast tacos but some folks raved about them.... Well I felt cheated. :( The tacos are a good size so you do get value for your money but I swear I must have put 3 packages of salt on each taco and tons of salsa to give it some flavor. They are not the worse I have ever eaten but they were just ok. It isn't a place I would return too, at least not for breakfast tacos. Maybe their other items are more flavorful.

Strawberry Lemonade....AMAZING!!

Fresh homemade salsa and fresh squeezed lemonade were a great start. Food, while tasty, lacked a bit of quality. The steak burrito and quesadilla were dry and the milanesa was too thick and too chewy. Since I'm not from Texas, Chicago born and raised. I have to remember that not all Mexican restaurants use corn tortillas. Some actually like Luna Azul use flour.

Burrito with some super Nachos in the background.

We ordered chips and salsa ($1.99) they came quickly. The salsa was tasty and not too spicy. I had Shrimp Nachos. There were plenty of them, lots of cheese and the guacamole was excellent, not a lot of stuff added to it. My husband had Carne Asada. It came with beans, tortillas and cheese enchilada. When he asked about barracho beans, Anthony brought them right away. The ice tea was strong and tasty and he kept our glasses filled. Everything was flavorful and beautifully presented. The building is new. It's very open with high ceilings, lots of windows and cement floors. There was plenty of outdoor seating. There were only a few parking spaces by the entrance. There was free parking on nearby side streets or paid parking in lots behind the restaurant. We would definitely go back when in San Antonio again. The drink menu looked fun! And they have a rooftop bar.

From the moment I walked in, I could tell this place was special. The atmosphere is beautiful, upscale, and inviting. The architecture and design throughout the restaurant are absolutely stunning. Even the restrooms were impressive and reflected the same attention to detail found throughout the entire establishment. The food was outstanding. Every dish was beautifully presented and packed with flavor. This isn't your typical restaurant experience--the menu is creative, unique, and offers something different. You can tell a lot of thought goes into both the preparation and presentation of every plate. What really made the experience unforgettable, though, was the customer service. My waitress, Kreizon, was absolutely amazing. She was friendly, attentive, knowledgeable, and genuinely made me feel welcome throughout my visit. Great service can make a good meal even better, and she definitely elevated the entire experience. The outdoor dining area is also beautiful and creates a relaxing atmosphere that's perfect for enjoying a meal and taking in the surroundings. If you're looking for a restaurant that offers exceptional food, incredible ambiance, unique architecture, and top-notch customer service, Domingo is a must-visit. This is more than just dinner--it's an experience. Highly recommended, and I'll definitely be back the next time I'm in San Antonio.

Electronic dance music pulsed quietly in the background. The toilets were all individual unisex stalls that were classy, mine had run out of hand towels. Also, the entire restaurant is very dimly lit. I had to use the flashlight on my phone to read the menu, but I have poor eyesight so there's that, but it might explain the quality of the photos I took. The Paloma drink was amazing. It had a great spicy zing in the back of the throat after every sip. Queso was... kinda plain. It might have been better with the add chorizo option. It was very thick. Shrimp cocktail was big, but we started fighting over the shrimp pieces. There was plenty of onion and tomato left over after the batttle. Pollo Asado was a great flavor and the chicken was juicy. Grilled squash that was on the side was good. Chicken enchiladas were good and had freshly sliced jalapeños, which is always a welcome detail. I wasn't able to taste the quesadilla but my daoughter said it was "really good". Fried Chicken sandwich had a great flavor and the bacon was actually pork belly if I'm not mistaken. Sadly there was more batter than chicken. The seasoned fries were delicious and crispy.

It was delicious! The concha was soft, buttery and flaky, with just the right sweetness. We took home the majority of it and it stayed nice and soft instead of turning hard like so many others. We decided to try several appetizers to go along with our concha to get a wider taste of their food than we would by just ordering a couple entrees. Let me tell you, this was a great idea! We ordered the Tosti-Ceviche Verde, Panela Asado, Mexican Street Corn, and their Spicy Bean Dip. The Ceviche Verde was excellent, the freshness of the fish and shrimp was wonderful with the chipotle mayo and avocado. We chose to have it on the salsa Verde Tostitos and it was all great combination. The Panelo Asado was a completely new dish for us and was extremely good with a savory flavor from the salsa Tlaquepaque that mixed well with the Panela cheese. Their tortillas though not made in house, are made for them and taste like mom made them. The Mexican Street Corn was great and had the perfect bit of char taste from the corn. It was creamy and flavorful, we did think it could use just a tad more lime juice though. The Spicy Bean Dip was very good. You can't go wrong with Oaxaca, Chorizo, and pieces of pork mixed with some mildly spicy beans. Our server was fantastic. She had great recommendations for us, and was quick with checking on our drinks and generally helping us throughout our dinner. The food was prepared quickly, was hot, tasteful and refreshing. We definitely will be going back, and recommend Pan Fila to all of you.
