On Super Bowl Sunday (02/08), I placed an order and when I got home, I realized that half of the order was missing. I live far from the restaurant, so going back wasn't an option. I immediately called and spoke with a manager named Thalia. She apologized and explained that there were two new employees working and that it was very busy. She assured me that she would process a refund right away. After several days passed and I didn't see the refund, I called again. I was told it can take up to 7 business days. We are now on day 9, and I still have not received the refund. It's extremely frustrating to have to repeatedly follow up to get refunded for food I never received. I understand that mistakes happen, especially on busy days, but following through on a promised refund should not require this much effort from a customer. Unfortunately, if this isn't resolved immediately, I will have to dispute the charge with my bank. This experience has been very disappointing and has made me reconsider returning in the future.
