Good bacon, outstanding bread, nicely toasted. The macchiato was also excellent. It's an attractive and spacious room and they have some interesting art up. I expect this will become one of the regular places for me to grab a breakfast bite and coffee.

They could probably have fit more tables and seats in there. There is a row of chairs by a counter along the window facing Columbus Avenue, so one could sip their coffee or eat their food while crowd-watching. I sat at the far end of a long table inside and drank my coffee, which was good enough but not strong enough in flavor. It did not give me the kick I needed from my afternoon cup of coffee. There were a few people working on their laptops and a few others drinking coffee and chatting. It seems to be a good place to either work or relax and read.

I order a tuna sandwich with cheese bread, shredded cheese, toasted, lettuce, tomatoes, red onions and barbecue sauce foot long. I had 6 cookies also didn't know they had a foot long cookie. The sandwich was really juicy, the tuna and the veggies went great and a hint of barbecue sauce when I bite into my sandwich. Lombard street is a tourist trap because the tourist are trapped in their hotel rooms at night .Lombard street starting on Van Ness to the Presidio has over 30 hotels and motels. Pizza on the weekend at midnight after watching sporting event after a few adult drinks at a bar, club ,and show count me in. I am always open to having local based pizzerias to enjoy a good pizza pie. Hearing about this place having three restaurants across San Francisco made it sound like a chainstore pizza joint like Pizza Butt( I mean Pizza Hut). I have tried this place before and it's local to San Francisco and I wanted to give it a whirl in person. On a Spring stroll down Lombard and Van Ness where the hotel and motel signs are over mile deep I wanted to try an American favorite which are pizza pies. Pizza pies have become more American than apple pies these days . I went inside Chico's and tried their pepperoni and sausage before Good Friday approaches. The pizza slice was kind of cheesy like some in SF and it had pepperoni and sausage but not too saucy . The dough was pretty doughy but flakey like some in SF. It reminded me of some old school style of San Francisco pizza which is good paired with a case of beer. Finding pizza after midnight in San Francisco is pretty "hard "the pizza at Chicos is pretty doughy and the cheese was a bit "charred "located at "Lombard" which is a street but starting on Van Ness resembles a "boulevard " Come to Lombard street in the Marina where people "dwell "among the over 30 different" hotel"and "motel" but Chicos is the place where you'll find in SF the cheesy pizza "smell"

The slices are around 4-6 dollars for massive slices of pizza and the guy at the counter was super nice and got all the food out very fast and sat and ate it and the environment was very nice. 10/10 Thanks!
