We started off with the sampler appetizer which had a nice combination of choices: spring rolls, fried wontons, chicken on a stick and fried tofu (which wasn't half bad) plus it came with 3 dipping sauces. The garlic and pepper duck was amazing, crispy skin and the sauce was not over powering. I get duck whenever I can and this was a generous sized portion. The shrimp fried rice was packed with flavor. The pad Thai and drunken noodles were also very good. The special limoncello dessert was cool, light and refreshing. If they have it I would totally recommend getting it. Service was friend the only compliant was the meals came out at different times. Which I understand can happen but I was more the halfway done eating when the last meal was brought to the table. Much more than a few noodle and rice dishes. I would love to go back for the special of two softshell crabs over rice. This time I got the drunken noodles. I know it's subjective, but I don't think it was spicy. Not complaining. My friend got the pad Thai and a couple appetizers. Service was excellent. The classic Thai restaurant dessert is sticky rice with mango, but I substituted mango for coconut ice cream and coconut sauce, which are off menu things. It was fantastic. Had dinner here tonight with a friend. She wanted to know if I thought it was authentic Thai flavors and not Thai-American flavors. And the flavors are very authentic. Shrimp Tum Yum soup is amazing. You can taste the lemongrass flavor and you can tell they use very fresh ingredients. Very traditional with mushrooms and onions and the shrimp size was huge! The drunken noodles had delicious flavors but one thing I wasn't a fan of is their use of black pepper (it was a little heavy). I like my spice to be from fresh chili peppers. The Thai Iced Tea was ok, nothing special about it. Next time, I will order a rice dish, the Thai iced coffee and maybe save room for dessert. We came here for Mother's Day and everything we ordered was great! There was only one waitress serving everyone but all the food came out at a reasonable pace. For appetizers, we started with Tom yum soup, papaya salad, and calamari. The soup was hot pot size and more than enough for 4 people to share, we even had some left to take home! I loved the flavor of the broth. The calamari was freshly fried and paired super well with the sweet chili sauce. The papaya salad was fresh and zesty. They still do lunch menu prices on the weekend which is great. Our entrees were all in the $10 range and you can choose your protein. Things like squid and shrimp will cost more. Overall we ordered Thai fried rice, pad kee mao, pad see ew, and Penang curry. All were super flavorful but my favorite was the pad kee mao. The Thai tea was also delicious -- appropriately strong and not too sweet. It's hard to find good and authentic Thai in this part of Jersey but i am already looking forward to my next visit! read more

My husband and I wanted noodles and they did not disappoint. We had drunken noodles and pad thai. Due to it being take out the noodles are a little dry because they soak up the liquid, but I prefer a dryer noodle. Both were delish and they made them spicy for us. The noodle texture is perfect, not overcooked. - Basil Fried Rice with Beef $11.99 - just okay! The portion is huge. But the rice is kinda overcooked/wet for fried rice. I was craving for some nice stir-fried noodles (e.g. drunken noodles or pad kee mao) and this fit the bill. I got here on a Saturday afternoon at 2 to this strip mall restaurant which was very nicely decorated on the inside transporting you from Jersey suburbia to a cozy Thai restaurant. I was the only one in the restaurant so I had no issues with service as many others have detailed but, again, I was the only one. I ordered a shrimp pad kee mao with a chicken coconut soup. Perfect for a day following a small snow storm. The chicken coconut soup had the perfect balance of creamy and sour. The shrimp pad kee mao was nicely sized and filled me up for a nice $10 lunch meal. I ordered it as "hot" which was the spiciest they had on the menu. I didn't find it overly hot, could be stronger, but not bad at all. Overall, it's not the most authentic Thai restaurant there is but certainly a great place to get some lunch specials and warm, cozy meals. read more

I came here for lunch with my parents (they love the lunch deals: 7.99 to 12.99 depending on what you order with a spring roll, thai salad, or a soup with a main dish). My mom got the coconut soup which she really liked. It comes with a lot of vegetables, like cauliflower, carrots and peas. I ordered the pad thai with a spring roll. I was impressed by the spring roll, it was very light and crispy so you knew it was homemade. We liked it so much, we ordered more! The pad thai was average. It wasn't very spicy and a little bit sweet. The selling point of the meal was dessert. My mom is a fan of creme brûlée so we opted for the Thai iced tea creme brûlée and the hazelnut truffle. I am not a fan of regular creme brûlée since I do not like vanilla, but I liked this a lot (because it is thai iced tea flavor, Duh Prashasti!). The hazelnut truffle was a pleasant surprise too. It was more of an ice cream truffle: a cappucino ice cream with a dark chocolate center and hazelnuts on the outside. My dad and I devoured this in mere minutes. Actually, we thought we didn't have room for dessert, but they were so good we made room for it. I would give the pad thai dish 3 stars, but concerning everything else, from the service (the server was very friendly and he was the only one for the entire place only a couple tables) to dessert, I raised the rating to 4 stars. I came here on a Friday evening around 7 pm but was surprised that it wasn't very busy. It's very clean and pretty inside. I enjoyed all the Buddhist and Hindu art and sculptures. We ordered the basil fried rice and drunken noodles. The basil fried rice is so tasty! The spiciness kicks in a little late but it got me reaching for my water a lot. But I'm a sucker for spicy food so I enjoyed it. The drunken noodles was great as well. Only thing is I wish the dishes werent so heavy...lots of butter. As for the portions, they were fairly large which means yummy leftovers for the next day! Service was fabulous and the food was prepared in a timely manner. Also, my server was so sweet. The food was so delicious. We ordered the papaya salad and seafood soup for appetizer. The soup was very flavorful and fresh and they gave a decent amount of seafood. The herbs in the soup made it very light and tasty - a perfect start to a meal. For entrees we ordered the beef druken noodles and red curry chicken dish. Both dishes had the perfect amount of spice, saltiness and sweetness to make for unique and tasty dishes. For dessert we ordered the Thai tea creme brûlée which was incredible. I'm a huge fan of creme brûlée and the Thai tea flavor was a delicious twist. Overall, outstanding service, super delicious food and a great casual atmosphere for a very affordable price.
