I can say I found my nail shop.. .lfinally!! Lisa is exellent. I am a satisfied customer. One thing make sure you take cash because they prefer cash specially if want to tip. That's the only reason I didn't give it 5 stars. I don't like cash only places but at least they have the option to n pay with your card incase you don't have cash they charge 1$ to use it but you can't include tip on it. This is my 2nd time coming to this Salon & I must say this is the BEST salon I have ever been too! There customer service is AMAZING it's always nice & clean the staff are very nice & friendly, the air conditioning & soft music really makes a huge difference. This is the Ultimate relaxation spot. This place was decent. It wasn't too busy when I went in (Sunday) so they saw me right away. Pros: pretty thorough work as far as doing the cuticles, trimming, filing, etc. also they have the nice spa chairs. They use freshly sterilized packs of tools on each person. Pretty nice workers. Easy to communicate with. Cons: the general cleanliness could be a tad better. Nothing that would prevent me from coming back, but my normal nail shop in OC is always pristine so I use that as a comparison. My nails and toes both came out cute. My toe design could have been a little better... Basic flower.., not even with glitter! The first pink gel color they had wouldn't stay on the entire nail, it was basically wicking away from the edges to the center. Not sure if that particular color was old, or whatever, but they switched to another bottle and it was fine. All in all, this is a decent shop. I've tried a few in the area since I bought a house out here. I can't say that I still won't try to schedule in oc but if I'm in a time crunch, this place is a good alternative. I was extremely disappointed on Saturday I went in to get a gel mani/pedi and eyebrows there where only two employees I was told I would be next and waited for about 30minutes which seem ok for a Saturday. Two other customers walked in with 1130am appointments I felt I was rushed out. I could not get my eyebrows done because they didn't have anyone I request their delux package for a pedi which is a 30-40 pedicure which entitle paraffin which as she was done with my service told me they ran out and I did not get the scrub that goes with that pedicure. In addition it's only been 2 days and my mani gel is starting to peel off. Supper disappointed after paying about 65 for a basic gel mani and pedi. I came in yesterday for a gel pedicure and all the nail techs working yesterday were in a horrible mood. When I walked in, they rudely said, "what do you want". I said I needed a gel pedicure and they pointed towards the regular nail polishes sitting on the wall. I didn't catch the name of the nail tech doing my pedicure but she was on her phone the whole time and cut me multiple times. She didn't file my nails correctly so I had to come home and do it myself. I tried asking her about any special treatments they offer for someone who is getting married since I have a mother in law getting married next week and she wants to bring in her bridesmaids with her to get their nails done. Before I could even finish my question, she answered a phone call. Usually when you're done with a pedicure, they help you off the chair but she just left and was waiting by the cashier area. They were rude with every customer that was coming in and it seemed like they were upset because they had business coming in. With a wedding coming up next week, I'll take my business elsewhere because it is obvious they didn't want my mother in law coming in with her 6 bridesmaids to get their nails done. Please do not come in here because they will treat you like trash and they will not service you correctly. read more

Went there today for mani/pedi. I showed her the design I wanted on my nails and she said okay and got to it. She did my toes first. I don't think she did a very good job. She wasn't as thorough as I like them to be. I'm glad I only got the standard pedi. Someone else in my group got the 40 dollar pedi and it took the same amount of time as I did which is terrible. When I get a 40 dollar pedi at my regular place it takes an hour and a half or longer because of all the extra treatments. I feel this place rushes through to get to the next customer. The design on my hands wasn't exactly what I asked for. I would prefer for them to tell me they can't/don't know how to do it and offer something similar. It was a really simple design that she charged me ten extra dollars for--not worth it. My sister got an ombré design and it was not good. She got purple on bottom and black on top and the color did not fade into each other. The black looked blotchy and she even missed a few spots on her nails. She didn't even notice until we went out into the sun and saw it. The glitter design I asked for was extra thick because she had to keep going over it. All of the designs on my nails were uneven. It was just okay. I'm never going back here and the only reason I didn't make a fuss while we were there was because one of my group members is a regular there. My other sister got her acrylics filled and one of her fingers was way crooked and her feet were peeling at the end of the pedicure. There was only one lady there that was semi friendly. The one doing my nails was rough and kept moving my feet to the position she was most comfortable in, but I'm the customer, I should be the one that's comfortable. Definitely never going here again, I would rather pay the 75 at my regular place and actually walk out happy. read more

I have been coming to this salon for a little over a year and after last Sunday I don't know if I'll be coming back. I don't know if it's because my nail tech thought I've never been there before but I was way over charged. $60!! for acrylic on my NATURAL NAIL, NO COLOR This was the first time I took my sisters to get manicures (keep in mind they're 10 and 8). $8 each I had my acrylics removed $5 (I called in asking what they charged and that's what the girl told me) Then I got a fresh set, NO COLOR!!! And since my nails are naturally long I didn't need the nail extension. (came to get my nails done bc I had a broken nail but that wasn't something I could've gotten fixed) When time came to pay the nail tech ends up telling me the TOTAL was $59!!! I was in a hurry so I didn't even ask why it was that much sogave her $70 and left but let's do the math... Mini Manicure: 8x2= $16 Acrylic Removal: $5 so... 59-16-5= $38 you're telling me I paid $38 for this... This isn't a 3 star because of service, I really like this place but I was upset once I did the math myself. read more

Finally they set my friend down and let me sit next to her. Then they locked the door at 6:15 even though they close at 7 pm and one of the girls rushed out the door. The lady doing my friends nail then told us only one person does acrylics after I had waited 30 minutes. I wish she would have said that in the beginning in case we didn't want to sit and wait that long. Both of our nails did turn out okay, but the pricing was confusing. The lady said it was $20 for regular acrylics $10 more for gel then another $5 for French when the other lady had said it was $27 for a gel full set. It just didn't make sense. I paid 17 for a regular one color full set the first time around...I was coming back for a fill and the lady charged me 17 for a fill what a rip-off. Not to mention that her work was decent but since they had many customers they just wanted to get me out of there as soon as they could. While I was sitting there another girl just walked out of her chair because they weren't attending her...and I'd probably do the same thing. Overall bad service and wait time.
