While the job they did was ok, they told me they'd come back every three months and contact me via email. I have received nothing. The original date was in April when I had my yard serviced. Following Carlos' initial visit to see what the job entailed, he informed us that his crew would come out the following week to begin the work. We didn't receive an exact date but his personnel arrived unannounced on June 8. Most of the 30 minutes of work entailed blowing of the front and back yards. We inspected the yards after they had left (they did not ask us to inspect before their departure) and were disappointed with the results. The expectation was to have shrubs trimmed, all weeds pulled and a walk-through of their work after it was done. They left before we had a chance to review both yards in their presence. What a Blessing I found Carlos and the crew back in 2018. I got scam from one of the landscape company in town, I need my backyard redone entirely the scammer want the money to buy the material for paver , the scammer bought truck load of white sand and never return, that when I found Landteck on Homemag was really nervous about dealing with another landscape after I lost 8000$ in the process, but Carlos was very professional and understand my concern. He took no money upfront, draw the design, gave me all the detail how, help me with all the HOA paperwork . I hired this company because they seemed professional and were prompt with the quote to do a clean up of my new homes yard. The crew that came did not even alert anyone in the home they arrived, they weed wacked the yard and did not pull any weeds. I came home shortly before they finished and noticed they'd broken a lawn ornament by using the weed whacker (clearly visable and able to be moved solar item). Before paying the crew I asked about the weeds that were still present as well as the item damaged, the gentlemen said to call the office that he doesn't know and that the other weeds would need bi-weekly services. I paid for a full clean up of the yard almost $400 and it was not clean. They left and I did a further inspection and also noticed two of my sprinkler systems had been cut by the weed whacker as well. I called the office and spoke to Brenda who told me to send pictures, I did and have yet to hear back about compensation or fixing my sprinklers. I now have one not working and one spraying out of control that I've had to brace down with Rocks until I can get it fixed. This is bad business, not only did my yard not get fully cleaned I am now needing to replace an ornament and have sprinkler repair. Do not reccomend using this company!! read more

LandTeck Inc (Carlos Rosales) recently did our backyard; which was completed within a week, from bare dirt to full lanscpaing. We are very impressed and happy with the work that they did, but also Carlos and his crews provided excellent customer service. We had an initial idea of what we wanted and after a few meetings and tweaks to the plans, we were able to schedule contruction within a few weeks. No matter what the job is, LandTeck can do the job. Carlos is honest and upfront with you, no b.s. and he is very reasonable when working within our budget. We wanted a walkway leading from the front of our home to the backyard, extend an existing concrete patio, add an additional pad for future plans, add rock borders along the screen wall with trees and plants, while having grass in the middle and possibly light fixtures. His estimation package was very detailed and everything was itemized. This provided us an idea of what exactly was included within the package. As a consumer and dealing with a handful of shady contractors and/or mechanics in this town (I'm sure everyone has experiences), there was no hidden fees or cost at the end of the job with LandTeck. Carlos kept his word and explained what was being done and when things were going to happen. He even spent a great deal of time with us at the nursery when choosing the trees and plants and explained what "jived" together and what would not work. It' only been a few days and my neighbors and friends are asking for his business. LandTeck Inc is a very solid and honest contractor. Hate to write bad reviews but do believe people should know when to look out for bad service. Did an estimate with Carlos about 8/28/2020. was a fair estimate, checked out reviews of LandTeck and saw some not to flattering statements. called Carlos and we met and went over reviews and decided to give them a chance. Scheduled for him to start on Oct. 5th , in between that time had couple of follow ups by email. Even final email from him saying see you Monday.. They were a No CALL NO SHOW . Called the office and felt like the person i talked to did not even know about my job. she said she would have Carlos Call me and she would get back to me. Neither happened. i understand things happen but when no communication is given that is almost exactly what others have said. I have lost about 3 weeks of time ( just need to start over with new companies and estimates) So unfortunately I need to send this negative review to alert others. I hired Rosales Landscape to remove a large Evergreen tree that was much too close to my home. WOW! I was very impressed with how they removed the tree. They were very careful and the team was friendly and professional. The tree was so large that it pulled up the custom driveway a bit. A piece of the driveway needed to be removed and replaced. They matched the color very well. It looks fantastic! Many of my neighbors were impressed too. They came by to watch and asked for Rosales Landscape business cards . We used them for yard maintenance for over a year. At first all things good. Then, we experienced sprinkler issues during a hot spell. We called and asked for service three times and they never called back. We asked them to remove a tree. They did that - but didn't remove the stump. I asked them to fix it. I sent them photos as they requested. The crew said well we will just cut off the growth like last time. When I said I wanted better than that - they just ignored me. The tree is growing back and I paid to have it removed. Then two months later they didn't show up for a regularly scheduled yard maintenance. So we called to ask what happened. They rescheduled us - no explanation or advance call. They just didn't show up. Lack of communication and follow through is inexcusable. There are lots of firms out there to use. read more

I had the pleasure of working directly with Carlos at Land Teck Inc. last year 2021 when we decided to remodel our front and back yards. It was during the pandemic when supply chain was dragging but WOW what incredible service. Carlos and his team are AMAZING! Carlos answered ALL my questions and was super responsive via text. This company was hired to perform maintenance on a property. They stopped regularly showing up at the end of last year. But still charged for full services. In attempting to contact them they never responded to telephone messages, never answered their phone and then continued to randomly show up. They were then fired in February 2018. They still randomly showed up even though they were repeated fired via messages to the office. Thought the issue was resolved as we did not see them in April or May and then they showed up again in June. They even have done a bank draft pull for services that were not performed after they were fired. I would never use them and would be very careful once you fire them, that they don't continue to charge you for services. read more

We had our backyard redone October 2017 including sod, rock, and the sprinkler system.Everything was good at beginning, however were 9 months in and the grass has pretty much died around the edges and the divide between the sod rolls never filled in completely. Called was told had a 90 day warranty ( that was never explained to me ) and there was nothing they could do. Poor service, employees kept showing up and leaving without doing anything because of wrong equipment, wrong tools, etc. This went on for months. The office would call asking for payment and I would inform them that the project was not completed. I finally hired another company and they finished the project. Carlos does not stand behind the work that is performed. His crew destroyed several bushes and left debris from the trimming in the plants. When he was contacted about the damage, he just simply said the he would not be sending me a bill. In addition, his crew covered all my irrigation drip lines when they were installing additional rock in my landscape. Carlos was notified and came to the property, looked around and said everything was fine. I hired another company to pull all the drip lines out from under the rocks, and remove the destroyed bushes. In addition, I hired a landscape designer who is employed by a well know nursery. He could not believe the job that was performed. He took photos of the damage to show the other designers in the office. The customer service is laughable. They either don't answer the phone or depending what the issue is, they tell you they will call you back. That never happens unless you are asking for additional services ($$$$). Carlos did not have the courtesy to return phone calls and was dismissive when sent text messages. He simply ignored everything. read more

Okay, so we had a problem. Our (ahem) vintage property needed some major landscaping work before we could turn it into a rental. We had a dying mulberry, cracked concrete on the patio and front walk, broken-down planters, and a backyard that basically reflected some of my more dubious landscaping decisions. We got a number of estimates, but LandTeck's was by far the lowest. With such positive previous reviews, we went forward. We were VERY pleased. Carlos was extremely pleasant and easy to work with. He offered a number of great ideas about the troublesome cracked concrete walkway, and his suggestion to put in pavers was not only cost-effective, but it also looks spectacular. Our irrigation system was a point of trouble, and he did a great job on it. In addition to cutting down and hauling away the moribund mulberry tree, Carlos offered an attractive and easy landscaping solution for that space, including differently-textured and colored rock at the same price. (He also did extremely attractive pavers and landscaping for our neighbors across the street.) Bottom line, Carlos and LandTeck were professional all the way through the process from estimate through billing. Their communication with us was very consistent; they were always easy to get ahold of. We would definitely recommend them to other folks looking for a great company at a very good price. read more

I have a drip system that doesn't work, 6 dead plants not replaced, a blood orange tree instead of the lemon tree, a peach tree half dead and a "shade" tree that looks like Charlie Brown bought it. I paid over 6,000 for a yard that looks like crap. They did not install all the rocks and plants in the quote. The raised garden was several feet short. I had LandTeck (Las Vegas Irrigation Repair) do some repairs to my system which is 20 years old. These guys are awesome, got a couple quotes, decided to go with them as they made me feel most confident they were not there to rip me off. when they came out, work got done quickly, cleaned everything up and explained everything they did was great. After about a week i had to replace the timer on the system as like I said it was very old, called them, they were there the same week. I can't say enough good about them. Installed grass and irrigation. Did a very poor job ( water was not reaching all areas of the grass and died in weird patches) and didn't come fix for over 2 months. When he came to fix it, he caused more damage to the grass by flooding areas that were not as bad. Still not fixed. Enrique offered a free maintenance service as an "apology". His guys showed up and broke a landscape light. Guys even came to the door to to tell me (the conversation was recorded on my ring doorbell so they really can't deny it) Now Enrique won't respond. We highly recommend LandTech Landscape. Carlos was prompt to give us an estimate and design on our backyard that captured exactly what we had in mind. He told us he would be done in 3 days and he was true to his word even though it had rained and his crew were only able to work 1/2 a day one of those days. His crew was so focused and hard working they did a wonderful job and we are very pleased with the results. Carlos would stop by to check on the job to ensure everything was going well. Carlos took us to the nursery to choose plants, design in hand, to show exactly how the design would look. When the crew was finished they made sure everything was clean and even went beyond to trim up existing plants and trees and cleaned up our front yard. Carlos and his crew did an excellent job and that's why we gave them a 5 star review!! I am adding to my previous review because we are disappointed with the follow up from Carlos. In our original contract he was to install anchors for a pergola. Unfortunately, when the job was finished the anchors were not installed. We were given an excuse for them not being installed but because we were happy with the job, we did not press Carlos at the time to install them. We have since reached out to Carlos to install the anchors per our original contract. We are ready to install the pergola and we need them! We set up a day and time in July but Carlos did not show up. We called him to reschedule for August 18th and again he didn't show up. It's unfortunate after the great review we gave his company that we now have to force his hand to install the anchors even though we have already paid for them.
