I stand by this review, the food here is just sub par. I ordered the Zack attack again this time I added sausage I also ordered a side of papas con chorizo. Again there was virtually no meat in either dish. Even with adding sausage to the burrito there was no meat in the burrito and as you can see from the photo the chorizo to potato ratio was way off. The portion size on potato order was good, it was just bland. I think there are much better places in the area to get a fix from this place unfortunately just isn't it. read more

Unfortunately I was very disappointed. I have seen the popularity of this place and how they won best burrito in Texas- I am utterly confused as to how that happened. I ordered Zack Attack, no jelopeno. They totally skipped any sort of meat. I had egg, potato (regular white potato btw, it's not a fried crispy potato. It's like the inside of a baked potato) cheese and beans. It unfortunately sucked and tasted like nothing. They advertise a cheap $6 10 inch burrito, but it's closer to $10 and the burrito is skinny. Yes I do recommend this place. We finally found ourselves here and I can't wait to go back. I ordered the Zack attack burrito for the hubby with salsa inside the burrito. Amazing Ordered my dog Taco a plain egg burrito. He loves eggs and home made tortillas. And let's say he ate 1/4 of the burrito and enjoyed it. got myself the huevos con chorizo plate comes with potatoes and tortillas. Soooo delish All we can say is it's so damn good. Everything and I mean everything has flavor. The beans, the eggs the potatoes. We had to get two Mexican cokes. It's all to go. But honestly couldn't wait to get home. A great spot for Mexican food! I ordered the tamale and the drew (not pictured because I was too excited to eat) and they both did not disappoint. The breakfast burrito was my overall winner as it had egg, cheese, square, and potato! They have a house made salsa that is amazing! We came here on Saturday morning around 10:30 and we waited about 30 minutes but the staff were all friendly and notified us of the wait before ordering. read more

Amazing Mexican brunch spot located in the Old East part of Dallas. From the outside, it looks a little like a drive in and once you go in, you can place your order for to go as they don't necessarily have a dine in option. Regardless, this doesn't take away from how great the ambiance and food here is. From the second you step inside, you get a feel you're going to get true authentic Mexican food with fresh ingredients! The staff inside is always friendly and quick with getting you your food. We got The Lance and bacon, egg, and cheese tacos at La Victoria. Overall, the food was excellent- particularly The Lance. Our service was friendly. My main con was that it took a while to get our food. While I should have called ahead to order (no online orders), a 25-30 min wait ended up taking around 40 minutes. I crave the breakfast burritos from here DAILY. I tried the chorizo & egg burrito and added potatoes and jalapenos to it - SO flavorful and filling. I paired it with their hot salsa which was spicy & smoky. Honestly though, the burrito is so flavorful that I didn't even feel like I needed salsa. The flour tortilla is also nice and stretchy. It seems like a homey family run business. I felt like I was at my grandma's house when I picked up my food. I'm already looking forward to the day that I come back. I recently visited La Victoria for breakfast and had the Drew Breakfast Burrito. The crisp toasted tortilla was filled with fluffy eggs, soft savory potatoes, gooey cheese, and soft sausage. The side of flavorful salsa paired nicely. Keep in mind the restaurant is to go only and has no seating (we didn't realize this and ate in the car). I've been in a couple times for breakfast tacos/burritos and highly recommend the don's delight burrito (add the peanuts - so yummy)! I would recommend calling ahead, bringing cash to pay since there is a slight processing fee for cards, and getting extra salsa. There are some chairs inside to wait for your order, but no actual seating. This is a no frills spot, but the service is great and quality is high! read more

Had to come try La Victoria after some co-workers said it had some of the best Breakfast burritos! I had always passed by the location but never knew they were even open. Well let me start off by saying that my friends were not wrong. I got the "Lance" Sausage,Bacon,Egg,Cheese and Salsa. It was delicious! The size of the burrito for the price is definitely worth it. Unfortunately never tried the food and most likely won't. If you post all of over social media and your posted sign location that you are open...then you should be open for service. I made the drive to your location this morning as I had to be downtown for a meeting. Location hours everywhere said open at 7am. This picture was taken at 7:50am. This place has hands down the best breakfast burritos in the area for the best price. They're cash only and the parking lot is tiny. There're a couple of small tables inside but it's more of a grab and go type place. Friendly service. Great breakfast burritos! More of a hole in the walk that does to-go orders but definitely worth the wait. We didn't know how popular they are on weekends and went in on a Saturday at 12pm when they already had a 30min wait. Definitely call ahead and bring cash, they have a $5 surcharge on credit card payments. The Zach and Lance are our personal favorite tacos, and each taco is HEFTY. Mild and spicy sauces on the side are a must. We'll be back next weekend for sure! read more

I arrived at 11:06 only ordered one burrito. I was told the wait would be 30-40 min which was fine. There was a bunch of people ready waiting on their orders so I sat in my car. After 40 min of waiting in my car I came inside to wait. The wait for 1 burrito was a good hour and thirty min. They only had one cook in the back, one person taking orders and one person at the register. There was one guy who ordered ahead and came back 3 times because they were "still working in his order" idk why the young lady is telling everybody 30 min wait when it's cleanly going to be a lot longer than that. I came here because of the good reviews but the wait is really ridiculous. I personally don't recommend this place It's extremely slow. Food was regular nothing spectacular. read more

The staff is less than friendly but the food is just so good I see past the major flaws I order my food at least 45 minutes before because they will always quote 20 minutes and it'll take 45-60 minutes.
