Food and environment were phenomenal. We got there around 7 PM and started off the evening with some drinks & chips and salsa. The service was great - with attentive and caring workers. Had read good things about this place. Made the 30 minute drive from Richardson and arrived at 8:00. Ordered two entrees. By 9:00 we couldn't wait any longer. We asked if we could pay for our beers and chips so that we could make the drive back to Richardson. Owner was very apologetic about the delay and told us we didn't need to pay anything. The "everything" platter was delicious!! We love Mami Coco and now we're big fans Las Brasas. We've been here a few times and have tried almost enriching on the menu. Nothing was amiss. First off I would love to give a shout out to Joel and aydeth they both welcomed me in greeted me with smiles and felt so welcome here we ordered the ribeyes cheese and sausages and let me tell you this felt like everything was homemade it was an amazing service amazing food and amazing staff the entire staff worked like one unit and made everything easy and accessible had a few conversations and didn't feel like we were left neglected we will definitely be coming back and asking for them and the whole place felt like it was love and a peaceful home will be back soon with my entire family next time! read more

Drove from Fort Worth on a Sunday got there at 6:15 we Started off with chicharrones with guacamole soooo good with tortillas. We tried their frozen margaritas and Mule drink. They have salsa music playing their fans are facing your tables if you get hot. I ordered a 14 0z rib eye steak with Brussels sprouts mashed potatoes. So delicious the flavors of everything my boyfriend got rib eye agua chile with roasted corn mashed potatoes. We definitely will drive back to try other dishes . Dana was our sever she was sweet. Honestly, I didn't even wanna eat there after the two experiences I had. I wanted to park my car and not leave my car keys behind in valet. I was willing to pay for it still. I just don't trust valet too many things have gone missing from my car. I got sat waiter never came got moved again. That was the last straw. read more

We just left an hour ago, the service was great; however if you're thinking it's like carne asada, it is most Definetly NOT! It's more like a steak house, plates are roughly $30/pp and it's mediocre at best. The meat is not seasoned well and it's what they specialize in. I attended Las Brasas this past Saturday 10/4/25 to celebrate a friend's birthday after seeing all the videos on TikTok. They sat us inside where we were the only table inside when we got there. We ordered the stuffed jalapenos and the brasas special. The appetizer was good but then we ordered a Rib Eye, a Sirloin Flap, and 2 orders of Beef Short Ribs. We went in at 6:45pm and they said the food was going to take 45 minutes to get since the kitchen was busy. By the time the food came out, they brought 3 Rib Eyes and 1 Sirloin Flap. When we told the waitress Aydeth that the order was wrong, she said "We ran out of Short Ribs, we brought you a Rib Eye you will like it." When my friend asked what temperature it was cooked at the waitress told her "medium as what was written down." Which is a lie since Short Ribs are cooked at one temperature and never asked. First and foremost, if the kitchen is out of a menu item it is the service staff responsibility to notify the customer immediately and ask what they would like them to replace it with if anything versus bringing whatever they wanted at the temperature they wanted and expect a customer to eat it. My friend then asked for a Caesar Salad since we had already waited long enough and it took 25 minutes to get a salad with no dressing, the lettuce was wilted and warm. The service was terrible, no communication, gave us whatever they wanted, they even charged us $2 for 4 tortillas so we can eat our appetizer. I typically don't leave reviews but this restaurants price and service don't align as we walked out with a $200 bill and a bitter taste in our mouth due to service and unappetizing food. The waitress gave us a 30% coupon to use in the future which unfortunately I and our party have no desire to go back. Would not recommend at all! You are better off going to a real steakhouse where your money will actually get you a good meal. read more

Las Brasas mean meat is cooked over burning wood or charcoal. But meats were cooked on a gas stove. We waited 2.5 hrs for food. Waiter claims it was because of mothers day but they should have prepared for a busy day like this. The food was cold and not cooked to the temperature we asked for. We kept having to remind them what we ordered. A bit overpriced for what they serve. TBH if you want a good steak, just go to Saltgrass. read more
