This is one of my favorite cocktail bars. For jalapeño mezcal margaritas! These two cocktails don't just look good--they deliver a full sensory experience that's equal parts refreshing and bold. Served on a warm wooden bar with ambient lighting and polished metal shakers in the background, the setting sets the tone for a night of flavor-forward indulgence. Green Cocktail (jalapeños margarita) * Flavor Profile: Herbaceous and crisp, cucumber-based with a savory backbone. The salted and spiced rim adds a punchy contrast that elevates every sip. * Presentation: Garnished with a fresh cucumber slice and served in a short glass with a black straw--clean, modern, and inviting. * Balance: Cool and vegetal with just enough spice to keep things interesting. It's the kind of drink that refreshes without fading into the background. Pale Cocktail (Back) * Flavor Profile: Bright and citrusy, possibly lemon or grapefruit-forward. The salted rim suggests a savory twist, while the lemon wedge adds a zesty finish. * Texture & Sip: Smooth and light, with a subtle tang that pairs beautifully with the mellow spice on the rim. * Mood: This one feels like a sunset in a glass--easygoing, elegant, and made for slow sipping. Final Verdict These cocktails are more than just drinks--they're crafted experiences. The attention to detail in the garnishes, rim seasoning, and glassware speaks to a bar that knows its audience and isn't afraid to play with bold flavor contrasts. Whether you're here for a pre-dinner aperitif or a late-night unwind, these drinks set the tone perfectly.

We came to Las Perlas as a post comedy show meet up with a group of about 15 people and we were able to go to a gorgeous outdoor seating. There we found the kitchen and Instagram worthy wall decor and a pretty extensive menu for a bar. Inside, there was space to move around and dance if you felt like it, which can't be said about every bar in WeHo. There were beautiful lighting arrangements by the bar which only sells tequila and mezcal. I didn't feel like I was limited by my options and the bartenders were quick and attentive. Parking wasn't so shabby and there are many open pick up/drop off areas if you're taking ride-sharing options

My favorite local spot. Luckily for me, I live 2 blocks away. My best friend happens to be right above them. The service is always great and drinks flowing.

Came here last night, parking was easy to find at 730pm on a Saturday. You can hear the music coming out the building from across the street that sets the vibe on what to expect There's a bar area, booths to sit at and watch the band, a little loud for a date but thankfully there's a back restaurant area far enough away to hold a convo and here your person You order before being seated where the host is, but you'll notice pretty early there isn't a waiter that will come by or drop off water or recommendations Margaritas were bomb and happy hour daily for drinks is 5-8pm, for tacos it's 5-7pm. Got the fish tacos, definitely a fresh made tortilla, really crispy. This review is mainly for how good those tacos were. The chips and guac were recommended to me from a friend but the chips were cold and host said that's how they're served I'd come back for those tacos and drinks

Having been to the DTLA Location countless times I was eager to see if this location would be just as awesome! So so happy they have tacos here too!! And it was just as tasty. The tortillas are super soft and the meat is tender! The taquitos are loaded and their red salsa is really good. I felt like the selection of drinks/alcohol was a little more limited here but I did enjoy the drinks I did have. Went for a tequila mule to start and then the bomb combo of a Radler and shot of tequila! Good drinks, good food, good time!

This place is a true la gem Happy hour is $3 off drinks! Nice dark atmosphere with vibrant Mexican music playing, perfect for everything from a date night to night out with the friends!

Came in for a quick bite to eat before a show down the street at the Troubadour. Everything was great. Staff was friendly and helpful, the food was made promptly and brought out to us. It was towards the end of our meal that things got interesting as I had asked for hot sauce for my taco sampler The server mentioned some super spicy taco they had. Now I can handle extreme heat (I could do Hot Ones no problem) and more often than not I'm let down by what most places consider spicy. Not this time however I knew it was gonna be good when the staff from the kitchen started to check me out after it was ordered. They were being sly but by the end of the taco I feel as if I had earned their respect, I'd give it a 7 on my heat scale - it was hot and also delicious. No. What Guisados does exceptionally well is satisfy late-night taco cravings, especially after a night out of cocktails and shots. Nestled right between the bars, it's the perfect stumbling distance when the night is winding down and hunger starts making decisions for you. The tacos are flavorful, the stewed meats hit the spot, and somehow everything tastes even better when you're debating whether to go home or order one more drink. My biggest advice: get there before last call. Otherwise, expect a long line. So, is Guisados the greatest taco place on earth? Probably not. Is it exactly what I want when I'm hungry, exhausted, and looking for salvation wrapped in a tortilla? Absolutely.

These were truly the epitome of street tacos and absolutely nothing about the vibe, the service, and the FOOD, disappointed. Immediately upon arrival, I noticed the long line of people and said to myself, either this place is really good or really slow. It took me longer to decide what I wanted to try than what it took for the line to move and for it to be my turn to order. So yea, these folks are FAST and very courteous as well. They have real Al Pastor on the trompo (the spit) so of course I ordered pastor tacos and a pastor mulita. I also ordered a few SUADERO tacos which you don't find just anywhere. I am still raving about the amount of meat and flavor of the food here, it's insanely delicious. Once you get your food you make your way down to the end of the taco stand where you are met with an amazing array of fresh taco fixings and salsas. The pink creamy-habanero was the best and the green/red salsas followed right behind. I can't wait to go back to this place. It's mind blowing how a stand on the side of the road puts out better quality food than a brick/mortar taco shop..but these guys know exactly what they are doing and it was a pleasure to try their food. 20 out of 10 for this place.

I do like how they grill their meat though and they use the tortillas to scoop up the meat on the grill. Thought the al pastor was a bit salty and the cheese did not add much flavor to it, but that's probably a good thing considering the saltiness of the meat. Also, make sure you ask them for pineapples since they did not include it until we asked. They do have them sliced up in a container by the meats. Ambience is very casual and it's a stand while eating type of situation. Service was quick.

I like that they were open late to satisfy a late night taco craving. Even though there is typically a line they are quite efficient with orders and even have a parking lot/outdoor dining space in addition to their indoor space so it doesn't feel cramped. It was my first visit so I had to get a mix of their tacos and burritos with the various meats they serve. It was a nice fact to know their tortillas have some lard also so it adds a nice flavor as well. + Burrito 2.0 (asada) + Chivichanga (chicken and beef) + Tacos (chorizo, tripe, cabeza, asada) I enjoyed the burrito with asada and thought it was good portion size for the cost. The guac, cheese, and beans pair well with the meat and has a nice grill on the tortilla. The tacos were a solid size as well but I was surprised to find the tripe as my favorite because they fry it and it adds a nice crunch/texture change. The cabeza was a close second with the stewed flavors. The chivichangas were also tasty but not the traditional chimichanga I was anticipating. It's definitely on the softer side as everything mixes together and there's not much of a texture change. Worth trying if you are curious though. I ordered to go so I didn't see if they have a salsa bar but I did have to pay $.10 per to go container which would be nice if they were free. However, I liked mixing their red and green salsa with each bite. I am curious to try their avocado salsa next time. Overall, I thought the portion sizes were good for the prices and I felt full afterwards.
