Perhaps some of the best vibes of any bar I have seen in awhile. The staff is very much happy and there is a spinning game that gives you $5 dollar shots at random the patio is fun it is a scene and a mood here. Order like you're at a dive bar. Kyle very much worked here and was part of the vibe.

Our bartender, Mindi, was amazing! She always knows how to surprise me with delicious, sweet drinks. I've visited twice and each time asked her to create something sweet while still allowing the flavor of the alcohol to come through, and she has consistently delivered. Her recommendations are always spot on, and she does a wonderful job creating drinks that perfectly match my preferences. I highly recommend her and appreciate the great experience she provides!!!!

It's nice to find an alternative to Laurel Hardware (and the Hudson - RIP), in the same neck of woods. Beverages: 4/5. Solid! Manhattan for $11? I'm here for it. Good price point for the quality. I've overpaid for plenty of cocktails in this area, so it's great to see an establishment not following the same pattern. Service: 4/5. Took a minute to order a few drinks, but it's all good. Enjoyed a pleasant and real conversation with the bartender, which can sometimes be in short supply in this area. Thanks to bro behind the bar (sorry I forgot your name dawg). Vibe/Ambiance: 5/5. Dope layout and job well done. Much nicer than the old dungeon of yesteryear that occupied this space. Nice touch on the furniture, coffee table books, and Lotería Remedios. Almost felt like a kickback, or when Laurel Hardware first opened. Timing probably played a factor as it was early evening and during the work week, so we didn't get caught up in the weekend static. I'll definitely hit up Mic's again.

Mic's feels like the kind of bar you stumble into and immediately know you will be back. The retro decor is dialed in perfectly, with vintage beer signs and drinking memorabilia that give it a lived-in soul instead of a curated and thoughtful vibe. I came in for a nightcap, but the staff made it feel like more than that, taking the time to talk about the restoration process and the stories behind the place. S/o Cody - poured with care, just the kind of drink you actually want at the end of the night. It's easy to feel the love and energy for this neighborhood and the craft woven into every corner of the space. There is a warmth here that does not need to be advertised, it is just there, waiting for you to notice it. The vibe is chill, the kind of place where you can actually exhale. It already feels like a neighborhood staple, a place you can claim as your new watering hole. Mic's is not just charming, it is the kind of bar that makes you feel grateful it exists.

Absolutely love this place and what a great addition to the neighborhood. Went during the day because who doesn't need a little day drinking right now? The vibe was so chill. Bartender was cool and the owner is a sweetheart. You can really pick up on his love for this neighborhood and the industry. The ambience is country rustic with a bit of a modern twist. Tons of seating inside and out. I know Jay has some big plans for this place as far as theme nights and I can't wait to see how it unfolds.

Looks like a bar has replaced the old Fubar in West Hollywood! Cool modern industrial chic space with good drinks. The vibes are good here and is a good place to grab a drink before the night begins. They show a lot of various shows on their screens from sports, cartoon and Love Island. It's a pretty small space so not ideal for a big group but a date night or small group of 3 or 4 would be best! Service was friendly and nice too!

Best neighborhood bar within miles!! CB and the crew always make everyone feel like they are welcomed family. Completely mixed crowd with no pretense.

I asked for a menu. They don't have menus. I ordered a margarita. It was $18. This was the $18 Margarita.

Such an interesting spot to tuck it, above the Tail O' the Pup, and the building where the 'Doors' recorded their last studio album (LA Lady). They are obviously popular due to social media and it's not a huge place so they have to move people in and out, so just don't be late. The staff was uber-pleasant and personable, yet professional and expeditious. I didn't try any food, but the drinks were very tasty. They also have a small outside veranda if you prefer to sit out there. I was very pleased by my experience at the Lucky Tiki!

Our bartender was Shane and he was wonderful and really made our experience memorable. Zeke was the other bartender who was great as well. We ordered a Painkiller and a Captain's Inner Circle. Each drink comes in its own unique cup/glass and has such a fun presentation. The painkiller was presented to us with some fire elements and the captain's inner circle was hilarious - they ring a bell and all the workers join in on saying you're a part of the inner circle. Now the taste. Both of the drinks were delicious! We love a painkiller and this one definitely didn't disappoint, it totally hit the spot. I also loved the inner circle drink, it was coconutty and had fruity elements like apricot in it. There are so many drinks on their menu, we wish we could try them all! We'll have to come back next time to try more. They also have food but we didn't have time to try any dishes this time.

Since I never watch that kind of 'stuff', that connection meant nothing to me. However, now that it's been sold to the purveyors of a successful Venice bar lounge, Roosterfish moved up quickly on our gaydar for a visit during PRIDE weekend. It was upbeat and loud but surprisingly not off-putting. That has a lot to do with the century-old Mediterranean olive trees in the massive open-air courtyard in the middle. Even wrapped in colorful fairy lights, the trees breathe life into the space even with a huge disco ball hanging from the canopy. The dance floor was fairly crowded and pulsating like crazy, but the surrounding tables weren't as coveted. There were plenty of bartenders during PRIDE, so there was no wait for drink orders. The Tequila Sunrises were on the high side at $20 given the plastic cups (Photo), but they gave us the requisite kick. There are rumors that Jamie and I may have been on the dance floor when the DJ was playing Erasure. I will neither confirm nor deny it. The host, Adam, was so welcoming and helpful throughout the evening, checking to make sure we were enjoying our food and drinks, even moving us to a different table since our original one was in a wind tunnel blowing up our dresses. It had Tequila, Yuzu, Lychee, Passionfruit, topped with a Hibiscus Mezcal Float and a piece of Rainbow Sour Candy. It was refreshing, delicious, and absolutely gorgeous! 2) the Cosmopolitan: made with Grey Goose Vodka, Pierre Ferrand Dry Curaçao, and cranberry. It was pretty tasty, not exactly like a traditional Cosmo and had a bit of a bite to it, but good enough that I got two. My friend and I shared the guacamole which was a pretty decently sized portion and came with a big basket of chips. We also got the Weho Choco Tacos and they were delectable! It's a bit pricey with drinks ranging from $22-$26, but that's to be expected in Weho and especially on Sunset Boulevard. Just something to keep in mind. The crowd was also so nice! We made friends with the couple sitting next to us and watched the end of the NBA finals together on one of their phones. I also met some nice girls in the bathroom and we had a long conversation about the best clothes to pack for a trip to Europe. Everyone was there to have a good time and it showed!
