I was recently staying at the Orlando World Center Marriott for a conference, and while Orlando is a city with a lot to offer, I only left the hotel a few times during my five-day stay due to so many restaurants, meeting spaces, and opportunities to connect with colleagues within the World Center Marriott. That included a visit to Latitude & Longitude for a business meeting lunch on my first full day at the hotel. From the service to the food to the overall experience, I had a delightful time at Latitude & Longitude. On my first full day in Orlando, I took part in a business meeting prior to the start of my conference. We had lunch in a private room within Latitude & Longitude where there was a pre-arranged menu. We each ordered a salad entree with a protein topper of our choice along with a dessert and a non-alcoholic beverage. The salad included cucumber, heirloom tomatoes, red onion, feta cheese, olives, chickpeas, grilled asparagus, grilled artichoke, and citrus vinaigrette. We then had the option to add a 4 ounce filet, chicken, or market fish onto the salad. I chose the chicken. The dessert was chocolate ganache cake with organic berries and raspberry coulis. I chose a Shirley Temple for my beverage. The serving team was very responsive, answered many questions, and provided quick service. The salad and dressing with the chicken was quite tasty, but it was the dessert that was absolutely delicious and decadent!! Latitude & Longitude offers simple Southern dining with a Florida flair, featuring a diverse menu of dishes and drinks prepared with seasonal, locally sourced ingredients. It is open daily from 7 AM to 4 PM. Latitude is located in the Marriott and open for breakfast and lunch each day. My colleague and I came in for a nice breakfast (a la carte). The coffee was hot and good - plenty in our pitcher. Service was great and food came out quite fast. My burrito was huge and I was very pleased to find that they made it exactly as I requested - light on the cheese. It was perfectly balanced inside without globs of cheese. Nice job! My colleague had an omelet, simply with peppers and sausage. He said his was also good. I didn't see the breakfast buffet so I can't comment on it. I'm giving five stars because everything was great, but, prices here do seem a bit steep for breakfast. There are more reasonable options in the area, outside the hotel. But if you're staying here and want a good breakfast one morning, this place is solid. read more

IlWe came here for lunch after arriving at the hotel and also breakfast the next morning. The service was excellent and the food was great as well. The breakfast buffet was great. I love that they have 2 sections of the same items so that you don't have to wait in the same line if it's crowded. There is only one ordering station for pancakes and omelettes. There are a lot of different items to choose from and they were all delicious. I love smoked salmon so I was happy to see they had that as an option. They also have a regular menu if you don't want the buffet but since we had our breakfast included, we opted for the buffet. There is a lot of seating as well and I like that there are booths. Excellent breakfast while staying at the Marriott World Center. Despite there being a line to be seated, the service was great & reasonably fast. There is a nice buffet for $34 but decided to order instead. The breakfast sandwich was delicious and they let me sub bacon for ham. The steak & eggs were also delicious--a tender 4oz filet with tarragon butter. Our server was so good--he even made us to-go coffees without asking! It's supposed to be open until 4:00 for breakfast and then lunch but the day before, on a Saturday, they closed at 2:00 for some reason. read more

Solid breakfast choice when staying at the World Center Marriott. We ate here twice, once ordering off the regular menu and once trying their breakfast buffet. I actually enjoyed the regular breakfast better. I found that it was fresher and hotter. The price was decent too. We don't eat a lot, so the buffet is a bit steep and isn't worth it for the money for us. But I will say that it had a great selection. Really nice variety of fruits, meats (their kielbasa was to die for), and breads/pastries. The eggs were a bit watery and powdery tasting. But there was a section you could get an omelette or fresh eggs to order (I just didn't wait because the line was too long). Service was ok. We had to flag someone down anytime we wanted refills on drinks. But at least both times our servers were very nice so that's a plus. read more

While staying at the Marriott Imperial Palms vacation club recently, we wanted to check out Latitude and Longitude for breakfast. They had a menu that sounded great - albeit expensive - and it didn't require us to take an Uber to get off the property. The restaurant is located within the larger Marriott hotel, alongside other eateries, a Starbucks and sports bar on the main floor. We were sat immediately around 9am on a recent Saturday. The restaurant is HUGE, clean and also offers both a continental and hot foods buffet. We were greeted immediately by Jacqui and she explained some of her favorite items and buffet options to us. Jacqui was wonderful throughout our meal - anticipated all of our needs and helped get some information regarding upcomining activities. She went above and beyond to make sure we were well taken care of. We browsed the menu, enjoyed hot coffee and decided on plated items. Both my husband and another family member enjoyed the chorizo hash. The portion for this was huge! And they both said it was delicious. Little one tried French toast with fresh fruit, which was quite soggy. The fruit was good. I ordered the avocado toast. My toast was super disappointing. For $18, I got one slice of bread with the thinnest layer of mashed avocado, and toppings. Overall service, cleanliness and atmosphere and the hash brought this up to 3 stars. Food was pretty good, Latina gave me recommendations but i wanted something a little light before hitting the hotel pool so I opted for the turkey wrap but boy it was a a hefty meal! All three of us ordered the breakfast sandwich with our own custom modifications, and we were impressed with how accurately everything was prepared. Our server was absolutely wonderful--attentive, friendly, and accommodating. Unfortunately, the food quality didn't match the service. The hashbrowns were crisp on top but soggy and cold in the middle, which made them hard to enjoy. The fried egg had a dark, almost black edge--likely from a dirty flattop--and overall, the meal felt unnecessarily greasy and heavy. While the staff made the experience pleasant, the food itself fell short, especially for a resort at this level. We had a 1:30 PM reservation on Sunday, April 20, for two. The brunch is advertised at $55 per person, but don't be fooled--after factoring in the mandatory $40 valet parking (for just an hour), tax, and tip, the total came to $185 for two people. Definitely not worth it. The food itself was average at best. The selection was minimal--basically a basic breakfast buffet with a few lunch options tossed in. Nothing felt special or elevated. Service was okay, but nothing stood out. To top it off, the shuttle van driver taking guest back to the villas was surprisingly rude and unwelcoming, which really capped off the disappointing experience. When we tried to get on his van, he yelled "wrong van". All in all, I wouldn't return. There are far better brunch experiences in Orlando--don't let the seemingly "affordable" base price lure you in. read more

While staying at the Marriott World Center had the pleasure if enjoying lunch at Latitude and Longitude. It was recommended by our valet when parking the car. Parking is $50 a day so get the validation at the restaurant you'll save $45. I recommend doing so. The restaurant was half empty even though there was a convention going on and we were seated immediately, right around 1:30 p.m. Our server brought us menus, water and asked for our drink order. We both decided on the crab cake sandwich and it was amazing. It has a delicious aioli which is only slightly spicy on a big fluffy bun and a huge amount of crab, tomato and lettuce. It is one of the best crab sandwiches I have ever had. It is served with a side of chips, fries or salad, your choice. everyone in the restaurant was attentive and friendly and we were not rushed at all. It is a brightly lit space and there is plenty of room between tables and boots so you do not feel cramped. It has a great ambience and a very casual feeling about it. I don't see how this could be an award winning restaurant, as advertised, unless it was for how the food looks when it is served. I got stuck eating here several times, and the food has no flavor. The turkey wrap is bland, with wilty iceberg lettuce and tomato that could not possibly have less flavor and orida crinkle fries, all for $19. Next I ordered a chorizo breakfast burrito because that should have flavor, right? Nope. Bland. Also $19. Next trip ordered a breakfast plate with eggs, sausage and hashbrowns. It was presented on a iron skillet with chocolate drizzle on the side. We are huge fans of brownies and vanilla ice cream, and Latitude & Longitude nailed this dessert. My daughter recommended that we dine at Latitude & Longitude for breakfast, which was only 5 minutes away from our resort. I'm not a buffet person, but as buffets go, this is the best! They offer made to order pancakes, french toast, and omelets. They have a wide selection of other dishes from the usual fare of home fries, grits, sausage, bacon, fruit, and pastries to the surprising finds, including smoked salmon, steak, and brie. I had a bite or two of everything. The French toast topped with fresh blueberries and whipped cream was delicious. Their signature omlete was huge and tasty. All of us are grits connoisseurs from South Carolina, and we agreed that the grits were creamy goodness! Ms. Terry was our sever. She was kind, attentive, and seemed to genuinely smile as she waited on us--four adults, one preteen, and one toddler. The buffet was a bit pricey at $32 for adults, but $16 for kids was very reasonable. We have definitely moved LL to the top three breakfast destinations in the Disney area. read more

We had breakfast buffet on Christmas morning and the service was so great. Our waitress spent time talking to us, attending to my kids (turns out she has two kids similar age too) and was just so pleasant that made the whole experience. Buffet was as expected but I don't eat a lot at buffets (I know waste of money)... I do have to say, my kids chocolate chip pancakes were delicious!
