The restaurant is wonderfully decorated and the food is a nice variety of classic. It modern French dishes. We loved the tuna carpaccio they had as a shareable plate. The baked Brie bread was a rich treat and I loved the classic bolognese pasta. But the hero was our server Jordan who made it special for a birthday and an engagement celebration. Came here for brunch on a Sunday morning. The restaurant is located inside the Global Ambassador hotel. Beautifully decorated, it has that fancy and elegant feel to it. The service was excellent too and got a party of 3 seated pretty quickly without reservations. We were impressed by the food here. I ordered the omelette and my husband got the Oscar Benedict which comes with crab. We also ordered the pancrepes for the table which was a nice sweet treat. We had an amazing dinner with a super attentive staff at the restaurant. We started out with the plateau (a seafood platter of oysters, lobster and shrimp) It was delicious and super fresh. This year to celebrate my birthday and my girlfriend's birthday, we went to dinner at Le Âme a French steakhouse inside of The Global Ambassador with a few close family and friends. The Global Ambassador is stunning and gives off a high end, and sociable atmosphere from the moment you enter. The restaurant itself is decorated beautifully and ran very well. I love the open kitchen concept that Le Âme has! Our server was helpful and suggested great drinks/dishes. The king crab bucatini was by far my favorite dish. The large chunks of king crab, al dente pasta, and garlicky sauce all paired perfectly. The Waygu Bolognese was also to die for and had a unique taste to the tender waygu. I loved the Filet Mignon and could eat a filet everyday if the meat melted in my mouth as that did. My favorite appetizer were the mussels which were served in the best boullion that I have had. My wife and I went to Le Ame after hearing about this new French (Parisian) steakhouse concept. The restaurant is located inside the elegant and gorgeous Global Ambassador hotel which is next to the lobby bar on 1st floor. We started off with the Tiny Tini drinks which were simple and tasty, and ordered the Duck spring rolls and French onion soup which were amazing appetizers. The soup is a bit heavy and salty for those who might be sensitive so you'll definitely need a strong appetite for it. We split the skirt steak and pasta which were so delicious when paired with a beautiful bottle of Bordeaux wine! Overall, we loved this romantic restaurant as it made us feel like we were in France given its beautiful decor and open kitchen concept. Upon arrival, we entered through the market doors and the friendly barista directed us the right way. My best friend and I had a wonderful time here! Right when we sat, the service we had was impeccable! We were greeted by our wonderful server, Nekane. She was on top of it and knowledgeable. We visited Le Ame twice in 2024--once for our 6th anniversary in July, which was amazing, and again in November for my husband's birthday. Unfortunately, the second visit wasn't as great. We ordered the Bone-In Ribeye Dry Aged ($89), but it was tough. The manager kindly replaced it, so we tried the Wagyu Rib Cap ($155). While tender, it was overly salty. A third attempt came out bland, and after nearly two hours, we decided to settle and focus on celebrating. The general manager was very accommodating and comped the steak, which we appreciated. Other dishes, like the King Crab Bucatini, Truffle Roasted Chicken, and Short Rib Bourguignon, were outstanding and made the meal memorable. As a Michelin Key Hotel Restaurant, Le Ame excels in many ways, but consistency with steaks needs improvement. If you go, we recommend the non-steak dishes. One small note: Le Ame offers a feature where you can upload a photo and celebration details when making a reservation. This is meant to personalize your experience, but it didn't happen for us. I went to Le Ame on a Tuesday night with a few friends. I utilized the valet service ($10); however, there are free parking options nearby (not sure how close, though). I got there about 20 minutes before our reservation. Grabbed a drink at the lobby bar (Old Fashioned - very good) and found a seat while I waited. To start we ordered the Crispy Onion Frites, Pork Belly Dumplings (came in 6 pieces), Truffled Brie Baguette (4 pieces), and the Ravioles Du Dauphine (comes in like a half-a-plate sized sheet). Crispy Onion Frites (8/10) - I don't typically like onions, but these were very good. Dumplings (9/10) - Will order again. Baguette (10/10) - This is a must order, in my opinion. So good. Ravioles Du Dauphine (9/10) For my main I ordered the Wagyu Bolognese. 8/10. It was good; I have no complaints, but will likely try something else next time. The garlic bread that came with was good. One of my friend's main was the 8oz filet & Butter poached lobster - Said the steak was cooked perfectly. Didn't give a number rating, but based on his reaction, at least a 9/10. He really enjoyed the lobster as well, but steak was the highlight. Other friend ordered the New York Strip - Also complimented the cook and had a similar reaction as the prior friend. My two other friends both ordered the Dover Sole. They were both very satisfied. I'd say from their reaction the rating would be at least 8/10. We also ordered an add-on from The Grill and a couple Accoutrements that we split: Sam's Famous Garlic Butter Noodles - 7/10. They were good, but nothing crazy. My friends didn't mention anything about them, either. Truffle Twice-Baked Potato - I didn't try this but each of my friends did and loved it. Mac & Cheese Gratin - 8.5/10. Very creamy - delicious. Lastly, for dessert we ordered the Creme Brulee and Toffee & Pecan Gateaux. This was my first time trying Creme Brulee - not for me. Too sweet. For better perspective, my friends are creme brulee fans and LOVED this one. For the Toffee & Pecan Gateaux - 9/10. This was very delicious. Would definitely order again. Service was spot on. The server was very polite and informative. When our food was delivered it was handed to the person who made the order (didn't have to ask, "Who ordered the..."). This doesn't bother me when it doesn't happen, but was just a nice touch that showed their training is a step above your usual place. I also recognized who appeared to be the Manager/Owner was very active/present. Helped with delivering food, checking it on customers, etc. Listed at 5* above, but I like to also provide a more specific rating out of 10, for more perspective. I give Le Ame a 9.4/10. Drinks were delivered shortly after ordering but getting our main dishes was another story. It took about an hour. I had ordered the quiche which arrived cold with a side of greens drenched in a too tart lemon vinaigrette. There was no server in sight and I was hungry so I ate half of the cold quiche, it was not even a little bit warm. Others we were with seemed to enjoy their meals but they were certainly not raving about them. When the server arrived to clear the plates, I informed her that the quiche was cold. My first review was for the Market. I made reservations for La Ame the week it opened for mid January.. I figured by then they would work out some kinks. This place was hopping the night we showed up. They had a line out the door waiting for people to get in. Make a reservation - be patient. They have staff of at least 22 working the front floor and they are non stop on fire. The service was great.. Makes me wonder how they'll operate the hotel side of this as I wouldn't says it's relaxing but entertaining. It's as if, La Ame is the place to be. Let's start with the simple. The water is delicious. The two mocktails andn the menu were refreshing we ordered multiple of them. (Mocktails are the new thing - by the way) The baguette and butter was good The steak tartare was amazing. Crab cake was good. Soooooo.... It was underwhelming. First, our reservation was at 8:30 and we weren't sat until around 8:50. Then we got the table closer to the kitchen which felt like a filler table that was added last minute. And I'm talking 2 steps away from the kitchen, every server walking by our table to get to the kitchen. Oddly close to the cooks. Next, the food was absolute mid. I got the king crab bucatini and the description the serve gave sounded so good but in reality it was under seasoned, bland, and $68 for less than a 1/4 cup of crab. I was very disappointed. My friend got the truffle roasted chicken, which was salty (nice crisp on the skin) and the potatoes tasted like instant potatoes. My other friends enjoyed their Mac and cheese and the short rib. Drinks were good (thank god)! Overall, it was an experience and I almost feel bad for being the one to suggest it for the night. A beautiful experience. I do want to preface I went for brunch, so I cannot speak on the dinner menu. The restaurant has a front of house little market for more on the go and fast dining, but also an actual sit down dining experience further back. It's nestled around a beautiful, luxury hotel. There is also indoor and outdoor seating, and they take reservations. My friend and I each got iced vanilla spice lattes that were delicious. We also each got the croque madame. We dined at Le Âme on a recent Saturday night and it was phenomenal. Everything from the ambience, to the service and food was top notch. We started with the tuna ponzu and tuna carpaccio (clearly tuna's our thing) and both preparations - while very different - were light, refreshing and delicious. The ricotta ravioli that followed were ethereal, complemented with a robust tomato sauce that was the perfect match. On the savory side, we finished up with the crab cake which was delicate and had little if any filler. Crab as it was meant to be! Although stuffed, we managed to find room for the warm date cake with salted toffee sauce. Wow!! That alone would have been worth the visit. My husband and I have been eagerly anticipating the opening of this restaurant! It has been very busy and hard to get a reservation. Fyi - valet is currently free. If you park in the garage, you can have your ticket validated. The menu is generally French, with things like Croque Monsieur and salade Nicoise, though there are also things like oysters, spring rolls, and a reuben sandwich on the menu. I ordered a turmeric latte and a salade Nicoise. Both were very good, but the seared tuna on the salad Nicoise was lacking in seasoning and flavor. My husband ordered a French onion soup and a reuben sandwich and said the soup was great but the seasoning of the reuben was off ( it needed more acid in the cole slaw). The menu overall reminded me of The Henry, its sister restaurant down the street, in that everything on the menu is good, but I wasn't blown away by anything in particular. I had eggs Benedict and it came with potatoes and a salad. I'm not a big salad person so I didn't eat a lot of the salad, but it was tasty. The potatoes were just OK. They were the little small potatoes that still had the skin on which is not my favorite thing but again it was OK. The eggs Benedict needed some help. I did ask for extra hollandaise sauce and that came out promptly. I just can't put my finger on it, but the eggs Benedict were just OK. Nothing to write home about! I think it might be that I like my food to be piping hot and it was Lukewarm. I also got the French toast and again nothing to write home about. They said that it was caramelized, but I thought it was a little burnt. It is supposed to be crunchy because of the caramelization, but it seemed like it was just a tad on the overcooked side. My girlfriend also had the French toast and her toast was not as dark as mine. She had been here before and raved about the French toast, but she even said that the French toast wasn't as good as it was before. My other girlfriend had an omelette made with egg whites and she loved it. I will definitely go back. I just won't get the eggs Benedict. But again the service was spectacular. We had an intimate spot in the dining room with candle lit table for a birthday dinner. Service was impeccable. The smell of truffle butter was heavenly! They have a decent wine list by-the-glass, as well as fill wine list by the bottle. I had a red and a white and enjoyed both. We ordered the French baguette (yum!), shrimp cocktail (4 jumbo shrimp), Cesar salad, filets, mushrooms and the twice baked potato. The filets were cooked perfectly and were not overly seasoned. The mushrooms were delightful with just the right amount of herbs. We didn't care for the twice baked potato as it tasted too chivey or onion-y, but that's just personal taste. In all fairness, Paul did recommend a different side but I was set on the twice baked! We also received a small dessert for my boyfriends birthday. The place is lively, and you have to walk through the Lobby Bar to enter. What a surprise that was. We stopped and had an after-dinner drink here as well. Sam Fox's exquisite new Global Ambassador Hotel opened this past Wednesday and we got to experience Le Ame, the Parisian Steakhouse, which is the resort's soul. It features a classic open kitchen, a sophisticated dining room and a polished group of servers. When we arrived for a 1pm reservation on Friday, the dining room was high energy and filled with smartly dressed diners. I will say it does get a tad noisy with the concrete ceiling, I have a tradition of always starting a meal at a French restaurant with the classic French Onion Soup. It was delish and beautifully presented. However, I don't understand why it took over 30 minutes to get our next course served. Seemed like the kitchen might have been a bit overwhelmed. However, the Prime Rib Sandwich and Reuben were hearty portions of choice meats, awesome breads and crispy frites.
