Great customer service! I ordered a BBQ Western Burger, but it came with several veggies (The menu didn't mention any veggies). They happily fixed the issue and gave me what I was expecting to receive. This place has a good variety of items to choose from. They also have a wall full of snacks and a fridge full of drinks. Nice spot, I will definitely come back.

Shout out Kev and the whole Le Cafe team, even though tortilla scooping chips were not an option, they still went out of their way to make some! The service is always great and I'm never disappointed by the food or prices! I come here occasionally and will definitely recommend it!

Daily special on 7/11- fettuccine Alfredo side salad and bread $12

Absolutely fell in love with the first bite! I work hybrid at the canvas offices and have been wanting to try Le Cafe. I finally made my way over during lunch on Thursday, and let me tell you it was the perfect day. A gloomy July? Perfect for sitting outside for lunch. I was intimidated with the line of 4 people ahead of me, thinking I should've ordered ahead of time. But if I did I wouldn't have known the special for the day was fettuccine Alfredo w side salad and bread for $12! I asked for side of sundried tomatoes and he was even nice enough to ask cold or grilled? So glad I chose this place, food was fantastic, wait was less than 5 minutes and service was great! Can't wait to come back and try the breakfast burritos!

On a cold and gloomy morning, under a return-to-office regime, Le Café made the trip to the office worthwhile. Angels descended upon me and sang an immaculate chorus as I took my first bite from my Chorizo Burrito and sip of cappuccino (i.e., it was really good). I'm glad I stumbled upon this spot. Food and coffee and service are all top notch and I love the effort they put into the hand drawn menu. Huge variety of sandwiches, salads, burgers, and breakfast items. They also have a snack bar for a quick grab-and-go. I don't love coming to the office, but I'll do it for the burrito!

I've been craving a breakfast burrito for awhile.. I ordered the Regular breakfast burrito it was really good!

Drinks (4/5): - There was a standard selection of drinks and I decided to get the double matcha. It was not bad by any means. However, I did feel that it was a bit sweeter than how I typically like it with what tasted like hints vanilla (possibly the cream?). - I later checked some reviews and saw that sweetness is something other's have noted. Interior (4/5): - There is a lot of space which is great! There are many small coffee tables to sit and chat, a plethora of larger 1/2 seater tables to do work at, and a large cross shaped table in the center which can definitely seat a lot of people. - This space would have honestly been at the top of my list in terms of interior if not for one thing: the temperature. Don't get me wrong, I wasn't sweating buckets or anything but it was a ~90 degree day outside and I feel like I expected it to be a little cooler inside than what it was. Service (4/5): - Standard service overall, staff was respectful and nice. The only thing I have in mind to note was a mild lack of urgency by the baristas to attend to customers. - I ended up sitting closer to the register and over time I noticed that most customers would wait a bit of time before being helped. - It doesn't seem like they have the largest team (2-3 people) so I understand if it's busier, but by my observation it was never busy enough to have people be waiting to give their order. At the end of the day solid cafe overall though. Would still come again to try different drinks with the staff's opinion on sweetness, but maybe not to do a lot of work on a hot day .

At the Costa Mesa location, parking was a little tricky at first, but after circling we got lucky with a corner spot. The location itself is SO cute! The line was pretty long and you are standing in direct sun, so just keep that in mind, but the service was quick and efficient once you order. Inside, it's small but really charming, with Sunny Angels hidden around and a very open, friendly vibe. My sister (who is basically a professional coffee drinker at this point ) got the matcha and said it was her favorite, which says a lot. I got the iced Spanish latte with oat milk, and it was SO good. Spanish lattes are my go-to, and this one had the perfect hint of cinnamon without being overly sweet. Even as the ice melted, it still tasted great, which is rare. The Torrance location was just as good! Parking was easier, the space is bigger, and the service was still super friendly and fast. My husband got the cold brew "Nook way" and finished it in like 10 minutes. He said it tasted like Golden Grahams cereal. Highly recommend both locations and especially the Spanish latte. I actually tried another nearby place first, only to discover it was closed for renovations--and I am SO glad it was, because otherwise I might never have found Long Black. I ended up coming here three times. No regrets. My first visit, I ordered the Biscoff cookie coffee and a spam, egg & cheese croissant. The coffee was delicious and, surprisingly, not overly sweet at all. You could still really taste the quality of the coffee underneath the flavor. And the spam, egg & cheese croissant? LIFE-CHANGING. Seriously. The next day I came back and tried their popular hazelnut Einspänner. I was not prepared for how thick the cream layer on top would be at first, but I let it sit for a bit while I drove to the office and allowed the cream to melt into the coffee a little. AMAZING. I love hazelnut, and this was so good. Naturally, I had to come back one more time before leaving and tried the banana cloud coffee. Again: fantastic. What impressed me most across all three drinks was the balance. Their flavored coffees aren't "sugar with some coffee." You taste the COFFEE first, then the rich cream and flavor, and then just enough sweetness. That's really hard to do well, and they absolutely nail it. I also tried an almond croissant, which was very good--and I say that as an almond-croissant heat-seeking missile who will find every great almond croissant within striking distance. They told me they bake their pastries in-house that morning, and you can tell. I eventually brought my sister with me, and she loved it too, including her regular croissant. Beyond the food and drinks, I loved watching the staff work. Everyone seemed genuinely dedicated to what they were doing and to the craft of making really good coffee. I came here because another coffee shop was closed. I came back twice because Long Black was THAT good. This will absolutely be my coffee stop anytime I'm on this side of town again.

Long Black has the option of online ordering but I decided to stop in to check out the ambiance. I found the interior much more spacious and welcoming than I'd expected seeing how weird the angle of the door to the cafe. We placed our orders and see several people already enjoying the space. The coffee and matcha are great. I see Long Black also joining the trend of offering season "Orange cream" type of a foam or note.... They took it up a notch by adding the essence of orange cream liqueur. I had to give it a try, and it wasn't bad, but the orange cream flavor didn't hold up the way I wanted. It dissolved pretty quickly, so by the end, it felt more like I was just drinking cold brew with a hint of orange. I should had stuck with my usual and favorite Biscoff Pannna Coffee!!
