They have a decent amount of nail polishes and can do a somewhat good job but their customer service is horrible. If you don't have an appointment good luck in them paying attention to you. Also be very specific when you make an appointment and have them repeat the services you requested to you because they will not accommodate you in anyway. I have been coming to Le My's for more than 4 years and in the beginning the service was great. Now I kept coming back for their low prices and they do a decent job. Although customer service was not all there anymore I still kept coming. Today they crossed the line. Me and my two sisters went for gel Mani and pedicure. At first everything was okay as normal. When they started painting my sister's toes she didn't like the color they picked out to match her pedicure so she asked if she can choose a different one. Long story short the girl got mad and started being rude. She even threw some color palets at my sister. My sister even asked is she was ok. Things escalated real quick even the manager/owner was rude. We walked out and they tried to charge us full price for unfinished Mani and pedicure. They have terrible service. They didn't even care that I am a loyal customer. Honestly all we really wanted was an apology for the employees rude behavior. They just lost three customers :( read more

First visit and I was fairly impressed. Salon was very clean and the gentleman who did my gel French Manicure was meticulous. Spa pedicure was good. Total cost $42!! But I was a walk-in and it took 2 1/2 hours. Worth a try; maybe less time if I made an appointment. read more

I'm usually there 3 times a month and I've been going there for over a year before the service used to be great! For some reason now I don't have a great experience here. They now forget to do small things like put a hot towel on me after or put the blue powder in the water for my pedicure. Also, before they used to dry my feet before applying lotion. Now they just put the lotion over my wet feet which bugs me because I'm very picky.... It does not feel good. They also got new girls so maybe that can be it. Hopefully things go back to how they were because I do not want to change nail salons. But overall it's a great place if you're not picky. read more

Talk about horrible customer service...My daughter and I had an appointment at Le My's Salon. We arrived on time and were very rudely told by the male (owner) of the salon that the appointment was only for one person. I politely told him that the appointment was booked for 2 people and he responded in a very loud and discourteous manner. He didn't even bother to entertain the thought that perhaps he had made a mistake-which we would have been fine with; we would have been willing to wait but he offered absolutely no solution to the situation. Instead we were treated with disrespect in front of the other customers and employees. Bottom line? His vile behavior clearly proves that loyal customers like ourselves aren't important to his business. It's a shame that people like this seem to think that just because your business is good today, it will always be that way. They think that there will always be "more" customers to fill the gap of those they pushed away. It seems to me by reading many of these reviews that we are not the only customers that Le My's Salon don't appreciate. Best mani and pedi i have ever gotten! I came here because I'm going to be a bridesmaid in my brother's wedding. I got a gel manicure and a deluxe pedicure. They have great attention to detail and give excellent massages. Very polite and professional. If i didnt live out of town I would make this my regular spot. read more

I am HUGE on cleanliness. I have been looking for pedicure spa that is clean, comfortable, and affordable. This place does open a new tool packet for each pedicure. But it's not as clean as I would like. I asked for a simple mani/pedi and they completely finished my pedi before they even began my manicure. All other places I've gone to start you off on both. My nail technician gave an AMAAAZZZING massage. I would definitely come back for the massage but not necessarily for service. She didn't rush through it. I just had one of the best feetgasmic pedicures ever! I'm totally kicking myself for not remembering the lovely girls name, but she did an amazing job with my pedicure! They have different packages and I chose the second to lowest one. i searched yelp for a great nail salon i came across Le My's Nails the service is great! i made an appointment in case it was packed since i went on a Saturday but i got there and it wasn't. yes they did take a while to do my nails but that's what i loved the best, they make sure they leave your nails as best as possible. i got a sparkly neutral gel manicure and it was fabulous :) I'm am totally pleased i discovered this place and i will definitely go back :D.....p.s the prices aren't bad at all which is another plus and its a very clean place read more

I stopped at this place to try it since I do my eyebrows near by. I was walking in through their back door, since I parked in the back parking lot of the business and some guy didn't even let me in. He opened the door before me and said "Yes?" So I thought to myself maybe I wasn't allowed to use that entrance or something? Best nail salon in Downey area. I'd suggest getting an appointment because they're always busy. I call at least one day in advance. Holly has been doing my gel manicure for a few months now. I've never had any problems with lifting or peeling. I remove my polish myself because I don't like my nails being damaged by excessive filing. Been coming here for years and even though the staff isn't the friendliest, they have done great work and never been rude but today that changed. I was a walk in today for a regular manicure and pedicure. The lady that did my manicure placed the soapy water dish to soak my nails, I put my hand in and I guess that's not what she wanted at the time...she yanked my hand out without even saying anything (strike 1) Then in the middle of my manicure she says randomly "pay now" Which I have never done in all the years going there. I always pay at the counter after and at first I didn't understand her and she got upset. So the other girl had to say it and I paid but I felt that that was rude (strike 2) everything else was just uncomfortable I tipped them both for there time I felt they deserved it for touching my hands and feet. Though 1 nail has a bubble (I'll deal with it). I used to recommend them to friends and coworkers...I will never do that again or ever go back to this place. I stopped coming here a long time ago because it seemed that after the first appointment to get me to go as I was a new customer they never tried to work with me again on setting appointment times. Seemed like they all just wanted to go home at 6 pm on the dot when I clearly told them it would only take me 10 minutes to get there after work at 5:10 PM. if you have an hour and a half to do your nails(sometimes more) than this is the place for you. They start off with my pedi takes about an hour then they finally do my manicure which takes another hour and a half. I have no patience to be here for two or more hours.. I just wish two girls can start working on me at the same time. Oh and took them about 10 min to find my gel color, they couldn't find the first one so I chose another color than they looked for the second one and I don't even think it was the same exact color as I chose. BUT they do a great job. They def need more workers. They told 3 customers that came in that they don't have time for them. (there was only 3 customers getting there nails done.) 3 workers and 1 other worker who just does clean ups on nails. I should have read the reviews before going to this place. I just needed a polish (Gel) change but decided to get a pedi when I arrived. The pedi was ok But The attitude I got from the nail tech was HORRIBLE. She was going to leave the some of the red color I had and polish over. Until I said that was not going to work because the new color was nude and well that would be tacky. I think she might have been a new tech because it took forever for her to remove the gel, the shape of the nails were completely different so I asked her if she could at least make the tips square like they were when I arrived. She literally got up and began saying something in another language. I felt SO UNCOMFORTABLE that I just wanted to get up and leave. When she returned I said to her "I think I'll just pay for what you've already done and get them finished later". At that point her attitude changed and was VERY nice. Lol...I won't be coming back. This experience made me appreciate my regular nail salon and even though it is much further away the drive is worth it. I hope they look at their reviews and change their customer service practices because it is a nice place. read more

I absolutely fell in love with this place during my first visit! I got a gel manicure and basic pedicure. Staff took their time and were incredibly meticulous with my nails. I was there for about an hour and 45 minutes but it's so worth it! They make sure that the work is perfect. You cannot beat their prices either. read more

Had an appointment on a Friday morning, yet I arrived nobody was at the front desk, everyone was busy. Until about 20 minutes after I waited at the seating area I was asked if I had already been helped. A little while later I had my manicure and pedicure done. Great pedicure by Sophia, loved it. Yet, the man that did my manicure (a short-haired man) made me bleed a long time because he cut too much of my cuticle. It didn't hurt too much because I'm pretty tolerant, but it's been 3 days and the cut looks ugly. So nope, I won't be back. read more
