Happy Character---the spirit of dining at Le Peep

[[HIGHLIGHT]]I can't say enough about this restaurant: their quality, friendly staff, atmosphere, and consistently wonderful fare.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] It is my favorite eaterie in San Antonio. In fact, I've written a song on YouTube (they didn't know it until after I published it) called Eatin' at Le Peep. I think it says it all. You'll make it your spot for breakfast and lunch forever. We love coming to Le peep because there's usually no weight on a Sunday after church. Food is always delicious.

Good value and good food. Visited twice for breakfast both times. We ordered pancakes, stuffed French toast, omelette. Food takes slightly longer to come out, but both times was hot and fresh. Potatoes were crisp outside and fluffy interiors. Portions are generous, and staff is friendly. Would visit again.

My friend Lauren was right! Best hollandaise sauce in town! She use to eat at the location down south while in school. Every single item we had was delicious. I tasted almost everything. Absolutely delicious! The eggs Benedict are my friends favorites. But I honestly enjoyed the Sir Benedict omelette. That sauce is so delicious. Yummo! I will definitely be vack!

First time visit. I was out and about and hungry. I googled restaurants near me for breakfast. This was a great choice. Staff was very friendly and helpful. My server was very attentive. I ordered a Belgium waffle egg potatoes and crispy bacon. I will say it's the first time ever my bacon was cooked to perfection i usually have to return it to the kitchen to be fried harder. I will definitely return to try more items.

[[HIGHLIGHT]]It's a very cute and cozy cafe.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] The french toast was okay, I've definitely had better. It comes with walnuts but I requested them to be off. The potatoes and cheese were pretty okay as well. I added onions and it was a good touch. The strawberries and creme smoothie is really good definitely something to try. The server was super nice and adorable. She immediately saw a mistake and fixed it. She wasn't over bearing but she was consistent. You have to pay at the host stand which there needs to be sign for but overall okay food for really good prices.

Delicious brunch, we had a short wait and our waitress, Sarah, was kind and very attentive! The peeples plate for kids was perfect for my 15 month old, had a little of everything, pancake, eggs and bacon! The Mexican hot chocolate was my favorite, it is seasonal so get it now!

Le Peep is by far my favorite place when I travel for breakfast/lunch/brunch since I don't have them back home. This location in San Antonio was great with all the yummy favorites that keep me coming back. Gooey Buns are my top pick and these were perfectly made with lots of cinnamon sugar. The entrees were great as well and service was top notch with all the drink refills we needed. It was nice and clean and felt open on the inside - nice modern design and clean restrooms. Can't wait to visit my next location!

View of the restaurant. Ambiance is really nice.

Le Peep Cafe is the best breakfast/brunch place in Stone Oak. It's super affordable and prices, portions and flavor of the dishes are amazing. They have a full on coffee/drink bar for espresso drinks, smoothies and special warm beverages get for adults and kids. The only reason I can't give it a 5 star is your experience is dictated on the server you have. Some servers I have give me a perfect experience and others are a little slower or forget parts of my order. It has easy morning vibes and makes for great family and friend conversation. There can be a wait sometimes but it is worth it!

Chose Le Peep for Sunday brunch after church. Upon arrival we got on the waitlist, requesting a table for four. In about 15 minutes we were seated and kindly greeted by our server, Tessa. It was a comfortable, calm atmosphere with the FIFA final playing on TV screens. The menu had great breakfast and brunch options. After ordering coffee and juice we placed our meal order. The breakfast burrito was massive, packed and delicious. The green chili sauce provided the perfect amount of flavor, so the side of salsa and sour cream weren't necessary. The breakfast potatoes were simple, tasty perfection! I could have those all by themselves and be satisfied. Tessa was quite pleasant and came back from time to time to see if we needed anything. Service, atmosphere and food were all on point and we fully enjoyed our brunch experience.

Nestled in the Stone Oak neighborhood, Le Peep is the perfect casual brunch spot! There is usually a 15-30 minute wait on the weekends, but it is so worth it! Plus they provide self-serve coffee while you wait, which is a nice little touch. My husband likes ordering the veggie omelet (diced tomatoes, peppers, onion, broccoli and cheese) with the seasoned potatoes on the side and I enjoy their Belgian Waffle Combo - it comes with one GIANT waffle of which you can choose from their waffle menu, 2 eggs served your way, a side of either bacon or sausage and the seasoned potatoes. An overall well rounded breakfast if you ask me! I do love that they have a rather large menu of breakfast and lunch items for whatever you're in the mood for. Highly recommend this friendly neighborhood spot!

Mmm been here once and not sure how I feel about the place. I went on a weekend so I didnt blame them for having such a long wait. The prices are a little too much for the portions. As you can see in my photo I got an omelette It was delicious but it was small, the potatoes were like pebbles. Ive never seen such a flat omelette. Only good thing about it was that the ingredients were fresh. I chose to get the Biscuit on the side and I would give 5 stars to their biscuit it was so chewy and paired really well with butter. Coffee also came out very luke warm and even when it got refilled it was luke warm so... idk not my style. Not sure if Ill be coming back..

In the lobby for checkin today, I had an instant headache because the fragrance was so strong. At that point they informed us that there is some additional fee per day on top of the already pricey room, a fee that they never disclosed before today. We continued upstairs, and I could hardly breathe in the elevator it was so scented. When we got to the room it was also heavily fragranced. I tried to call the front desk, and the phone in the room didn't work reliably. Our call dropped several times. They offered box fans for us to air out the room. However, when we opened the windows, a blast of cigarette smoke wafted into the room because it is directly above their designated smoking area. We asked the front desk for help, and they said not to worry, hardly anyone smokes in that area. Meanwhile we watched several people out there smoking almost constantly. They offered no other accommodation or help. Not worth it. Very uncomfortable and upset because this will ruin our vacation. Edit: 1 to 3 stars. The manager eventually heard our concerns, responding to a secondary issue with cigar smoke in our room after leaving windows open - their recommendation- to air out the room. They found us a different accommodation and made it more than fair and comfortable. Why not 4 stars? Because it took the entire first day to be resolved.
