    Veg fried rice

I found my vegetable fried rice. Delicious the service was quick the ambiance smelled delicious and I was greeted immediately. Great job Lee to you and your staff. I will definitely be here again the vegetable fried rice bomb. Full of delicious vegetable and the rice was good hard thing to do. They achieve the mission.

I came here exhausted and hungry during the week. I dined in, and it seems like it's not too common for people to dine in. The owners seemed happy to see someone dine in. We noticed there were many to go orders. They are so nice and quick to serve. If you're not sure what to order there is a wall of pictures with dishes of the "favorites". The food was good. We had the dinner for two option #2 Chow mein, sweet and sour pork, fried rice, fried prawns We ordered a side of egg rolls My favorite was the fried rice -- I am not a big fan of fried rice-- but this one was pretty good. Prices are basic for the Bay Area. It's a good place for when you just want to get in and eat and get out without distractions and noise. It's quiet so it's easy to have conversation. It's perfect for if you're alone or a couple. Since they are popular with take out you can always order ahead. I didn't notice much for food safety: I noticed that the kitchen is tiny and they were doing some repairs. There is one -gender neutral bathroom.

First time ordering from this hidden gem and it won't be the last. Food is delicious and so affordable. $13 for the lunch special. The rice is and chow mein is 5/5

Almond chicken lunch special with chow mein ($+2)

Sweet lady who helped answer any question along with just providing a home feeling. I tried the Almond chicken lunch special with chow mein ($+2) and it was sauced perfectly and not heavily soy sauced with tender chicken and my daily veggie intake. Also large lunch portion. It's better than many other fast Chinese around my office.

This is a mom and pop restaurant serving authentic Chinese food. Great tasty good with good portion sizes, not too salty or oily. Service is fantastic! The owner is extremely friendly and warm. Nice ambience too with 8 tables total for indoor seating. They have delivery on Fantuan and Happy Panda. I ordered the salt and pepper pork chops (spicy), pork wontons, beef and green bean, beef hefen (干炒牛河)。

The customer service was excellent. $50 for these plates. The chow mein was not good, it had a weird texture. The rice tasted old, and chicken was soggy. I probably won't come back. The place looked really dirty too. I'm sorry, but just saying.

We waited for probably 15-20 minutes which wasn't too bad. The place is pretty big and fits a good amount of people. The food was great. Every single dish that we got was so good and packed with comfort and flavor. The veggies were well cooked, my favorite was the beef rolls. I would recommend checking this place out.

They have also opened a location in Cupertino that is more convenient for me. Adding Mian to this plaza definitely livened it up, it was so difficult finding parking and then there was an hour wait when we joined the waitlist. We wandered around Grocery Outlet and Savers to pass the time. I came with a group of 6 people. We ordered the sichuan spicy fries and fried chicken cutlet to share. The fries were the spiciest item I had that day, wow! I ordered the Sichuan chicken cold noodles, extra spicy. They were not spicy at all. I left everyone at the table try them and they all agreed it was not spicy. Kind of disappointing, I expected them to be spicier than the fries at least. My partner had the chengdu zajiang noodles, mild spicy. They were good, the signature dish of the restaurant. I would return, but their spice levels are very inconsistent.

The chef seems to be very careful or forgetful with the usage of salt though. *corn soup: 2.5/5: sweet and bland. There was not salt at all. No amount of chilli powder, salt or soy sauce helped redeem this dish. *chicken chow mein- 4/5- favorite dish on the table for all of us. Chicken was soft and didn't have a funky smell or taste. Noodles felt fresh. Dish was greasy though. *fried rice-3.5/5- came with mushrooms, eggs and some other veggies. Very nondescript and safe, felt more like a side dish rather than main. *deep fried chicken in hot pepper sauce:3.5/5- I was expecting some fire in this dish but this was unfortunately on the sweeter side as well. The chicken had a very crispy coating per description. *black bean noodles-3.5/5 after loving the version in Paiks noodle, it was difficult for me to like the version here. It was decent though, noodles seemed fresh and had a good bounce. But the sauce felt too soy saucy to me.

In general, their dim sum was better than dinner, but tonight's dishes are worth mentioning. The good: 1. steamed lobster with rice vermicelli: good flavor and fresh lobster. All lobster pieces were cut open, making it easy to eat. 2. beef steak with broccoli: the beef was so soft! The 0.5cm thickness makes it perfect size to bite down. 3. BBQ plate: loads of goodies, with my favorite cha siu, jelly fish, and pork belly cubes. 4. Soup with morel and chicken. Loads of morels! Could use a bit more salt but it's not that big a deal. The ones that could be improved: 1. small silver fish fried with egg yolk coating: a bit chewy, but good flavor. 2. sea cucumber stuffed with shrimp paste: indeed a hard to make dish at home, so we were all excited. But the sea cucumber was not well flavored; instead, it tasted quite fishy and earthy. Too bad this expensive dish was only half consumed. The bean sprouts at the bottom were a lot more desirable. 3. salt pepper chicken: it was seasoned with salt and pepper powder, but not cooked with salt at the pan, so the chicken lacks the heat and dryness from salt. At the night, a wedding reception was in place, but we were able to seat at the next room and enjoyed our noisy and loud cheers.
